Fantastic experience: This practice has provided me with the best dental experience and care in my 52 years. Everyone has been fantastic to work with. Celina’s willingness to work with my financial situation is above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Everyone is friendly from the moment they greet you. Dr. Phan has been very patient and thoughtful explaining what options I have for my care. Melissa has been very pleasant to work with as well. I’m truly grateful that I found Smilecology.

Fantastic experience: I had my dental implants done by Dr. Phan. The process is very tedious. Buts it’s all worth it. Got half the bottom left molars done and ongoing on the right molars. She doesn’t rush the process and makes sure that the procedures are done right. Everyone in this clinic works as a team. The journey begins with the friendliest. Receptionists to the dental assistant/s, hygienists, and of course Dr. Phan. I definitely recommend their dental services to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with this office/Dentist. I was doing invisalign style aligners to prepare my teeth for veneers. I've had aligners/braces when I was younger and this treatment plan did not feel right and had "bad" pains /discomfort from early on.I had headgear as a kid so I understand "good" ortho pain/discomfort, this was not that. I tried to trust the dentist things were fine until i could not physically wear the aligners anymore after over 4 months. I lost $13,000 out of the $25,000 I paid upfront. Including $6-$7,000 for "veneers labs" Was shown no empathy by this office or dentist. I was treated like an inconvenience from the start anytime I brought up the issues. I wasted time, money and has left my dental in a hard situation. Never was advised on or given any kind of retainer, could have used one for my top teeth atleast, or had my aligner attachments taken off my teeth. Both of which I paid for as part of this treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is all ways so kind and friendly. I love how nice and clean the offices is. I have never ever had a bad experience here. I will always go to Smilecology for my dental needs. :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this office for over 10 years. Ashley has been my hygienist for a while and then she left. I was super sad because I don’t like switching people. I went in for my cleaning a few months ago and to my surprise she came back!! This is a great office with great people. I will never go anywhere else. Dr Phan is awesome too!!

I am an expecting mother, and they have taken amazing care of me. They took so many precautions. We're patient, attentive and caring. The extractions were not bad like everyone has made it seem. Negative experience: Disappointed with office visit , went in for second opinion cost was $79.00 most second opinions are free . Dr. Looked at X-rays I had taken somewhere else Dr. didn't even look at my tooth having issue with and price was outrageous $7800.00 + . Found lower costs elsewhere from $2000.00 , $3300.00 , $4200.00 . WHY ? For exactly the same procedure . Exactly ! BEWARE

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience ever!! From start to finish, the process could not have been more easier or faster, and the best one, personable! Celina helped me so much (as I’m a new patient with Smilecology) with scheduling on the phone all the way to assisting with my referral. She was the sweetest and made me feel very welcomed! Lana was also so sweet and kind. I’ve had cleanings before, but she made sure to explain everything that she was doing and that I was comfortable. I’m not afraid of dentists, but I can imagine how comforting and helpful this may be for someone who is. It’s not something every hygienist does, which is okay for me, but it makes such a big difference in care! Dr. Phan as well. She answered every single question I had, even the silly ones, with no hesitation at all. I left feeling much relieved compared to when I walked in. Although I wasn’t able to get my main problem taken care of there, all three of them assisted with where to go and how to get it done. I felt very taken care of by Celina, Lana, and Dr. Phan. All amazing and wonderful at their jobs! Can’t wait for my next appointment in a few months.

I lost dental coverage most recently, but Celena did her best to make some accommodations to have me seen today. She was extremely polite, over the phone while booking, and the same in person. I've had a few different dental assistants help me; all have been great! I usually see Lana who is nothing short of amazing. Today I had a new hygienist by the name of Jasmin! Not only was she gentle with my teeth, but she made me extremely comfortable and it felt as if we’ve know one another for years! Everyone in the office is kind, polite, and extremely understandable. Positive experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist in like 5 years, so I knew I was going to need some work done. I really only went in because one of my teeth was starting to bother me. Meeting with Dr. Phan, she was very nice, very educated, and when she would talk to me about what was wrong with my mouth, she would do it in a way to where I wouldn’t feel bad about myself. I haven’t done any real work with them yet but they were very nice and understanding, which is a nice thing to have at a dentist office.

Negative experience: My experience led to many months of pain & eventual loss of tooth. I went to get my fillings done in multiple appointments & noticed I came out with pain & it kept getting worse. I was assured that it was normal so I trusted the staff here. My review is too large for this so I added my review as a photo. It is also on yelp. Please read! I don't recommend this place at all! My husband who had perfect teeth just went in for cleaning but also had a bad experience too & now has to wear a mouth guard & can't afford invisalign. I have documented my experience & have many other photos in case there are any questions. Also I would like to point out that at one point the staff here sent me some other persons xray. Positive experience: I had my first visit with Dr Phan today. The office was clean and staff were friendly. Dr Phan provided me a very thorough examination. My only complaint is that I wasn’t able to get my cleaning done the same day as my dental exam. I wasn’t informed of this until after I arrived, which caused some inconvenience having to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: The staff is so friendly and great to work with! They establish a treatment plan, and help you set up appointments to meet time and/or insurance constraints. And they have all the newest technology, but their prices aren't inflated compared to other dentist offices.
