Fantastic experience: Gentle ❤️Dentist is the best!❤️ Office staff is wonderful from common courtesy to professional. As soon as you walk in the door, it's a hello sign in registration is like the easiest the best ever. The hygienist is wonderful. My dentist was absolutely wonderful. Perfect what a professional young lady she is, I'm very scared of going to the dentist, but the staff here the professionalism of the hygienist and a dentist is what makes you feel so welcome. Fantastic experience: Let me start off with saying this dentist office is amazing and didn't disappoint. I have terrible dental anxiety, and have had a painful issue with a tooth for a little while now. I was given an appointment for the same day. I actually received treatment and already feel so much better. The staff was very helpful, caring and understanding. They let me know what was going on from start to finish and made me feel very comfortable (which is a HUGE deal with anxiety on its own).

Negative experience: Ann the dentist made me feel like I wasnt worth doing what I asked and completely offended me because I have problems with my teeth! Thanks for nothing!!!

Fantastic experience: I was in pain and Dr. Ann worked me in even though she was extremely busy. She worked on my teeth and was able to relieve my pain. My most recent crown was causing my bite to be off a little.

Fantastic experience: Barb was quick and efficient. A great new facility except I don't like the idea that 2 rooms fully exposing patients to the parking lot. It allows anyone parking there or waiting in the car to watch you. I hope I'm never in those rooms.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with both Dr. Kieung Kim and her assistant Brianna. I was completely comfortable and pain free during the entire procedure. Dr. Kim is one of the best dentists that has ever treated me. Her explanation of the condition of my tooth and the options that I had available was very clear and insightful. The receptionist was very efficient and pleasant. It's a wonderful dental practice.

Fantastic experience: The staff are extremely professional , mindful and understanding- plus they put up with me and my husband's shenanigans while I'm high from sedation, so that's always a plus for me. Haha My husband and I have been coming here for over 5 years and do not have any complaints. Elizabeth is an absolute delight and Dr. Anne Neitzke is very patient. I have severe anticipatory anxiety and she is always makes sure I have a sedative beforehand & talks to me to put my fears at ease.

I can go in there at any time and they will work on it for me so don’t worry about it. Keep coming in until you get it to where it fits perfectly for you.
