Positive experience: Good people and good service. But I have an issue with the $10 biohazard disposal fee. $10 per appointment is how many thousands per week? I don’t like them turning a profit and blaming inflation. Code it to something else and hide or push this to insurance. Luckily they don’t push unnecessary procedures, so I give them $10

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning today and had a very pleasant experience. I was taken on time and my hygienist, Mindy did a great job and is very personable to talk to. Dr. Godwin gave me an examination and Dr. McCaslin came in to say hello. This office does a great job taking care of your teeth and they do it in a pleasant and personable way. I am very happy with this Office.

Fantastic experience: Expressions dentistry has been amazing! My son attends East Lake HS and it’s so convenient for picking up mid morning and dropping back off after simple routine procedures! Also the staff are all fabulous! I showed up and needed to use their WiFi for work while my teenager got his fillings and I was able to do my work while they worked on my teen! They are so accommodating! The entire dental team and dentist were great! We definitely love coming here . Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I now have a major dental procedure facing me but am fully confident that my dentist and her staff will do a great job on my behalf They are part of our family It has been 11 weeks since all of this started and through it all I have received nothing but the finest care. My bride and I have been blessed with great dentists in the past but without reservation, Dr McCaslin is the best along with her fine staff. Most recently I had another series of dental experiences and they were all excellent. It is a wonderful thing being involved with professionals who are generally interest in the well-being of their patients. 3/ 20 / 25 a tough dental emergency and lost a bridge and some other issues. Dr McCaslin and her excellent staff took care of me during the course of an entire day to include a referral to an endodontist for a root canal. In addition, there are second to none on insurance claim filings. Would recommend them to the highest

Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal patient of this dental office for years and never had a single complaint—until recently. Unfortunately, my most recent visit left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I came in to have my mouth guard adjusted and was seen by an assistant named Erica. Her bedside manner was absolutely unacceptable. She was curt, dismissive, and made no effort to be helpful or professional. I almost walked out in the middle of the appointment—she was that bad. To make matters worse, while I was still in the chair, she started demanding payment for a balance I had never even been made aware of. The entire interaction felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. A few days later—on July 4th—I began receiving a barrage of unprofessional text messages from someone named Valarie about the same balance. She actually wrote that if I didn’t pay, she would “take away the discount she gave me and throw me into collections.” Not only was that aggressive and threatening, but it turns out the office never billed my insurance, which is why the balance existed in the first place. Unfortunately, my policy had since expired, so I had no choice but to pay out of pocket. I had no issue with paying—what I take issue with is the way I was treated. This is not the office I remember. The quality of the staff has gone significantly downhill. As someone who works as a hiring manager, I understand how important it is to have a team that reflects the values of the organization. Sadly, a couple of unprofessional staff members have tarnished what used to be a great relationship. I truly hope Dr. McCaslin takes this feedback seriously, because this kind of treatment is unacceptable

I a am a real person with real mouth and teeth problems. I wasn’t told I was old and there it not much that we can do, No ! I received honest answers and a great plan. I wasn’t rushed into anything. Fantastic experience: I am a new patient and needed a crown which I know is not the ideal way to start as a new patient at a dentist. Everyone at theviffuce was very welcoming and I was very comfortable. I had x rays and Dr. Goodwin did everything that is required includingvthe crown in one visit. I am very happy my friend referred me to this practice. The comfort of patients seems to be the mist important part of the visit. I also received very good care from Danielle the assistant. It was a very pleasant and successful visit. I have an appointment for my 6 month check up in the fall.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental practice for about 15 years and have seen their growth into a larger office and went from one dentist, Dr McCaslin, who is amazing, to most recently now having 3 dentists! Everyone is very welcoming and they have all of the most up to date technology including the 3D technology which they can see more than just your teeth, it's a whole look at your skull pretty much. It was all explained and very informative. Last but not least, I must mention my most favorite Dental Hygienist, Zefi! She takes away a lot of the anxiousness that develops going into the dentist office and she does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Thank you Zefi!!

My son who is neurodivergent has never felt at ease to let anyone handle his dental issues before, until we came to this office. My youngest isn't covered under dental, but I'd rather come to this office and pay out of pocket, than go to the dental office her state insurance covered. I will continue to go to this office, and highly recommend them to anyone who is having dental issues. Office is very clean, and there are two waiting rooms that provide excellent seating space.

Fantastic experience: I can’t rave about them enough! I’ve always been afraid of the dentist and was dreading my appointment as always. I walked in and they took me right back and made me feel so at ease from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. As embarrassed as I was for the amount of time I let go by between dental visits, there was no judgement or shame-on-you made by anyone. They talked me through everything they did and told me in detail what they were seeing. They answered every question and were very patient with me, as it was obvious that I was nervous. As one of the things you want to do in your day the least, it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Today I visited Expressions Cosmetic and Family Dentistry to have my teeth cleaned by my favorite hygienist, Zefi. She has cleaned my teeth for years and always does an excellent PMP.

Fantastic experience: What a great dental practice. It is very modern up-to-date. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly from the dentists to all of the entire staff. My dentist left the office we had been going to for many years and had to find a new dentist; so happy that we found Dr. Courtney Ward Rothfeldt and some great hygienists and dental assistants!!!
