Fantastic experience: I recently went to Manchester Advanced Dental for a teeth cleaning and had a wonderful experience. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The cleaning was gentle, thorough, and everything went very smoothly. I definitely recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: This place was fabulous. The dental hygienist was incredibly kind and thorough and she explained everything she did as she was doing it. Which helped me feel at ease and very comfortable. She constantly checked in during my cleaning to see if I was having any pain or discomfort. Her name was Katie I believe, she was very kind. The dentist was also super nice, he was quick and efficient and explained things very well. Can't recommend this place enough, especially as someone who has incredible dental anxiety. Front desk staff was also very nice, everyone was wonderful.

When my temporary crown came off, they fit me in right away — and my permanent crown was already ready, so my treatment was completed early! Everyone was professional, kind, and caring. Fantastic experience: I am a new patient but they have been very easy to deal with. I went to them Because I need a specialist to replace my bridge. Aspen dental said that it could not be replaced. I went to two other facilities to have my bridge reviewed. The other practices could help but it was going to be thousands more. Advanced dental work with my insurance company to get my best value. Since then both my wife and myself have now switched to Manchester Advanced. I’ve only had about four dentists in my life. I’ve always stayed very loyal. Today’s dentistry is very different build either for a chain perspective or a high cost dental practice where they want to redo your whole mouth. I’ve looked for a practical dental care that I can afford. Manchester advanced dental has been that so far. Dental care is very important for my wife and myself.

From the friendly intake and cleaning by a phenomenal dental hygienist who recently located to NH that explained everything and took great care of me to the final exam where everything was explained, answered all questions and was fully transparent. Fantastic experience: After retiring from the military and traveling around the world for Tooth care, I recently found Dr. Yadani and his team. As the owner of a mouth with five prior military implants, one of my original implants broke and I needed a new local Tooth Dr. From the first call, to the finished product to replace, Dr. Yadani and team made it happen, professionally, with great communication and simply just great people to do what needed to be done. Straight forward information, no guess work and quality dental care... and trust me, after 50+ years of dental work, this team works great together and put me at ease in the chair. Fantastic experience: My appointment was to evaluate my jaw area that had 2 pulled and now needs implants. The doctor pointed out some issues in the extraction area that if I just went and had implants done I would have gum irritation forever and bone loss. He was very thorough and laid out a plan for me to get it done right. I will say that Devan in the office was so nice and efficient with my estimates and future appointments.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Yadani and got all on 4 implants. Him and his staff are amazing. I couldn’t be more impressed with how knowledgeable he is or the wonderful care I received. He takes his time and explains the process in great detail leaving you without any unanswered questions. He takes his time to make sure everything comes out perfectly. I have severe anxiety and haven’t experienced any anxiety at all while under his care. They make you feel so comfortable there. I am thankful that I found him to help me through this process. Fantastic experience: I think that we can all say that finding a good dentist is hard to find. Well guess what ... Manchester Advanced Dental is by far the Best of the Best!!! It all starts at the Top with Dr Yadani. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he’s kind and very informative. I always know whats going on with my teeth and know exactly what work needs to be completed without guessing every-time I step in. Today I had my wisdom teeth (all 4) removed and I was so scared. However, Theresa (she’s an all star) at the front assured me that all will go well and it went better than expected!! Fantastic experience: I normally hate the dentist. It is always an anxiety filled appointment that I dread. In the past I always felt like I was judged and not listened to or understood at other dentists. That all changed when I had my first appointment at Manchester Advanced Dental on Brown Ave. For the first time I was listened to about my needs as a neurodivergent individual. As someone who gets very easily overstimulated to sensory inputs, my hygienist was so kind and understanding. She took the time to give me short breaks to not have the constant horrible feeling of getting my teeth scraped. (To no fault of theirs, teeth scraping is just terrible in general especially for neurodivergent individuals.) She treated me like another human being and had compassion. Never once did she seemed annoyed with my needs for a small break and she gave me the ability to signal when I needed a break without the feeling of judgement or annoyance. On a quality level, this was unmatched to any other dentist. My teeth felt so amazing after and my mouth did not hurt as bad as when other dentists did my cleaning. When the dentist came in to check on everything, they explained everything so clearly and always asked me if I had questions. They took the time to fully answer my questions and just seemed happy to do it. Overall this experience was a 10/10 which is a lot for a dentist! I HIGHLY recommend anyone but especially neurodivergent people to go to Manchester Advanced Dental. I really wish I remembered the name of my hygienist because she deserves all the best for how kind she was. Thank you for giving me a great experience and a fresh start with my dental care.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here since they opened and absolutely love the level of care I get here, I feel lucky that I found this dentist office. With so many out there that aren't as good, I had to try a lot of bad places before I found this gem. They use state of the art technologies which make visits shorter and more effective than other places I've been. The inside is bright, modern and clean which is important to me. The doctor isn't pushy about what work you should get done, he instead lays out the facts, gives you his honest opinion and then lets you make a decision, I like this! Finally the pricing seems fair, not over priced for this level of care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve avoided the dentist for a long time due to anxiety and negative past experiences. Yesterday I had my first appointment at Manchester Advanced Dental and I have to say, my fear of the dentist was gone within the first 20 mins. Fantastic experience: This place is great, plain and simple. Each time I go in, I'm greeted in such a warm way. The facility itself is state of the art, which means shorter visits and less walking around (read: X-rays in the chair, etc.) One thing very worthy of mention is the level of candor doctor Yadani has. If you don't NEED it, he'll tell you. I've never felt pressured to have a procedure done. I get options presented to me and it's very much a "let's decide together" dynamic. Last thing I'll mention- I have never. Ever. Had my teeth cleaned as well as my hygienist (hey Jamie!) cleans them. No joke. I so look forward to my visits and I give my highest recommendation for anyone looking for the pinnacle in dental care.

If your wondering whether to give them a try, I 100% suggest you do. I had 2 extractions on very badly broken teeth and Dr. YADANI was done removing them before I even knew it. Fantastic experience: Can't say enough great things about this place! We changed from the Johnson practice in the Bedford area and the level of care we've received here is significantly better. In addition to the facility being clean and equipped with the most up-to-date technology, the staff are kind and extremely knowledgeable. They meet you where you're at to develop a plan that works best for you. Especially Dr. Fouad and hygienist Jamie! I get really anxious during dental visits and Jamie takes her time to explain what she is doing and why, constantly checks in regarding any pain, and is fast and efficient at her work. She worked with me to suggest a topical numbing agent as opposed to local anesthesia for a deep cleaning because I really struggle with needles in the mouth. Now I only request her to do my cleanings and I'm able to relax completely because of the level of trust I have with her. Together, they have truly changed my life when it comes to my dental health and I believe I would've had to undergo many more painful procedures under my previous dentists care. My husband has also had a great experience with Dr. Fouad fixing a poor crown installation from our previous dentist, and a root canal that he recovered from within 24 hours with very little pain. We also have a 5 year old son who enjoys his visits as well. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Another amazing visit with the best dentist and best dental professionals. At my routine cleaning my hygienist noted I needed a root canal and crown. She also picked up an access that I didn't think much about. The dental assistants, Mekele and Sofia are the absolute best. Sofia was amazing in resetting my temporary crown and then my permanent one. And, of course Dr. Yadani, who is just wonderful. The best folks at the best dental practice!

Negative experience: Well I had been going here for 3 years before my last appointment in February 2024. I thought I could trust them with having my best interests and health in their mind but all they wanted was my money and to take me for as much as possible even if it meant giving me dental work I actually didn’t require. I was doing cleanings every 3 months due to my situation and every time I went for a cleaning I would express my concern about cavities and the hygienist would get the doctor to take a look after my cleaning and he would say these cavity’s are fine we don’t have to worry about them now, to the point my teeth were actually rotting out of my head. During my cleaning in FEB 24 I again expressed my concerns due to one of my teeth actually being chipped/broken. To my luck the doctor wasn’t in office so they scheduled me for a filling, what I thought at least. At my filling appointment they took X-rays and came in and told me they couldn’t fill my teeth that I needed 3 root canals instead. I was blown away that they let my teeth knowingly get to this point but I decided to get a refund and leave them to go elsewhere. Since then I had gone to another dentist who saved 2 of my teeth without a root canal unfortunately Manchester advanced dental let one of my teeth go beyond the point of saving and I’ll need a root canal but instead of 3 that they were pushing I’ll only need one. These people don’t care about you they only care about your wallets and will push things you don’t need for their profit. I’m sure they will respond to my comment with some snarky remark or gaslight my statements but take it as you want these are all facts I’m saying. I just want to save people from being taken advantage of by these crooks I feel so stupid for trusting these people with my dental care. So if you don’t mind wasting your money on costly treatments you potentially don’t need/like having your teeth rot out of your head right in front of your dentists eyes I’d say this is the dentist for you.

Positive experience: Dr Yadani & his staff fit me in quickly to evaluate a situation & come up with a quick solution. Excellent service!!! Dr Yadani created time to see me prior to having a surgical procedure to ensure there were no issues with infections or anything else to interfere with the surgery. He’s super personable (as is the entire staff). Changing to Manchester Advanced Dental was one of the better things I’ve done for my health care! I had an emergency to repair a crown and a very tight time window to do so. Dr Yadani and staff were great and very accommodating. I am thrilled to be a patient there!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been coming to Manchester Advanced Dental for some time now. Every interaction we have with the Dr's/Hygienists is amazing. They take the time to explain what is going on and what will happen next. I also love the fact that during any procedure they will give you an approximation of what is left to do. I always hated just sitting in the chair and not knowing are we half way through or 90% through with the procedure. It's the little details like that, that go a long way.

Fantastic experience: Had my first cleaning with Jamie today and she was AMAZING! I have always been scared of going to the dentist so it has been a long time since my least cleaning. Jamie made me feel so comfortable the entire time. She was very clear with what she was going to do and said if I felt uncomfortable we could explore other options to get the cleaning done in a way I was more comfortable. She constantly asked if I was doing okay and told me how great I was doing. Today was the first positive dentist experience i’ve ever had and a lot of that is thanks to Jamie! Already booked my next two cleanings with her!!

Fantastic experience: I broke a filling and ended up needing a crown. After assessing my tooth they were able to start the process right then and there. The staff was very friendly and explained every step of the process. Update: I recently had a tooth extracted and it was the most easiest and painless extraction I've ever had done. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I recently switched to Manchester Advanced Dental after having a negative experience at another office. I have always struggled with dental anxiety as well as being able to afford the dentist as it is a luxury that a lot of people unfortunately don't recognize as such and I left my last office feeling very judged and worse off than I started. I was hesitant to try a new office but knew I needed to make a change and Manchester Advanced Dental came highly recommended based on my research and let me tell you I'm so glad I took the chance! I had my first appointment today and not only did they have me fill out information ahead of time that included a section on my anxiety level around dentists, prior experiences I've had good or bad and my general concerns which allowed me to preface what I've been struggling with, but they also started right off the bat with reassuring me. Positive attitudes from every staff member I encountered. My dental hygienist (I believe her name was Jamie forgive me) was SO kind and reassuring to me. She continued to check in during my cleaning and never made me feel judged by the state of my teeth. She made it clear many times she's only here to help me feel better and more confident. Then Dr. Fouad Yadani came in to meet me and once again I was reassured I made the right choice! He was thorough while efficient and told me something I hadn't felt in a long time: that he was here to help me achieve the smile I want and that I have good teeth they just need some help! That's all I ever wanted. He eased my mind and gave me a treatment plan that I actually feel good about accomplishing! So thank you to Dr. Fouad Yadani and the rest of the office for giving me a reason to look forward to finally fixing my teeth and creating the smile I've always wanted. You are so appreciated!

Negative experience: The worst dentist I've ever been to, Hi cost with low quality and fake reviews. Nicole will go after you in the parking lot asking you to leave a review and you have insurance and you go there for regular check up and cleaning, what you are you going to do beside trying to please them with positive review. Dr. Fouad is a smooth talker, very slick and hungry money, He made me a denture, covered it with glue and it didn't stay till I get home, I tried using it many time but never worked, It won't stay not for a minute if I open my mouth, I used glue and kept my mouth close, pressing the denture to the gum for more than 30 minute and soon I open my mouth it falls of, I never used it again.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling break off and was able to be squeezed in today. I expected to only be looked at and scheduled for a later date. However, I was squeezed in for a root canal. I was made extremely comfortable with novacaine, a blanket and a stress ball. Procedure went great and I very much appreciate the patience that was had waiting for me to get adequately numb. Patient for life :) (probably not what they want to hear cause I feel like i was high maintenance - they never made me feel that way).

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Yadani and met him today for the first time. Holly was very accurate in describing him. He is gentle, kind and very considerate. I have issues with a couple of my front teeth and he took the time to explain my options and was even nice enough to repair one today. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Yadani for your dental needs or even for another opinion[like I did] as his main concern is the patient. He will give you his honest opinion of what he thinks is best for you.

Negative experience: Very friendly customer service . Unfortunately my experience was just a consult. My husband went for work and had to get his fillings redone. He goes to the dentist regularly and we figured we would get a dentist closer to home. All of a sudden he needed 6 fillings? And 3 fell out twice. He's never needed more than a cleaning. Felt a bit like they saw his $1750 benefit and decided trying the register. We are back at his regular dentist and no filings are needed. Surprise. Buyer beware here!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time here and everything went great. The office is warm, inviting, decorated nicely and very clean. Everyone I encountered was very nice and professional. I have anxiety going to the dentist, but they put me at ease almost right away. The hygienist did my X-Rays and got me settled. She then explained that since I was a new patient, Dr. Yadani would be cleaning my teeth himself. This made me a little anxious at first, but as soon as he came in the room and introduced himself to me, I relaxed. Dr. Yadani is very nice and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything he saw in the X-Rays. He even cleaned my teeth without me feeling any gum pain (which is a first for me). I’m glad I chose him as my new dentist and would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I can honestly say I am currently in the process of extensive dental work and have not had one moment of discomfort. Everyone is friendly and sincerely care about the quality of work performed, keeping me comfortable and at ease at all times. Fantastic experience: When my boyfriend came back from the dentist beaming I knew this would be a good fit! I happen to LOVE the dentist, I’ve had a hard time finding someone that hears my concerns and is willing to come up with a solution. From my first phone call to the receptionist to walking out after my appointment, every single person I spoke to spoke so highly of the practice and all those who worked in it; I could tell everyone there not only loved their job but treated every patient with care and undivided attention. Rowan was my dental assistant and within 2 minutes I felt like I was talking to an old friend! We laughed about the craziness going on and recommended tv shows to one another, all while she reassured me that my teeth are in much better shape than I thought! From there I had my X-rays done with machinery I have never seen before, and to top it of I got a detailed plan of action for my future dental work. He even went into detail about what is happening with my teeth and how to remedy any issues I am having. I received a breakdown of payment which I was allowed to split up, and I was quite nervous as I had lost my dental insurance when the pandemic started. THEY HAVE A PLAN! It was actually CHEAPER than my original Delta Dental plan and it covered much more too! After paying, I received a bag with all kinds of goodies including a SONICARE TOOTHBRUSH which is FREE when you get a membership! My next appointment is in a couple of weeks and I am counting down the days to go back! I have never felt so comfortable, so do yourself a favor, GET YOURSELF AN APPOINTMENT! There is nothing to be afraid of, no scary old-timey dentist chairs, no stale smelling waiting room, just a beautiful, clean office that plays awesome acoustic covers of popular songs. Everyone you speak to is patient and kind, you will not regret your decision in the slightest! Thank you Rowan and Manchester Advanced Dental staff! You were all wonderful and I CANNOT WAIT to be back!

Fantastic experience: We travel to Manchester Advanced Dental from Boston to have Dr. Yadani service my All on Four dental implants in installed three years ago. The office is very clean, and the staff welcome us with big smiles. His team is amazing, I even meet another Dentist in his office having work completed on his own teeth. Fantastic experience: I have super bad dental anxiety after some bad experiences but Dr. Yadani and his team have made me feel so much better about going to the dentist with their careful approach and encouragement. Fillings, cleanings, x-rays, etc are all quick and easy here, the office staff are super friendly and professional, and the in-house plan is a super good deal.

Fantastic experience: Since moving to Manchester I was looking for a good dentist and after my first visit I knew that I made the right choice. I've now been seeing them for over 2-years for cleanings and other dental work. They extracted my wisdom teeth and the process was completely pain-free with partial sedation and the recovery was remarkably fast. When going in for regular cleanings they are careful to avoid hitting any of the dreaded sensitive spots while scraping, which has greatly reduced my anxiety about going to the dentist. I highly recommend Manchester Advanced Dental.
