Fantastic experience: Tracy did a great cleaning as per usual. She always lets you know if there are anyways you can improve your oral home routine, which is so helpful for staying as health as you can. Our whole family goes to Summit Dentist and has for many years. We highly recommend the entire team there!

Dr. Ok is so caring and very cognizant of your budget and prioritizing costly procedures. And it’s clear she cares about quality results as much as you do as the patient. These are warm and very HUMAN providers, with a sparkling clean office and exam rooms. Tracey was my hygienist and she is just so enthusiastic and kind, it is comforting to be in the chair with someone who clearly loves her job. I’m so glad I found a new dentist to stick with and won’t dread going to. It’s a 40 minute drive for me but well worth it for the level of care and expertise. So grateful and can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Summit Dentist for just about 3 years, since they took over the practice of the prior dentist who I had been a patient of for better than 30 years. I've been seeing the hygienist Melissa for better than 10 years and she is amazing. She is thorough, friendly and points out what areas of my dental hygiene need improvement. Always a positive experience. Jessica at the front desk is beyond amazing. Extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. If more people had a personality like her the world would be a better place. I recently broke a tooth, fairly large part of the tooth. I made an appointment with Dr. Sara. This was the first time I've seen a dentist in the group since they took it over. What a great experience. Dr. Sara was amazing. She was able to save the tooth with a crown. The entire process went very smoothly. She explained everything as she went along and was extremely gentle during the process. Was a two visit process. First visit to get the tooth ready for the crown and second short visit to put the crown in place. Very positive experience and I recommend her highly. Very pleased with the crown and was happy the tooth could be saved. The staff who assisted her were also extremely nice.

Fantastic experience: I just moved to Summit and I had a chipped tooth I needed to get looked at. Jessica and Dr. Goldstein made my first visit to Summit Dentist an absolute pleasure. Jessica booked me last minute and was very welcoming when I showed up for my appointment. I asked her to check my insurance for pricing on a few other items as well (like a new night guard), which she got to me while I was having my procedure done. Very helpful! Dr. Goldstein fixed my chipped tooth with a filling. My mouth is much better now and I’ve found the dentist I will be going to for as long as I live here. I can’t recommend the quality of service from these guys enough!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Tracy for cleanings for the past few years, and she’s incredible. I highly recommend her and the practice.

Negative experience: This dentist is a total fraud, does not hold up her duty to practice in the best possible way for patient health..(simple stuff taught at any medical school) also a bad dentist and rip off artist. After having weeks and thousands of dollars worth of minor dental work done, I was told I had an infection in my tooth that been for quite some time! After seeing specialist and having the tooth removed… in short she violated her oat to uphold the patient best interest.. I was told by the specialist that this dentist definitely went against her medical oath, by allowing me to have any work done without addressing the issue…. One year later I am still missing a tooth.. I decided to give her another chance because I liked the office staff.. then when I thought I was signing a lifetime contract which I paid 1000 cash down I was to get four cleanings that cost 1800 …four cleanings !!! Some expensive cleaning … I figure at least this was lifetime….Little did I know that they had to be done in one year , and the wanted 1800 total.. after one cleaning they send letters claiming I owe them money…. I’ll be seeing my specialist tomorrow hopefully he gets my tooth put in.. but this dentist is greedy and only cares about moeny . I will contacting a lawyer and will filling a law suit against her she clearly doesn’t know what the medical oath is or forgot that part of med school!! I reached out to her office stating I could not get anymore work done by her office till my tooth was ok and they said I still owe them moeny !! For services they had not preformed!! What a joke find a dentist with a heartbeat

Negative experience: I was a patient at Summit Dentist for nearly 4 years and despite high turnover of dentists and hygienists, I was always happy with the quality of care I received for regular cleanings. However, I recommend avoiding this practice for crown work. I received a crown in March 2023 that required a second impression of the teeth after the first one produced an ill-fitted crown. Afterwards, I developed pain in the tooth below the crown because the crown wasn't properly adjusted after it was placed. I received a second adjustment in August 2023 and then required a third adjustment in February 2024 which still did not resolve the problem. Even worse, my insurance was billed for the February 2024 adjustment. In my opinion, if the practice does problematic work, they should take accountability to fix it without additional charges to the patient. I reached out to Summit Dentist to share my experience and provide them an opportunity to reverse the billing, but they never returned my call.

Fantastic experience: I switched dentist a year ago and my only regret is not making the move sooner. Tracy is extremely thorough, patient, and personable. What I appreciate most is all the effort Tracy puts into discussing preventative measures and routines to obtain optimal oral health. I would highly recommend Summit Dentist.

Negative experience: I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Summit Dentist that I feel compelled to share as a cautionary tale for others. My sister, who has special needs, was visiting me from California, and I had purchased a gift package for her Botox treatment. Unfortunately, our experience with this office was anything but positive. Upon her arrival, despite having completed all the necessary paperwork, my sister was met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism from the receptionist. She was abruptly told to leave because she did not have an ID, which was not previously requested nor mentioned as a requirement for her appointment. It’s important to note that my sister’s ID had been stolen during her visit, adding an unfortunate layer of stress to an already challenging situation. Rather than handling the matter with understanding and professionalism, the receptionist accused her of driving without a license and irresponsibility, which was both unfounded and deeply upsetting. This incident left us feeling that Summit Dentist does not provide respectful or appropriate care for individuals with disabilities. The level of disrespect and lack of empathy shown by the staff is alarming. I strongly advise anyone, particularly those who have special needs or disabilities, to reconsider before seeking treatment at this office. Their customer service is severely lacking, and the potential for disputes seems high. Please beware of their practices, as they do not seem equipped to handle situations with the care and respect that all patients deserve. I presented this problem to them and they never apologized and just made excuses and I was met with more ignorance.

Negative experience: We chose Summit Dentist through our dental insurance. My daughter had a routine check-up there and a follow-up treatment. The 30-min check-up and 30-min treatment resulted in a total dental bill of $1,2XX, which we had to pay $300+. I had several conversation with the insurance company regarding the payment and raised an investigation. The insurance company investigation confirmed that they were over-charging us for item already paid by the insurance as well as attempting to charge us for item we didn't ask for (it's not over-estimate, but over-charge!). I've got most of my money back now, but we will definitely not come back. Be aware, this dental practice tries to over-charge!!

Negative experience: Wow. What a mess up by that office. I was told by the office staff that the crown I need would be covered by my insurance, except for @ $300. When I went in for my appointment I was told my insurance wasn’t covering the cost and I would have to pay $1,300. I was flabbergasted!! I had to leave because of course they want payment in full up front. No way. I don’t know if I’ll be back. Very upset. This office is very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I have not had work done yet, so can't speak to that aspect. But, I called them up today and said I had an infection. The team there was so genuinely concerned for me. They made me an appt for the same day and just continued to show care for me when I showed up. I was so touched by how all the staff there treated me. That goes a LONG way for me. Negative experience: Went to the summit location for the first time last year and they told me I had 5 cavities and were pushing me to get them filled. I never had a cavity in my life so I thought it was odd. Went to a different dentist and he said I had 0. Don’t know if that lady is still there maybe it’s different now but definitely won’t go back

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Dr Oaks office for several years now and have been super happy from her service. Originally I was seeing another dentist who indicated I needed a tooth implant and I went to Summit a dentist for a second opinion. I wound up only needing a root canal which was a lot less indicative of the implant process. I have been coming for cleanings because Kavita is literally the best hygienist ever. I have never had such thorough teeth cleaning from any other place I’ve ever been. My previous cleanings felt like in and out in 15 minutes where Kavita took her time . Kavita is a perfectionist and takes her time You will be so happy.
