Fantastic experience: I took my dad for a dentist appointment.Very beautiful and welcoming, excellent service and professional staff from start to finish. Dr. Vellanki, (aka) Dr. V is awesome extremely knowledgeable and she makes you feel like family by talking to you and explaining everything thoroughly. Would recommend to anyone who needs dental work done.

From the administrative staff that Great me and check me out. This visit, I got to see new hygienist, Rachael and Erin. They were both excellant and very efficient. Iwas in the office less than an hour. They were very friendly and explained the details of everything they did. Congratulations on a good start to my day!

Fantastic experience: I have lived in this area since 1992. I can honestly say, Dr. V and Dr. Sun are the best dentists in the entire area. The staff are amazing and Dr. V’s jokes are an added bonus.

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience when I visit Neibauer Dental Care. I had the pleasure of Nichole doing my cleaning and exam and she is awesome and takes very good care of her patients and very professional and personable!!! I will continue to use her and Neibauer Dental Care for my dental care!!! Dr. Sun is very personable and professional and shows concern about your dental health. I would highly recommend Neibauer for your dental needs! I'm definitely a repeat customer! I had a filling pop out over the weekend and I called Neibauer Dental on Monday and immediately got an appointment. Dr. David Sun and his staff took care of my issue. As always I will continue to be a repeat customer for my dental needs. Update: New Visit I had to have my lower wisdom teeth removed. Dr. David Sun and his staff took extremely good care of me and made an unpleasant task as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Neibauer Dental and Dr. Sun! I had my semi annual checkup and just before my appointment I had a filling come out and the filling was taken care of at the same time. Always very accommodating and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Every member of the staff I interacted with were very polite and professional (without overdoing it--a common pitfall of customer service roles). Andrea, who took care of my cleaning, was very knowledgeable and happy to answer various questions I had. She explained each step as she went along, and I love it when professionals share their knowledge. Everything about the office, from the lobby to the X-ray room to the room where I had my cleaning done, was very clean and well-kept. They have a referral program that rewards you for bringing new clients, and I would be happy to refer my friends to this office!

Positive experience: My whole family has been going to this office for years with no issue. They are able to schedule 3 or 4 of us at a time and always put us close together while we are being cleaned and taken care of. However, in the last 6 months the wait time for non-cleaning appointments has been pretty intense. Despite scheduling a head of time I have had two different appointments delayed 45 minutes plus. In August I waited in the chair for well over an hour while the Dr was buzzing around. When I scheduled my last appointment for 0830 I asked how long it should take because I had to be at work by 1000. I was told it was a 10 - 15 minute appointment and I should be good to go. When I got into the office I reminded the lovely lady who took me to my seat that I needed to leave by 0915 to get to work by 1000 and was told I would be good to go. However, at 0915 I had not been treated yet and had to leave. The lovely lady who was managing my treatment mentioned that this was a "same day" appointment and was being "squeezed in" but I had made the appointment the week before. I suspect there is something going on with the scheduling platform since these situations are very recent in nature. I was able to get back on the calendar for the appointment, I will just have to make sure I have PLENTY of time surrounding non-cleaning appointments moving forward to accommodate the delays.

Fantastic experience: I never had fun at the dentist until I started coming to Neibauer. The guy that cleaned my teeth was so fun. Professional but also so kind and fun.

Positive experience: Dr. V is most certainly one of the most professional, kind-hearted, and genuine people you will ever meet! Her skills and technique is top tier. Now as far as Dr.V’s assistant and the dental hygienist, I felt were unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. So much that after I left I was debating if I should return. As a new patient experiencing attitudes from both of them while I was simply advocating for myself was unwelcoming and rude. Additionally, having multiple conversations urging the owner of an establishment to speak her mind is unprofessional. Please understand there is a very fine line between speaking your mind and simply being rude and unprofessional. Dr. V’s business thrives as a direct result of her professionalism and craft. For that reason and that reason alone, I will retain this office.

Fantastic experience: nice doctors , front desk nice, dental assistant nice, just that the last time I went to visit the office I felt a little rushed, maybe because I'm already a patient and so they don't have to dedicate or Listen, they don't need to be gentle with they examinede your mouth your teeth ? I don't know, . not sure what happened .

Positive experience: On Oct 15 2025, my dental assistant was so wonderful. I can’t recall her name but she did the best job I’ve ever had when it came to flossing my teeth. Normally I am in pain, asking them to be gentle and then being told I’m bleeding because I don’t floss. She was also extremely patient with my 3 y/o daughter. My daughter was clearly very scared and the assistant took her time explaining everything and did not push my daughter if she showed signs of being scared. I wish I could remember her name but she was amazing!

Fantastic experience: I had work done on my teeth by the Fredericksburg CenterPark Neibauer team, and they were amazing. I couldn’t have been happier with the Level of Service, Professionalism, and Care that they provided and still to this date provide to me. From day one, they took the time to really inspect my teeth and let me know what condition they were in and what needed to be done to address any concerns. They always took the time to explain their intent for every visit and ensured I fully understood the cost sheets prior to those visits and ongoing visits. What I appreciated most since I work in a 24/7 company is the understanding & flexibility with their schedule and the reminders they send out. It made it very easy for me to manage my personal calendar instead of making it a chore on top of my personal and work responsibilities. I highly recommend them to my family, friends, and to you reading this review!

Fantastic experience: Have been coming here for years. Dr. Vellanki and Dr. Sun are amazing! All of the nurses treat you like family. It’s always clean, always with the newest technology and my teeth are happy here. And for people who are scared of the dentist...they do everything in their power to make you feel relaxed and not stressy. My favorite dental office ever!

Fantastic experience: Care compassion and up to date technology. I have dental fear that has led to a 5 year lapse in dental care. The result is much needed and involved dental work. Dr. Sun and staff have helped me feel safe to get the many procedures done with excellent workmanship.

Negative experience: Had two crowns done there, three dentists assured me it was done correctly despite it being visibly bad to the naked eye, then dragged their feet when giving a refund after my new dentist emailed them about the obviouslu bad crown, which wasn't even close to the margin and was way to large. I still have pain from their incompetence, or otherwise dishonesty and they have likely ruined my teeth forever.

The team at the Central Park location was outstanding. Jonathan, Danielle, and Dr. Sun were all incredibly professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I left feeling confident in my decision to stay with this location. Highly recommend the Central Park team if you’re considering treatment—they truly made all the difference!

Fantastic experience: While on vacation, my tooth broke. I was still 1day from getting home and my tooth was shredding my tongue. I called Neibauer Dental Care, after reading their reviews, and they got me in within 2 hours. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Dr. B temporarily repaired my tooth until I can get home to my regular dentist. I would recommend this business 100%!!!

Fantastic experience: I was first introduced to Karen, the dental assistant who was phenomenal And very courteous ..Initially was coming in for a tooth pain due to a neglect at my previous dental office. Dr. V let me know that it was just a minor concern that can be fixed right away which was very reassuring. I then met with Andrea, who was my dental hygienist for the day! Really big shout out to Andrea because she did not have to see me today in office, but she squeezed me between two patients. She is a true rockstar. She also Let me know about the oral cancer screening, which I also got done today. You guys are truly amazing. It was well worth the wait!!!

Fantastic experience: Whole staff is very friendly & professional! The dentist doesn’t try to push you into a procedure you don’t need, I’ve had that from other dentists. Or push you for “add on” like teeth whitening. I have seen Dr Sun several times & really like him. He has a kind & calm demeanor. Fantastic experience: First time back to see the dentist in a while, so I was a little nervous about how my first visit was going to go. I was referred here by my coworker who only had wonderful things to say about her experience, so I figured I'd try them too. I'm so glad I did! I had a Great experience at Neibauer too! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and doctors. Easy, convenient location. Also, they use state of the art technology to help get a better view and understanding of your teeth and gums, as well as offer a mouth cancer screening. They believe in preventative care, which is important to me. They also don't try to convince you to get work done that you don't need. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment in 6-months. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a new dentist!!

My son’s insurance has changed, so I have to search for another dentist for him. He loves them, so it’s sad. On a happier note, we will never change dentists unless forced!! Fantastic experience: I took my 17-month-old to Neibauer, and I must admit it's a positive environment full of welcoming smiles. They take good care of their customers and the place is clean. There weren't any delays, my boy's teeth were checked and Dr said they all looked good but when I went back to the pediatrician she checked as I was convinced they were chipped and it was confirmed they were a little chipped overall ill still give them a 5star

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sun and his team is amazing. He always takes his time to explain things and has great bedside manners. My children and I have been coming here for years, and I will never go anywhere else. I am a very anxious and tearful patient when I go to the dentist (I always have been) but Dr. Sun is so understanding and gentle. He never gets frustrated with me, and takes his time to work through my anxiety with me.

Negative experience: The staff is very kind and professional. But the Dentist, who enters the exam area with a barrage of obscenities which I could not ascertain were directed at me or the staff. As much as i need dental work, I be looking for dental care some place else.

Fantastic experience: Old post is below. Had another appointment today and very pleased. I was brought back close to my appointment time and did not have any long waits. Friendly place with very good hours. Had to downgrade my review since they screwed up and wasted half of my day by not calling me and telling me that my crown was not in. Had to lower my review till one as my crown is still not in and I can't get anybody to call me back and let me know the status thinking about changing until another dentist. Raised my review back to 5 stars as I haven't had any more issues with scheduling. People there are very friendly, do great work, and really work with me considering I'm always changing my appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sun is very patient and very accommodating. I hate going to the dentist but he makes it easier and less stressful. The office manager is also amazing and very personable. When I approached her about a charge she took the time to help me understand. She is also very active in the practice, walking around and making sure that us patients are ok and being taken care of. Way to go to her being a very active and engaged leader!

Negative experience: The staff and dentist are very friendly however they no longer make dentures. I specifically asked if they make dentures in house or send them out, I was told prior to confirming my appointment. Unfortunately they do not do dentures any longer but they will still align whatever you've got.

Fantastic experience: EVERYTIME I come there I receive the best service. The WHOLE staff is professional and amazing at what they do. I've been one whom never liked going to the dentist but doctor V and the staff totally makes me feel loved and cared about. Totally recommend to EVERYONE!

Negative experience: The worst place for your dental needs.This was my biggest mistake to come here. Although staff is really friendly and welcoming, however I cannot say the same for the Dentist nor the Hygienist. I was getting 2 cavities fix. I felt every dam needle go into my gums, not only that but the Dentist numb my entire right side of my face to including my ears part. I have never felt this uncomfortable in all my life going to a Dentist. He made a remark like you have had this done before when I wouldn’t stay still because of how much I was uncomfortable. I replied it was over 20 years ago. The Hygienist told me that I would need a root canal, NOT so. My new Dentist said I don’t need a root canal and he was able to fix my cavity, it was a big one but no root canal was needed. These people also advise me that I should pull out all 4 of my wisdom tooth, for the simple fact that it’s had to keep these teeth cleaned, yet I have absolutely no cavity in all 4 of my wisdoms tooth. So why the hell would I pull perfectly good teeth when they are not bothering me. Oh and by the way I’m 51, so there you have it. These people are here to get your money not clean your teeth and be kind, they don’t give a dam about people. It’s do their job and get out kinda of attitude I got. After having these two teeth done, I immediately changed Dentist. And what a difference when you go to the Dentist and you don’t feel the needles or the meds stinging your gums and they are as friendly and extremely patient with their clients. That is what makes a good Dentist, not this place.

Negative experience: I showed up for my 1030am appointment promptly. I am a new patient, so it took some time to do all the xrays, etc. I was informed by the dental assistant that the hygienist “didn’t have time” to do my cleaning and asked me to return at 1pm the same day. I was on my lunch break, so I had to rebook for another day. What a hassle! In addition, when my blood pressure was taken, it was much higher than my normal readings. The assist advised that the wrist cuffs often read higher and rest assured, it was “lower than what’s showing. I am a medical professional and am pretty familiar with blood pressure cuffs and have used wrist cuffs many times, and they have never been off by that much. Overall a very disappointing first and maybe last visit.

Fantastic experience: Central Park Neibauer office is the Best! The office is extremely clean, all staff very professional. Andrea Hayes, and Dr. Vellanki are both amazing professionals and extremely knowledgeable. I know that I am in the best care with each visit.

Fantastic experience: Had to get a cleaning and they found a cavity low on my gum line so they recommended a crown and they had an opening in about 45 mins after my cleaning appt. They did a great job and got my temp crown in so fast. Def the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Came here after a terrible experience at a different dental office, this is by far the nicest dental team I have ever had. They seem to care about their patients and not just after money. Will update if I’m wrong lol. I have anxiety around dentists due to poor history but they made me feel super comfortable and made light conversation and jokes along the way which eased my discomfort. Will definitely be establishing permanent care with this office.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is awesome from the moment you check in to the time you checkout you feel welcome and special. Dr. Sun and Melanie are tops in my book and I would recommend them to anyone in the need of dental work. Personally I've had dental challenges and felt embarrassed, but Dr. Sun and Melanie made me feel special and I can't thank them enough for that.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience at Neibauer Dental Care. My dentist was Dr Sun. He and his team (from front desk to his hygienist) were friendly, courteous and very professional. Once in the chair, Dr Sun was knowledgeable and proficient as he filled my 5 cavities. He was also patient and explained each step so I understood what was happening. He and his hygienist, Iris, both took the time to make sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any discomfort. I will definitely go back to see Dr Sun and his team again!

Negative experience: This place didn't care about new patients. I scheduled an appointment for my husband, he show up and they didn't event take a look on him. With the excuse they needed their records. If that was the problem, I was in touch with them the previous hours ahead the appointment, why they didn't mention that??.. What a shame to make us going there, driving for nothing. I will never contact this place again.

Fantastic experience: The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. I get nervous at the dentist usually because of pain but never ever has the dentist or hygienist caused me any concern and I highly recommend this team of experts! I am a regular patron and I get my teeth cleaned and crated on a regular basis. I don’t have the fear of dentists or pain any more!

Negative experience: This dentistry is fine if you don’t mind being stabbed in the gums (twice) by a lunatic hygienist. She also attempted to drown me in the water from her cleaning equipment. After I reacted in a not so nice manner, and calling her an idiot for not understanding what she was doing, she told me to leave the practice permanently. I am happy to do that.

Fantastic experience: I called at about 9AM when my crown broke off and got an appointment at 12 the same day, where they examined the crown and were able to clean it and use new cement to reattach it. I was in and out in a flash. Everyone was kind and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Dr V has been my dentist since I was 8 and she’s the best woman/human/dentist on the planet. So personable, and nice, and gentle. The office is clean, and everyone is nice from the girls who answer the phone to the hygienists to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I must say, I am 9 months pregnant, scheduled to be induced in 9 days. I crave ice 24/7. Well I completely broke my tooth chewing on ice, which felt like a nerve was exposed due to not even being able to breathe through my mouth or drink anything without excruciating pain. I called everywhere and no one took my insurance. Finally I called Neibauer, and they accepted my insurance, but said it could be awhile but they would fit me in as an emergency. 1.5 hour drive and once I filled out the paperwork they got me back immediately. Everyone I talked to on the phone was incredible and very patient with me. Once I got to the back one of Dr. sun assistants helped me and talked me through everything. Very engaged with their patients which I love because then you aren’t sitting there all awkward. Dr. Sun himself was AMAZING, very caring, didn’t rush, and explained everything to me. Before I left I was still sitting in the chair and the receptionist and back and explained how much I would be paying out of pocket my next visit so I knew what to expect. Which is great because then I can financially prepare for the next visit. Needless to say, I don’t care if I’m 5 hours away. They now have a new customer and I won’t go anywhere else!

Costs and payment plans were explained up front. Return visits are expedited. No long wait in between consult and treatment! The office is clean with a relaxing atmosphere. My daughter enjoyed her visit.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this location. The office failed to send my prescription to the pharmacist and had to wait an entire weekend before getting it filled. The dentist said that she would give me a referral to a specialist for some additional dental work but she never did. I am not satisfied with the level of care I received here and won't be coming back.

Negative experience: I took 2 hours leave from work drove an hour and when I showed up 10 minutes early to my scheduled appointment they told me that my appointment was canceled and they came up with an excuse saying that I didn’t reply “yes” to their text message. They can easily cancel your appointment an hour prior to your appointment time and give your spot to somebody else without consideration that you took time off from work and besides your appointment is already booked. I’m very disappointed and the way I was treated. This wasn’t the first time that this had happened being mistreated on my previous appointments.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Sun and the entire Neibauer Central Park staff. They are always friendly and informative. They are clear on the required procedures AND the cost. The office always feels very clean. We never wait long. Today Lauren and Dr. Sun made my daughter comfortable when she had to have some stubborn baby teeth pulled - a situation that has not gone well at other dentists with my older daughter. The whole thing was a breeze. I’m so glad we made the switch!

Positive experience: Had a back lower molar tooth extraction. Dentist was very informative through the process and numb me up really good I didn’t feel any pain when he extracted the tooth. Post care instruction were not given to me so I googled them. Staff is very polite and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Each person on staff was welcoming and accommodating. Dr. V took time reviewing medical history, explaining what needed to happen most immediately, and explained various precautions related to medications.

Fantastic experience: Melody and Dr. V were amazing and made me laugh throughout my entire appointment. Appt was at 9:30 and got out at 9:45 for a fill in. Front desk is always nice and the usual lady whom checks me in is always nice.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best experience I’ve had by far. The kind , caring , and thoroughly informative staff clearly work together as a fluid team. From making the initial appointment months ago to the completion of our appointment , every single aspect was done with patient priority and satisfaction in mind. I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you all so much for making what could’ve been a difficult experience such a great one. You’ve all put me at ease for my family’s dental care.
