Fantastic experience: I had the best experience ever. Im from out of town visiting, and an implant i had had done 6 days earlier in Florida had come lose. They were able to get me in to be seen within 24 hours. The Dr's and staff are absolutely phenomenal! I can't wait to have this be my new dentist office next year.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place of business when I first walked in I was greeted with love I was offered water shown where the restroom was and even had a chance to utilize the massage chair in the waiting lobby. now I’ve been to several dentist offices but this one is very ambient mellow and so welcoming. Bianca who treated me is the absolute BEST I would recommend her she’s young talented and have an awesome personality. She explained everything to me in detail she was very professional friendly and sweet. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Can’t wait to go back for regular cleaning root canal and other dental work. I have made them my home dentist office and would start referring everyone I know because of how I was treated by staff today. Thank you guys

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist, shall we say... in a while. The staff at Atlanta West put me at ease by first Roger giving me a comprehensive tour of the facility and equipment, then he took necessary pics and x-rays, which was painless. After that Dr. Nguyen went over the pics and discussed options, etc., very thorough! Lastly, the facility itself is very nice! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Brooke, my hygienist, was thorough, personable, and explained every step. My teeth felt very clean by the time she was done. Dr. Kaviani answered all of my questions patiently and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I had a great first experience at Atlanta Wedt Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I have been to 3 different dentists since living in Cobb County and I decided to switch to Atlanta West Dentistry because of the great reviews and being so close to my home. All the Dentists and Techs there are great. I saw Dr Nguyen for my crown and am very pleased with the results. This office is also out of my network for insurance but their prices are very reasonable for the quality service you get there. They are also very efficient with submitting claims to your insurance so you can get your reimbursement promptly. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Oh, I can say is wow!! Dr. Cameron and Jay has treated my face with several different treatments. I just had my second treatment two days ago and I can’t believe the results already! I usually have to get fillers on one side of my cheek every year, but because of these treatments, I will not be needing any. I’ve had three different people tell me that I looked 10 years younger And they have no clue that I’m doing anything. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Cameron for your facial needs

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about this amazing dental office! Warm and friendly staff, beautiful office and the best part - sedation! My fear of going to the dentist had kept me from routine cleanings and much needed repair on several teeth. My first sedation visit was incredible. Tons of work was done and I never felt (or remembered) any of it! I’m still in awe. I have another sedation visit this week and for the first time in my life I’m excited to go to the dentist! Atlanta West Dentistry has been family owned and operated for over 30 years. It’s like visiting new friends but the best part is that the anxiety is gone and my teeth are in the process of looking amazing for the first time in my 66 years. They are an answer to a prayer. I’ll say it again - simply amazing!

Fantastic experience: If I could give this office a million stars I would. No one was more scared & terrified to show what my teeth looked like than a retired dentists daughter. I had some medical issues that led to my teeth looking bad from the great teeth I used to have. I finally got the courage and made an appointment from the reviews on google. I first met with the dental assistant Jen( if I am getting her name wrong, I feel terrible because she was the best), but I shared my story & we both shared some tears together and made me feel comfortable enough to take pictures and meet with the dentist. Anyone who has her an an employee is really lucky because her empathy & knowledge was exceptional and was a true angel. She then spoke to the dentist and made it so much easier that I didn’t have to tell the hard story again. He was amazing as well and in my most vulnerable time and moment, DR. Shepherd really made me smile. He will be the office and with his incredible staff redoing my smile and even called my mom in tears after my appointment thinking I would have to go to many dentists to find the right one with this type of investment and really nailed it with Jen & DR. Shepherd and that was a huge relief. I cant wait for my new smile soon.

I was traumatized as a child at the dentist and I have struggled going to the dentist. If you are afraid of the dentist this is the place for you to go. Very caring and professional.

Fantastic experience: Just had a crown put in. They can do the work right there on site and you can get it done in one visit! I hate the needles but the doctor went slow and she and Jay sp.? both were extremely focused on whether I was comfortable. The important thing is the needle was well placed, and I felt no pain during the procedure. I rarely write reviews, but I do recommend them. I’ve been a patient for five years

From the moment I called to schedule my appointment to walking through the front door, every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit was so positive I felt compelled to share. Jen, Katie, and Dr. Nguyen were incredibly kind, professional, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I have a wisdom tooth extraction coming up next week, and they really helped ease my nerves about the whole process. Honestly, this is the first time I’ve ever left a dentist’s office excited for my next appointment, lol. Highly recommend!

The whole staff was awesome! I know this place is for me and I'm excited to start my teeth journey with them!

Positive experience: Happy with the great job Samantha did on my cleaning and Dr. Nguyen was very through. However, they told me last time that I had a tooth #13 that was going to need an implant because it was decaying or resorbing above the gum line. 6 months ago that quoted me $5,812.50 for an implant on that tooth which I could not afford at the time, I would have to save up for something like that, now I go back for another cleaning and get told it is gonna be $6,709 for that. I already paid I think it was Travis a bunch of money to put a gold crown on that tooth cause I wanted something that would last, now I am supposed to spend another $6,709 on it and there might be another one on the other side. I think this is the nicest dentist office I have ever been in but maybe it is just for rich people.

Fantastic experience: If you want the truth and the best dental treatment go to Dr. Watson. If I would have been lucky to find Atlanta West Dentistry 12 years ago I would have saved money and have more of my teeth now. So glad that I have found them. Thank you to the entire team.

Fantastic experience: Atlanta West Dentristy is staffed by personable and knowledgeable people. The secretaries are very easy to work with. My hygienist was very thorough. This practice goes the extra mile to take care of your oral health- at your first appointment, they take x-rays, photos, and complete a full health exam. Dr. Nguyen provided compassionate care, answered all of my questions, and was calming/reassuring. I will definitely be returning back to this practice.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t remove my veneers unless I paid them to do fillings, cleanings and x rays. Makes no sense. Money hungry company. I rather pay thousands of dollars with another dentist who is honest.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Atlanta West Family Dentistry since I was a kid. The staff has always been extremely kind. After I got my wisdom teeth, taken out, Dr. Watson called and checked on me the next day. Lisa, Has been cleaning both me and my sister’s teeth for years she is absolutely amazing.

Negative experience: Was referred here by a friend. Started going here in 2023. Have had 2 teeth done here and have since had to get both teeth redone at another dentist office. I had a crown done and 2 weeks later had extreme pain. Went in the office and was told I would need to get a root canal. Learned from my new dentist that the fillings that was placed were too big and close to the nerve. I am unhappy with my service here as I thought the Doctors here were specialist who specialized in root canals and exceptional dental care. You would think they would be able to tell a patient what they need to be able to give them the proper care. I know that we are all human but I also know that nothing dealing with the mouth is cheap. I also informed them of my issues and it felt like I got overlook or didn't know what I was talking about. They also are extremely expensive They have the highest prices I've seen thus far. As sweet as they are I believe they have dropped the ball with my care. The only thing decent I have to say is that the facility is nice and the staff is pleasant. I did enjoy Katie!

Before committing to having the procedure done I first researched the reputation of numerous practices in the Atlanta area and scheduled a consultation with each. At the completion of this process I felt that Doctor Travis Watson was, without question, the outstanding choice. The procedure was completed with an extremely high level of technical skill and accuracy, & without any complications, aided by the investment made by his practice in the latest technology. I could not be more pleased with the final result! I remain very impressed with every member of his support team, they always have time to address any question or concern I may have. They display a genuine concern for the patients health & well-being, which is difficult to find these days. I want to give a special shout-out to Roger, Dr. Watson's Dental Assistant. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Atlanta West Dentistry for over 5 years now and they've been great to me. Although they are out-of-network, they still work with many insurance company. They also have payment plans if needed. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable, quickly catching any suspicious oral issues by simply observing X-rays. Lisa, my trusted Dental Hygienist thoroughly cleans and gives me sound recommendations and advice on what products to use and practices to maintain my oral hygiene. I'm thankful for their great service.

Fantastic experience: There are a very few things I hate in life, the dentist is one of them. Not these guys. My wife was raving about them so I gave it a shot. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It’s hard to find a solid practice and these guys were amazing. I will highly recommend them in the future.

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr. Shepperd at Atlanta West Dentistry to repair a cracked molar. It was my first time at the office and I was super impressed with the kindness of the staff, quality of the care and comfort of the space (they had pillows and blankets in the dental chairs and TVs on the ceiling so I could watch Netflix during my procedure). Dr. Shepperd took care of my issue while educating me about my teeth and his treatment plan. The Dental assistant Den'ee was also very sweet and attentive. Great experience overall, I definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Shepperd!

Fantastic experience: I switched over to Atlanta West Dentistry in 2024 after my previous Dentist in Sandy Springs retired after 30+ years. So far it has been an awesome experience with caring, gentle cleanings and highly skilled Dentists to do crowns and root canal work too. They have 4 Dentists on staff and I have used 3 different ones already and they were all GREAT! They also have advanced, state-of-the-art equipment for 3D x-ray scanning of your mouth and they can make your custom crowns in house in just a short while. so you can have it installed before you leave the office. I highly recommend them for your family's dental needs. I am so pleased that I switched over to Atlanta West Dentistry!

Everyone is always asking if I am okay and what they can do to make sure I am comfortable and doing okay! They genuinely care and take their time!! They seem a little expensive but you get what you pay for! I love that they make their crowns in the office so you don’t need multiple appointments and it fits perfectly!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been visiting this Atlanta West Dentistry and taking their services for more than 10 years now. The reason I have been sticking to them for so long is the quality of their services. Today’s visit was for cleaning with Dental Hygienist Abbie. Outstanding professionalism and friendliness. Every visit feels like visiting a friend. Also, the results are outstanding, couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: I arrived for my customary dental appointment (after an extended period of time). Samantha performed a superb job, leaving me with exceptionally polished teeth!!! Dr. Shepperd greeted me with a beaming smile and conducted my examination, declaring me in pristine oral health. I am elated to have this exceptional dental office at my disposal. Their attentiveness to one's needs and dedication to achieving a dazzling smile is unmatched.

Fantastic experience: My experience was great. The aura when you walk in is top tier. Lauren at the front desk welcomed me instantly and gave me new patient paperwork to fill out. Then when I was called to the back Samantha was the hygienist that did my deep cleaning, gum inspection etc. I definitely felt at home and in good hands at Atlanta West Dentistry. Samantha was also very informative of any questions I inquired about. I definitely left there with a smile and cleaner teeth. I definitely would recommend them to anybody looking for a dentist office to call home.

Fantastic experience: I went in very nervous as I had not been to see Dr. Travis in a year. I’ve had brain cancer. Lisa made me feel very welcome but Travis wasn’t there. So, I saw Dr. Shepard instead. He was fantastic! I loved him too. Thank goodness my teeth were in great shape!

Positive experience: I called about 6 months after I had a filling done, hoping to have it adjusted slightly. I asked the price over the phone, and the woman told me it would be free, which I was very happy about. When I came in and actually had it done (06/23/23), I was told it would be $200. The oral hygienist argued with me about the bill, then went to check with the front desk. When he came back, he told me he would waive the fee "just this once" out of kindness, and they have "no hard feelings, just this once" about me not paying it. It made me feel horrible, because I was just repeating what I had been told over the phone by their front office. I have really bad dental anxiety, so this place ultimately was not a good fit for me.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client for a few years now and have nothing but great visits each time I go. From the front desk staff to every dental hygienist, their customer service is top knotch! Every dental hygienist I've seen have been kind, compassionate, gentle, and have done a great job of cleaning my teeth. I am a baby when it comes to anything dental and get anxious and nervous. I also have 0 pain tolerance so going to the dentist always gives me anxiety. I explained that to them my very first appointment and each and every time they have always made sure I was comfortable. That was the main reason why I chose Atlanta West. The dentists I have seen in my visits have been mostly Dr. Travis Watson and recently, Dr. Shepperd. Both were very attentive, thorough, kind, and listened to any concerns I had. I've never felt rushed, and when discussing future dental work, never felt pressured. I have had a filling done by Dr. Watson before and he made sure I wasn't in any pain before, during, or after the procedure, and it's still in great shape years later! Although they are not the cheapest (why why would you want a cheap dentist to begin with?), and my dental insurance doesn't cover much at all, the piece of mind I have knowing I'll be taken care of AND have pain free dental care is what matters to me the most!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my experience here!! Sam was an amazing dental hygienist and really helped with my dentist anxiety!!! She was so understanding and patient. So sweet! Dr. Shepherd was awesome as well! Everyone that works there is so kind and I look forward to see them again in 6 months! :)

Fantastic experience: I had bad experiences with dentists as a kid and, because of that, have always hated to visit a dentist. I would always find excuses to cancel dental appointments and therefore, over the years, my dental condition got worse and worse. Finally, at 66 years old I knew I had to do something. Thankfully, a friend recommended Atlanta West to me. The idea of “sedation therapy” drew me to set up a consultation with Dr. Watson. He and his staff walked me through an initial assessment, plan of action (including sedation and/or nitrous gas), and gave me the assurance that they would make my experience as comfortable as possible. That was a year and a half ago. I have now completed “the plan” originally described by Dr. Watson and all my issues are resolved. Recently, I had my routine appointment for “cleaning” and did not feel the need to opt for the nitrous gas. I’ve come a long way. It is due to the excellent work of the entire team at Atlanta West. Dr. Watson, the wonderful technicians, and support staff have created a superb environment for assisting people like me through the process. From the moment I walk in the front door there are bright smiles and a comfortable environment. They have given me victory over a very real fear in my life that burdened me for a long time. I very highly recommend Atlanta West.

Fantastic experience: Life happened and I was past due for my cleaning. The older I get the more anxious I get about appointments, and this was no exception. Natalie did a great job with my x-rays, she was so friendly with her big smile. Lisa is my hygienist and as always she did an amazing job! Lisa remembers everything and it's like catching up with an old friend in her chair. My teeth feel so squeaky clean, I can't stop running my tongue over them! Dr Nyguen (not sure I spelled the right) did my exam and with her soft voice she put me at ease right away. She expressed her concerns and educated me as well! Katie collected my money and went over my treatment plan, I wouldn't want that job but dang she is good at it... she even remembered I had a child and asked about her! What I'm trying to say is sometimes going to the dentist can be an unpleasant experience but not here... I know I'm always in good hands at Atlanta West Dentistry! Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend this office! I honestly give them 5 stars! The initial phone call with Nicole was beyond 5 stars! The check in process was smooth and easy most likely because I completed the paperwork beforehand. I was assisted by DeNee who gave me a tour of the office which is very elegant and housed with state of the art technology. DeNee made me feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone was very nice and professional. I loved how Kya greeted me in the hallway. Dr. Watson is really an awesome dentist. Great personality, great bedside manners and very informative. I've gotten a lot of dental treatment done and i hate getting injections but I honestly didn't feel a thing with Dr. Watson. Fantastic experience: Atlanta West Dentistry truly has the most experienced, dedicated, and caring staff. Our family has been patients since 2002. I have always had the worse, weak brittle teeth, stained from bad habits, grinding and cracking teeth, multiple root canals, crowns, a bridge, and an implant. Last summer, I needed to have two implants, including bone graphs. Dr. Watson and Mrs. Robin helped to create a plan that was a much better cost-effective treatment plan for my entire upper arch teeth than just treating a smaller section. This also allowed higher preservation of what bone I did have and an increase of bone mass to place and hold implants. The process took time, but the experience helped me feel confident. I could not see or feel the healing that was taking place under the gum line, but my confidence grew with each appointment. I could see Dr. Watson and the staff's excitement, each visit, x-ray, and torque tests. Yesterday, I got my full upper arch zirconia prosthesis installed!! Fits great, looks great, and I can now laugh, talk, and smile without hiding my teeth behind my hand or being too embarrassed to even risk certain people seeing my teeth. "Thank You", Dr. Watson, Robin, Lisa, Roger, and the amazing staff from the bottom of my heart! You guys don't just help people smile. You change lives from the inside out!!

Fantastic experience: I made my trip to Atlanta West Dentistry on Tuesday for my periodic cleaning and as usual it was a pleasure. My hygienist, Lisa, is the absolute best. I’m actually always glad to see her. And Robyn and staff welcome you with open arms. It’s a delight.
