Fantastic experience: Great dental care . I’ve never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time . The staff and dentist are very friendly . My fillings have been virtually pain-free and I’m usually in and out very quickly . Brushing and Flossing frequently are the best ways to avoid dental work but if you need a good dentist I highly recommend First Choice .

Fantastic experience: Network provider, accepts insurance, got me in for emergency quickly and referred me to a periodontist. Great service. Wow! I had to have novocaine. Dr. Kimberlin used a technique no other dentist used on me. I didn't feel the needle at all.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly but professional and thorough. I never had my gums checked and measured for receding. Had to ask what they were doing. Also never had my mouth checked for mouth cancer. They do that as an early detection and if found would save your life. They have a poster with facts on mouth cancer I never knew. All should be aware. Dr. Kimmberlin is the best.

They are very efficient with the process of appointments, with very little extra waiting during the appointment. The hygeinists always seem thorough in the cleaning of teeth as well as providing valuable educaton about ongoing care of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Jodie was AMAZING with my 5-year-old daughter. She went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. Jodie showed my daughter every instrument and demonstrated its use before doing anything to her teeth. My daughter was tickled she was able to pick out little treats like a princess toothbrush. She said she can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: The people are all very nice and make you feel welcome! I had Jode on my first visit and she did the cleaning of my teeth, with the help of Missy. I went back on August 26, 2020 and had 4 teeth pulled and Dr. Kimberlin was wonderful and I didn't feel nothing when I got the shots of novocaine. He is wonderful and has a wonderful staff!

Positive experience: Although the staff was nice and the office was clean, I’m sorry I ever went here. I had a bunch of work done on my mouth and within days/weeks it all failed. One bottom molar filling wasn’t filled correctly and had big pieces hindering my bite and it broke that tooth and the one above it. My last dentist before this one also couldn’t master the “bite” and left me with pieces of filling that made it hard for me to floss. I don’t understand why they have such an issue with getting the bite correct. They told me when I started going here they aren’t “aggressive”. That’s fine but my cleaning was like old school 1970’s. My mouth didn’t feel “clean” at all. I now have a new dentist who has me scheduled for a deep cleaning and will be doing a couple of treatments to get my gums back to healthy. I am getting the 2 broken molars pulled and a bridge to replace them. I was also way overcharged and ended up getting 2 refund checks when they were audited. As a side note…one of the desk people came in to talk to the dentist and said someone had an emergency and could he fit them in. She said the name (privacy issue) and he said no because she canceled an appointment and to make her wait. Not cool at all!! HIPAA violation for sure!!

Negative experience: I was told that they take my insurance. Turns out they don't. I submit the application with my insurance two weeks before the day off and even called and ask if they do. They said yes. Now they are trying stick me with the bill for something that should been caught before the before the visit.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming! The establishment is cute and cozy. The stand up x-ray machine was pretty dope! I think I’m gonna like it here!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in a VERY long time. I have dental anxiety and am just fearful to go. I tried 2 offices by recommendations of my employer, that didn’t work out. After doing my own research, I found first choice dental care. The front office staff, Allie (sorry for the misspelling) and Kesia were super professional and very friendly!! The dentist/doctor shook my hand twice, cracked a few small jokes to ease my anxiety, and got me scheduled and a treatment plan all in one visit. 10/10 recommend
