I searched on Google for a good orthodontist and Davidson Orthodontics stood out with all their fantastic reviews and also by being veteran owned. I went through about 6 months of treatment and have no regrets. The staff is very, very attentive and kind and Dr. Davidson is very professional and exceeded my expectations with my treatment. The office is extremely clean and everyone is so friendly, I would definitely recommend Davidson Orthodontics to anyone. In fact, my fiancé has already decided he will be scheduling an appointment for the same purpose!

The procedure of putting on the braces was so easy and comfortable that my child fell asleep. Location and building is nice too. Lots of parking.

Fantastic experience: I called in for to schedule a consultation and was seen the same day. When I got to my appointment the staff was amazing. They gave me plenty of payment options, I decided I wanted to get braces and as a joke I said let's put them on today, the doc said get in the chair. He put my braces on the same day. So to recap, I got an appointment and my braces the same day I called to schedule my consultation. Update: It has been almost a year now that ive been doing ortho treatment and every visit is as amazing as the first. Ive had to reschedule appointments, i was even late on a payment once, and the staff were so helpful and assisting. Very professional place. I wish I could work in a place where everyone has as good of an attitude as the folks Dr. Davidson hires.

Negative experience: I received invisiline. I had issues with my final retainer not fitting properly. I called multiple times to try to fix this issue and was never called back. When I finally heard from them, they said they had dismisses me from the practice and could not help me with my issue of the final retainer not fitting properly. This is such sad news. All of that money and hard work only for me to end up with a retainer that does not fit properly.. During my very last appointment where I brought up this issue, the doctor dismissed me so bad that the assistant apologized for how I was treated. I am so hurt and disappointed.

Positive experience: Beware of hours of operation. The office staff and orthodontist are fine. However unless you are available only during the day (prior to 3:30!!!) Monday through Thursday (forget Friday) and don’t need an appointment during spring break or for 3 weeks in December and January the opening hours are completely inconvenient. I wish I had paid attention to the hours prior to starting our treatment.

The Doc is ultra professional and his knowledge about orthodontics is unmatched. He’s also prior military, which is a plus for me. So glad I found this place. Will forever recommend! Edited to add: I’m finally done with my braces journey, but I’m going to miss seeing Doc and of course, the various techs that worked on my teeth, but also, especially the front desk ladies, Charlotte, Judy, and Lorena. My teeth/smile greatly exceeded my expectations when they took the braces off. I’m confident in my smile for once!
