Fantastic experience: 1st visit: No waiting. Everyone friendly. Very thorough exam of teeth, gums & jaw/mouth structure! Easy to understand explanation of what they found. Dentist nice, honest & to the point. 2nd visit: still no waiting- even early! Still very friendly. Had to have gum disease treatment along with cleaning and there was NO pain! Hygienist was super gentle and explained everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone were friendly and engaging in casual talk. I felt really welcomed. My hygienist was Mikaela, she was gentle with the x-rays which I appreciated because my mouth is small. She was non-judgmental cause I went too long in between cleanings. Nasty! Right. If you need a through cleaning then Mikaela is the ONE. Dr. Sears was very professional and nice. He explained the x-rays so I know I need a filling redone. I will go back every six months. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient who recently moved to TN. from NY. I had been seen by two generations at the same dental practice so I was pensive about going to a new place. I didn’t have to be! I was treated really well by every staff member who I interacted with. Front desk, dental assistant, hygienist and the Doctor himself were so friendly and kind. I found my new dental home and I am so very happy.

Fantastic experience: Perhaps most thorough dental probing, scraping, picking, polishing exam I have ever had. But why, you ask? Because I was slacking on my part and was encouraged to be more consistent with my water flossing and brushing 2x daily to avoid what that exam tried to clean up. Thanks, and for the fine tuning Dr. Jon worked on smoothing rough edging of some fillings, and treating a potential decayed spot before it became a cavity. That's preventive dental care you. Always helpful Front desk help and relaxing exotic tropical fish aquarium in waiting area to amaze!

Negative experience: I initially came to this office for a root canal that unfortunately failed and was not successful. Over a month ago, I returned for a follow-up due to ongoing issues. During that visit, they took new X-rays and said they would review them and get back to me with next steps. Since that appointment, I have never received a follow-up call. I have called multiple times attempting to get an update, and my calls have not been returned. At this point, I am left without answers or care, which is extremely frustrating after already dealing with a failed procedure. I expect better communication and follow-through from a medical provider. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.

Fantastic experience: I was seen at my appointment time and everyone was very friendly. The hygienist was thorough and very nice. I was in and out in about an hour, and that included x-rays. Dr. Seard was kind and explained everything I needed to know. It was the first dental experience I have had where I left feeling happy.

Negative experience: it’s been a few years ago, but from time to time, i still think of how horrible i was treated here; i decided i should make a review now to warn others. i paid 6k upfront to do invisalign treatment here. the first doctor who began my treatment, was amazing! however, once that doctor left and a new one started, it was the worst experience of my life! he wanted to leave gaps in my teeth (gaps he created with a drill to pull the teeth “closer”), and then end my treatment. i advocated for myself and reported to him that i was unsatisfied with my smile due to still have gaps that i didn’t have before. he REFUSED treatment. when i called the office in desperation to see how i should proceed, my calls were constantly ignored. when going up to the office due to my calls never being answered or returned, i was told by front desk, “you can’t just keep coming up here”. they spoke so rudely towards me all the way until i was told, i wasn’t allowed back due to “constantly calling”.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my experience. All of the staff were friendly on helpful. Dr.Seard was great and made the whole experience with getting extractions done as quick and painless as possible.

They didn't just bring me in and ask a question or two or just take X-rays and then this is what you need to have done. See you next time and send me out the door. No they took their time and explained everything going on with me. My father was also very Thankful and pleased on how they took the time to go through everything with him as well. We look forward to coming back.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend Mouse Creek Dental to anyone wanting to take dental work done! I had a fantastic experience from the employee’s to the actual results. I went in to get my teeth professionally whitened and the results were better than I expected and I have little to no sensitivity. They explain the whole process to you so you know what each step is and does, and are very friendly all around. I broke my two front teeth in half and had them bonded together when I was a kid, and they even offered a way to correct the bonding line to make it un-noticeable.

Even though Dr. S is super busy bouncing between all the patients, he was genuinely kind and fun to talk to for the brief moment that he was checking in. if you have a fear of dentistry, this is the place to go. They also have an amazingly huge aquarium that you can stare at and decompress before you go into your appointment. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: New to the area and Mouse Creek Dental was recommended. My husband went first and never saw a dentist due to the horrible service at the front desk. He was asked for his driver's license which is a paper one because we just moved here and are waiting for ours to be mailed. Instead he gave his military ID which was not what she wanted. It's a government issued ID which is clearer than the paper copy. Then she told him he had to sign the paperwork he completed online. All he saw was a small tablet for signature. He asked to see what he was signing and she said it's the online paperwork. He asked how would he know that if he can't see what he is signing. She got mad, told him to sit down and she would find someone else to help. After 20 minutes, he went up to the desk and asked if anyone was going to help him or should he leave. He was told it would be best if he left! I called the office to cancel my appointment and speak to the office manager who did not want to discuss the situation and only sided with the front desk. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: First impression is not good. I called to make a new patient appointment. I was told to text my insurance card to their number. I tried twice and it got rejected both times. I then got a terse email telling me to submit it two days before my appointment or I would be responsible for all cost. I emailed it. Then I got a follow up email that they only received the back and that I need to resend the front. Upon arrival in the office, I was asked to sign the forms I submitted as a new patient, but they couldn’t or wouldn’t show me what I was actually signing on the electronic pad. The receptionist said “maybe I should get someone else to help you. You can take a seat”. 20 minutes later, apparently I’m still in time out. Three people that arrived after me have been taken back. I just asked if I was still in time out. The other person in the reception area looked confused and the original one told me very rudely that she was waiting on someone else who could help me. She was the only one who knew how to do it. I said why don’t you just cancel my appointment, to which she replied that is probably for the best. I will be looking elsewhere for my dental care.

Everyone took their time with me as a patient to hear me, explain procedures and options, and answer questions. I have only been once, but I already adore the staff.

Fantastic experience: I have finally found the answer to my years long mystery of my painful molar. Every dentist I have seen including the endodontist and the dentist who sent me to him said the root canal was perfect and I should not be experiencing pain. But Dr. Seard at Mouse Creek Dental Care kept digging and found I had a fractured root. He will remove the tooth and begin the process of having a dental implant. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dental office for the past 3 years and have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Seard and the 3 or 4 hygienists who have done my routine cleanings. The building is well situated and the patient rooms are spotless and equipped with all the bells and whistles to deliver a comfortable patient experience. Dr. Seard won me over from visit one when X-rays and a careful exam showed fillings would suffice for two teeth that another dentist wanted to treat with expensive crowns. The hygienists as well are stellar, professional and gentle. The entire office radiates positivity which I think starts with Dr. Seard, a man who always seems to be happy and ready with a smile or a laugh. Highly recommend this office!!

Fantastic experience: Staff were very friendly. My crown fitting was today. There were a few minor complications and they had to numb the area in order to make a few adjustments to the tooth it being fitted to. I was pain free and the staff were very friendly. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. I always have a good experience there.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist in Cleveland! They were willing to do my cleaning even though other dentist wanted to charge an insane price. I was only a couple months late so the other dentist was ridiculous. Also didn't try to upcharge and add on tons of unnecessary treatment. Dentist even assured me they didn't push to get people in their chairs for money! So happy to finally find an honest dentist.

Fantastic experience: Right from the beginning, the staff was professional and caring. The techs and hygienist had great communication, telling me what they were doing before doing so. Being someone with high dental anxiety, they were so gentle and understanding. Then comes in Dr Seard, I couldn't ask for a more amazing dentist. He was so personable and caring. He gave me my options which were very expensive. If I had the money, I would have him take care of my issues only because he is absolutely brilliant. He gave me a referral for someone who could help without it being so expensive and humbly told me the referral could do the less expensive work better than him. It doesn't happen very often when a professional will admit something like that. I had a great experience at this office. Thank you all for getting me through this tough time.

Negative experience: Will never go back. New patient specifically made appointment for routine cleaning/exam. Was told that was no problem and my insurance was accepted. For the appointment they begin to do nickle and dime procedures that are not routine but won't tell you until it's time to pay so imagine my surprise then my "routine" check up is 4x what my copay should be. Then to add insult they don't fully accept my dental insurance like expected and it's on an 80% coverage instead. To top it off my appointment was at 1pm and I finally walked out the door at 330pm. If you're looking for a traditional routine dental clinic this is NOT the one for you. Just another corporate dental office meant to squeeze every penny possible from you.
