Fantastic experience: Everyone at USA Dental is so nice. The hygienists have all been exceptional and Dr. Torres is great. He listens and is thorough. I was having teeth sensitivity issues and he gave me a simple treatment that actually worked. I like a dentist who doesn't jump to the worst possible scenario with an expensive prognosis. I also can't get over how amazing the customer service is. I've never experienced anything like it at a medical office.

Negative experience: My husband (a veteran) said we should come here because the really love veterans. My first visit was ok, people seemed nice the dr. Was pleasant. I returned for a follow up visit and I felt literally like a number. The lady behind the counter was borderline rude, completely lacked compassion. It didn’t feel inviting at all and even more so as If inconvenienced them. I don’t believe I will be returning and if you are looking for a good dentist office, this is not the place to come.

Fantastic experience: I just left the office for my first time visit and I was so impressed by their service, to the office's appearance, to the friendly staff. What I truly liked is that their pricing didn't seem shady or overpriced just because I was going through insurance and they want to get the most from me out of pocket on top of what the insurance covers. Fair pricing and transparency. From the moment I called to set up my appt the ladies on the phone were very friendly and accommodating. Once I stepped in the office I was very impressed by the atmosphere and the clear mission goal. I love it. The dentist was to the point without any hard upselling. But, that has changed... this time I LOVE my dentist (he is extra knowledgeable and thoughtful and easy on the eyes and treats his patients AND his staff equally with consideration) AND the staff, including the assistants and the one who cleans teeth and last, but NOT least.... the ladies who answer phones, deal with billing and insurance and the ones who are the first to greet me, always with a smile, a GENUINE smile and the last to say goodbye and make sure I have my next appointment booked even though I make it difficult because I talk a lot. I LOVE going to USA DENTAL!

Positive experience: I love the dentist and staff. But, i don't feel comfortable paying for half of my bill weeks before my appointment. I was asked to pay 50% of my copay, over $1100.00, yet my appointments are 3 and 4 weeks out. All patients shouldn't have to be penalized for others who fail to pay for services. Im not OK with this.

Fantastic experience: First time patient, noticed the office which was beautifully furnished, clean with a friendly staff, and a very thorough check-in, which led to an even more thorough x-ray, followed by a very complete explanation of what I was facing, and how to approach it where I was given full insights into what was wrong and what my options were. This was followed by a conversation about payment options and coverage by a very capable financial employee. All in all, I was totally impressed from the start to finish with my visit.

Negative experience: Very disappointed at my first impression of my dental cleaning at this location. No eyewear was offered or given to. Water constantly spraying on my face, cleaning only lasted 30 minutes. When she was finished she went right into the schedule and had to interrupt her to ask for fluoride on my teeth. When I asked for a mirror to see results she looked annoyed. I felt like I was just her last patient of the day and she was just ready to go home. This experience is why you never hear anyone saying they love to go to the dentist.

Positive experience: Love Jackie. She's the only reason I kept coming to this place. The dentist is nice but I hardly ever have to see him. But their billing department is fishy. They tried to charge me on a claim from YEARS prior claiming my insurance didnt "fully cover it". I logged into my portall,screenshot my EOB and had to email it to them, which seemed to take care of it, so I figured it was a fluke. Then it happened AGAIN. Again no where in my EOB does it say a claim wasn't fully covered. Not only did this happen to me but to my family members as well (we all have different insurances). Unfortunately I'll be looking for a new place.
