Negative experience: Used to be five star but had to drop it down to one because last visit was very unprofessional. I confirmed my appointment like always for me and my daughter and went there the day of our appointments and nothing was said beforehand and nothing was said during But after waiting an hour in the waiting room and daughter was done and came out then found out they rescheduled my appointment without saying anything to me or even tell me when or why it was rescheduled.

Fantastic experience: My 6 yo went yesterday and is excited to go back! They were very patient with her (she's very chatty) and explained what issues were going on with a plan to handle them. I'm very grateful we got a recommendation to see them.

I’ve had a total mouth replacement, my gums have been regenerated to a full crown replacement by Dr.Phellps. And 5 years later the aftercare has made my smile look even better

Fantastic experience: I wrote this about 2&1/2 -3 years ago… I still feel the same. I just walked in… I’m glad that I just walked in to Phelps. Anyway this is what I wrote: (and the hygienist I see most often is Hali!!! You are great, thank you!) I’m sorry, I’m bad with names. The lady( dental hygienist) from Thedford (or Tryon?) is great! I’m usually a little worried and worked up before visits because, of course it’s uncomfortable having your teeth cleaned but she’s great. She takes her time, never seems like she just wants to be done with me, she is always nice and very professional. Thank you, (I’m really sorry that I can’t remember her name) for making me calm, talking with me, telling me what you are doing or going to do during every cleaning and for the clean teeth results. Fantastic experience: I would have to say …. I FINALLY found a Dentist I would stay with . The worst part I am a travel nurse. This office is Amazing. I trust them to take care of my teeth. I am so picky and they did such an amazing job ! Every person in the office is professional and kind. They make it an easy process for a nervous patient. I would fly back yearly just to keep this practice for my dental needs . Thank you for going above and beyond . It is nice to feel like you have an entire staff at work for you as the patient. Negative experience: I had an emergency root canal crown put on, I was grateful to be seen and have it fixed so quickly so I gave two stars. I was quoted an outrageous amount of dental work needing to be done so I went for a second opinion and I needed 3 less crowns, no periodontal disease, 1 less cavity and the estimate was thousands less. One year later my crown that supposedly had a warranty, fell off and it’s no longer covered because I didn’t go in for my expensive periodontal cleanings they said I needed.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was great from scheduling the appointment clear through setting up a treatment plan.Dr.Phelps and her assistant were top notch. On my visit they did two crowns and a couple fillings and it went quick. No pain and the day after was not to bad either. Jason Hicks

Fantastic experience: Really appreciated getting an appointment so quickly as a new client with a tooth problem! Spent a lot of time with me being extremely thorough to locate the problem and form a plan to correct it, including medication, and treatment to resolve it. Girl who helped me to identify issues was Bailey. She was very thorough and excellent patient care; putting me at ease and comfortable in what could have been a stressful situation. She consulted with dentist Kelly who didn't have to repeat any procedures to consult with me and was aware of all issues. Bailey continued to stay with me to resolve payment plans and finalize plan with the proper person to conclude my visit. This lady was also very helpful and sorry I did not get her name. Extremely attentive staff and dentist who I highly recommend. Taking the time to be so attentive and thorough with a new patient on a Friday afternoon when they were busy, thoughtful and concerned was outstanding. Thank you to all of the staff and Dentist Kelly. A very positive experience and I highly recommend Phelps Dentistry to anyone looking for dental care in this area. Very refreshing experience!!! Thank you to all of you, including the front desk staff being helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. After three or four years of going with no bottom front teeth due to some major dental problems they were able to build me a new bottom partial and give me back my smile. Great dentists and great assistants. Best in town. Come try them you will not be disappointed!!!

Positive experience: Only came in to make sure clear dental tray/plate would fit. It fits perfectly! Quality of the tray/plate not the best but I don't think that's the fault of Phelp's.

Negative experience: The staff was very kind however, from the minute I sat down they were trying to sell me something. Night guards, scaling with my cleaning and on top of that they wanted to do a root canal instead of a cavity. I wouldn’t have questioned the diagnosis if that was what they focused on. Since they tried to sell me everything under the moon I feel I was diagnosed with hopes of making more money. I will NOT be going back to Dr. Phelps nor do I recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I love that I always have a good experience here, but my kids ALWAYS have a good experience here. My kids love going to the dentist! As a kid, I didn’t like to go to the dentist because it was scary, but my kids never get scared, they look forward to going! I have a 9 year old, 5 year old, and 3 year old that have been going twice a year for cleanings for the last two years and they love it! Not only are the dentists amazing, but the hygienist are so sweet and kind to myself and my kids. The specific hygienist I want to thank are Aura and Jordie for helping my 9 year old while he’s there, Kaytlynn and Mariah for helping my 5 and 3 year old for the past two years, and Hali for making my experience amazing! You all are amazing! Shout out to the front desk ladies for remembering my kids and I ever time we go in too! Making us feel special and at a place that truly cares. ❤️

Negative experience: I went in for a cleaning and was told I had to have a full set of x-rays $400 later I still did not have my teeth cleaned and was informed after my appointment that my insurance was out of network and won’t cover any of the costs. When I questioned why I wasn’t told this before they told me they should have told me this but all dentists in North Platte are out of network. I researched this and it is simply not true. I should have researched this on my own so I guess it is my own fault. I just thought they should’ve told me this ahead of time I can’t comment on how good the Dentist is because I did not get a chance to have my teeth cleaned because of the expense.
