Fantastic experience: This was my first time here - I had some tooth pain and wound up having to get a root canal and deep cleaning at Carrington square dental office, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The doctor, hygienist and assistant were professional and made me feel completely comfortable and did an excellent job taking care of everything. Negative experience: Nice staff however appointment scheduling has been a NIGHTMARE since becoming a patient 2 years ago. During each appointment, I have them select my appointment day and time for the next appointment. As the appointment approaches, they call or text needing to reschedule. For most of my appointments, they have asked me to reschedule them. Most recently I had a regular cleaning appointment that has been rescheduled by them 4 times and pushed out by a month. I shared the feedback during my appointment to the doctor and staff and shared that it’s hard to schedule my busy work schedule with all the changes. They said “it's hard to find dental hygienist.” I’m currently seeking a new dental office in 2026 with stable appointment scheduling.

Your honesty will help us to improve customer care service. we will work hard next time to have you better experience. Our biggest challenge is we in the profession we are short of hygienist and Doctors are working hard to clean the teeth. its like all the nurses disappeared and medical doctors has take blood work and BP and check in and check out. In dentistry we are facing that kind of shortage. Again this can not be excuse to have an excellent customer service. Again My apologies. Have a good rest of weekend and holidays. Dr. C

Fantastic experience: I had an infected tooth that had to be extracted. I was in pain and needed something done NOW. They took me in right away, extracted the tooth, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this dental practice. Everybody there is friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: I just got home from Carrington Square Dental and I have to say, I am SO impressed. My hygienist (Mai) was so thorough that my teeth have not felt this good in quite some time. Everyone at the office is amazingly friendly, and Dr. C is more than willing to spend time to answer whatever questions you may have. The woman that was assisting Mai (Bailee) seems like someone who loves their job, and she's excellent at what she does. I definitely found my new dentist office and cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: The best doctors! I went in with a week long bad tooth ache, and they did everything possible to help me and I end up with an extraction the same day, and it was a good call because the tooth was cracked inside. I’m very happy with how Dr. Parikh worked and the dental assistant Brittney was amazing too! The best Doctors and the best service at affordable prices! Definitely recommend it!
Negative experience: After 18 yrs being away from the dentist due to trauma from an Oral surgeon, I got up the courage to try Carrington. Heard how thorough and caring they were thru videos and reviews. Had a great first experience. Got my X-rays and initial exam and was presented with a breakdown of my bill which was fine. I even decided to have my daughter switch she was seen twice. After over a month, I went back for an appt that I took time off of work for and of course it went down hill from there. I was presented with 2 bills due to their mistake. Was told it was our insurance company's mistake but when I called the insurance company, they reassured me that the dentist off was informed of my coverages and that the billing error was on Carrington's end and what was presented to me and to my daughter in the beginning was not a correct breakdown. Now I am left to pay not 1 but 2 unexpected bills. Beware!!!!

Positive experience: Everyone at this practice is extremely friendly, it’s very clean and the technology is very modern. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’m a busy working mom and sometimes these appointments take a longer time than necessary! But the dentists are wonderful.

Fantastic experience: From the front desk, to the assistant, to the Dr, this office was so kind and helpful to me in a time of great need!! The front desk staff worked me in quickly and offered clear understands of my insurance and plan. Brittany was a great help and empathetic, a great conversationalist that made me feel comfortable the entire time! Fantastic experience: What a great dentist Dr C is. First met him during Covid when the world was in chaos I felt so comfortable with him. I ended up having all the teeth in top of my mouth capped and they look absolutely perfect. I recommend him to all my family and friends. if you haven't had dental work done recently, and you really need to start call and make an appointment, that's the best place to go start.

Fantastic experience: I had my checkup and teeth cleaning today. Carley was so nice and great while taking x-rays. My hygienist Mai was quick and gentle. One of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. Didn’t leave with sore gums from over picking. I highly recommend Carrington Square Dental and their kind and professional staff.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very professional but very friendly from the moment I walked in till I was finished. Very thorough and state of the art equipment to make my appointment a breeze. Their dental plan is similar to the plan I had in Florida and very affordable. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was there for a second opinion consultation for some major dental work. This is a very nice office and everyone was friendly. Keydi the dental assistant is very sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Chokshi helped me to decide what was best for me and Brittany helped me get set up on a payment plan and has answered all my questions. Fantastic experience: New patient and first time here. Everyone of the staff working there were amazing! The checkin staff Ana was very kind and greeted me with a smile and helpful with the sign in process. The assignment Carly was very kind and informative about the x-rays and pictures she had to take. And Dr. Patel was the dentist that saw me and he was kind straightforward and polite when informing me on what needed to be done and to make sure ai was taken care of. The hygienist the was doing my cleaning was Mai and she did an excellent job explaining the counts, the cleaning process, and steps that needed to be taken to further help with gum heath! And the treatment coordinator Bailee was a kind and very well spoken staff member who made sure I wasn’t confused about the payment process and the payment methods they offer. And Dr. C even helped and came in to greet me as well! They truly deserve five stars! Thank you all for making your patients feel comfortable and welcome!

Added July 2025: I had my wisdom teeth removed at Carrington Square last month, and I can't speak highly enough of everyone involved. From the incredibly kind anaesthesiologist to Dr. Chokshi and dental assistant Keydi, everyone did everything they could to make me feel comfortable during the procedure. Fantastic experience: Carrington Dental is fantastic! Dr. Chokshi, and his team are wonderful. I came in for a Saturday emergency visit. I had unfortunately cracked/chipped my molar. Super grateful as his team got me in first thing Saturday (next day) morning and took care of it. Doc said he may have to do a root canal, but after he began working on the tooth it turned out I just needed a filling. His dental assistant Keydi was wonderful as well. She was super sweet, knowledgeable and had great bedside manner/customer service. This is a great dental office in our Waxhaw community. I highly recommend! Thanks again Dr. C & Team! P.S. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this facility for my dental works for now 3 years and I loooovee it! The staff is always, and I mean always super friendly. The dentists always show they care about the wellbeing of my dental health, so I always feel like I have no worries, its all cared for. I also want to highlight how clean this place is, amazing! And the extra attention to patients in terms of comfort is unlike any I have experienced...from a blankie if cold, remote to watch tv no matter which position I am seated in. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: This place is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Most dentists, I feel nervous that they are going to make me feel bad about my teeth or gums as past dentists have. I don’t have bad teeth or gums but they are no where near perfect. Dr Chokshi and his team always make me feel good about m teeth during cleanings etc, while also helping address any problems that need to be dealt with.

Fantastic experience: The circumstances meeting Dr. C and his staff are not the best and my younger life or not managing my oral hygiene properly led me to them. Had an appointment for a crown this morning and while that sounds bad, (it is) Dr. C and Jennifer were amazing. Dr. C is as gentle as possible with the needle. He explains everything along the way and lets you take breaks as you need them. Today was the first time working with Jennifer and she was amazing. Mainly because she laughed at my jokes, when I get nervous I joke a lot and my wife says they are all bad jokes. But Jennifer was awesome and took great care of things and made it the best possible experience it could have been.

What stood out even more was the care I received today—when I experienced an issue with my lower denture, I left a message at his office and was amazed by how quickly Dr. Chokshi responded. He called me back immediately and invited me to come in, fixing everything the same day. In today’s world, it’s rare to get a dental appointment at such short notice. Positive experience: Good care however waited a long time coming on a Saturday and wouldn't recommend going on the weekend since emergency appointments will likely extend your stay. I revised my review because the Dr reached out directly asking for feedback on my experience and I appreciate that. They have some office efficiency to work on but generally seem like everyone cares to do a good job.

Negative experience: Scheduled a cleaning, when you arrive they take an hour and a half (your whole appointment) taking pictures and x rays, then tell you they only have one hygienist who is backed up and they need to split the cleaning into 2 additional sessions. So what should be a one appointment annual cleaning gets turned into 3 appointments. This place is so unorganized, I don’t know how it has all these 5 start reviews. On top of 3 appointments for one cleaning, they try to sell you Invisalign and forcibly try to tell you to get your wisdom teeth out. I’m 32 years old, no pain from my wisdom teeth and these people wouldn’t take no for an answer! Stay away!

Fantastic experience: I’m extremely happy with my experience at Carrington Square Dental. Both Dr. Aakar Chokshi and Dr. Bhrita Parikh were amazing throughout my treatment. I had crown work done, a filling, a wisdom tooth extraction, and a cleaning — and I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and the cleanliness of the clinic. Keydi and Jennifer, the dental assistants — they are absolutely amazing! They made me feel comfortable and taken care of during my visit. Highly recommend this dental office if you're looking for a caring and professional team!
Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and i went because i was having tooth pain. From the minute we checked in it was great. Brittany gave me a quick tour to make sure i was comfortable. She was very nice. I had my kids with me and she did wonderful with keeping them distracted while i did xrays. The dentist was also very nice and let me have my own options of what i would like to be done to fix my issue. When i went back to the office a 2nd time, one of the front desk ladies who went over treatment options and costs with me the 1st appointment recognised me and remembered my name. Overall, great experience!

Fantastic experience: I’m usually very nervous going to the dentist. I have a tooth that’s bothering me and went to Carrington Square for the first time. Fantastic experience: This place is great! I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed, i am one who is petrified of needles, but they talk you through it and make sure you’re comfortable before they start giving you the anesthesia, when i woke up i thought i was awake the whole time. Fantastic experience: Went in as a new patient for a cleaning and examination. There was zero wait time and was actually in the chair prior to appointment time. The office was clean, bright, and very up to date with the latest technologies. Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly and professional from the receptionist, x-ray tech, hygienist, to Dr C who took the time to explain what he found and what the options were. Have been back several times by now and appointments have always been on time with good friendly care.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I are new residents of Waxhaw (Encore at Streamside), and my project today entails finding a new dental practice for us to utilize. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley, and found her to be kind, polite, very knowledgeable, and very importantly showed a willingness by her tone and demeanor that she would “go out of her way” to address my questions, concerns, and needs as a future patient. I am very very kind gentleman, and I appreciated the “kindness” I received in return during today’s call. I obviously can only limit my rating based on this call, however, I feel that this practice as well as their “competitive” pricing plan (we have no dental insurance), are well worth pursuing with an initial consultation when I am due for my next appointment in April. Give Ashley a “commission” she made the sale!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is kind and ready to answer any questions you might have. Every single person I met showed that they cared that i was comfortable, even though there's a form you fill out beforehand asking about your comfort levels/experiences at previous dentists. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially people who are nervous for dental care. They'll answer your questions, and even if you don't have any, they keep you in the loop as to what they're doing and why they're doing it. Very informative, educational, and just an overall nice experience. Also, they were playing the Great British Baking show on the TV which was awesome

Fantastic experience: Amazing office! I’m so glad I found them. All of the staff is amazing. Jennifer is always so kind and welcoming. She even remembered something I had told her about my son from my last visit. Dr. Chokshi is great. I just had some work done by him and I am so pleased with the results. The office is so clean. I’ve been to several different dental practices over the years and in different states and this is by far the best care and patient experience I’ve had.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 procedures with Dr.C and Dr.B. The experience was great as Dr. C explained the entire procedure and what I can expect after they start it. My entire family sees Dr. C and Dr. B. Thank you Dr’s for taking acre of my tooth. Also, thank you to Jennifer who was Dr’s assistant. She is very sweet and professional.
Fantastic experience: I must say my experience today was amazing ! As they say , from the rooty to the tooty! It started with the front door . The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant . There was an issue with my insurance company but they handled it together and got everything straightened out . Then I met Quentin , he took all my X-rays and was very patient, friendly and professional. Xrays can be very uncomfortable but he took his time and made it very pleasant. Then I met Nicole , she came in and gave me the most painless cleaning I've ever had . She was also very patient , friendly and professional. And lastly Dr C , he came in took a look at my teeth and came up with a game plan for me that I know I'll be satisfied with . This office is a little far from where I live but the distance and throwing in this amazing staff is worth the gas and drive . Thank you for today everyone ♥️
