Fantastic experience: this was my first time coming to the adult dentist and i had a great timeee ngl they explained every procedure and we scheduled follow up appointments for other things i needed done i definitely think you should go their personality is always welcoming

Fantastic experience: I had a dental appointment. Somehow there was a mixup with my appointment date. The receptionists there worked it out and I was able to be seen today. Thank you I DENTAL team for all you do. I left happy and will be getting dentures soon!❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: No help at all. I have tooth hanging out my mouth,in extreme pain,before i could finish explaining my situation. she said i couldnt get in. asked if there was emergency dental office they partner with or recommend. "i'm not from here I have no idea" which is an ok answer, is compassion lost in this country. Would have only taken two seconds to say hang on let me ask someone. Im lucky i have insurance and resources, so many don't and only need guidance, wouldn't have hurt to give 2 minutes to help another human. Update: owner deflects and blames the customer. this says a lot about his judgment and victim mentality, how about better training and understanding. this issue was never not being able to get in, I believe i stated that. This issue was the lack of customer service and unwillingness to offer a little guidance. I did google and found an amazing dentist who got me in the next day and answered all my questions. People will see through your lack of meaningful response, and make their own decision.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Dr Rhodes office is so friendly and goes above and beyond to help you get the best care. They have worked with and around my insurances to help me get the best care at the most affordable rate. Dr. Rhodes is very knowledgeable. He has done a lot of work on me and I haven't had a bad experience. I do feel like this is a better office for adults but I've seen kids there too.

Fantastic experience: As much as I don't like going to the dentist, I am happy to go to Dr. Rhodes' clinic. They are friendly and professional and I am very comfortable going to see them. I really like his staff. They are very caring about what needs to be done and keeping an eye on any concerns that either they or I may have about my teeth. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Prices all over the internet are listed at $99 for a new patient special and then when you call for an appointment they bait and switch it, doubling the price.

Fantastic experience: I love Dee shes super sweet and her voice is calming. dr roach also has a calming feeling you get get when you relax hes also very gentle. The extractions took about 10 minutes it was a wonderful experience and will be sending my family there as well

My assistant Dee is great she always remembers details I have told her about myself and always catches up with me on how things are going. When ever I need work done they are always clear about pricing and options. The environment is pleasant and they are prompt and well staffed.

But all and all The IDENTAL OFFICE WAS TOP TIER!!

The last dentist I went to made me very uncomfortable just for asking for laughing gas during a cleaning. But at Dr. Rhodes office they want you to be at ease and treat you with respect. I have finally found a great dentist! I would like to add that the dental hygienist, Macy, is absolutely wonderful! So kind and really cares. She always remembers to ask and is truly interested in how my daughter is doing and remembers and talks with me about things we have talked about in previous visits. Really great person and hygienist! Recently I had one loose filling and needed two new fillings. Dr. Rhodes made the experience comfortable and his assistant Dawn made me feel at ease. Everyone in the office knows how afraid I am of going to the dentist and each, and everyone of them were very kind and understanding and took their time and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I recommend Dr. Rhodes and his staff to anyone who has ever had a bad experience at a dentist.
