Fantastic experience: DentalArts is a wonderful practice. The office staff are always very helpful and very cheerful. I see Dr. Mike, who is very knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions. Like many people, I have a slight phobia about the dentist, but after working with DentalArts I would not go anywhere else. Only down side, parking can be a challenge.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mike did a small drilling and filling and also answer some questions I had, along with giving some good advice . After Selma cleaned and checked for cavities, thank God none found, as always she did a super job. This is not my favorite place to visit but they make it a lot easier. Negative experience: Dr Eric is professional and very knowledgeable. He is an excellent dentist. Unfortunately I can no longer go here as I apparently was on a warning list for canceling the hygienist due to sickness. And today there was a mix up with an appt with Dr Eric. I called last week as an emergency tnj issue. Was told Dr Eric wouldn't be back until Tuesday to call PCP. So I hung up and attempted PCP. Today I get a call from them saying I missed an appt scheduled for noon today with Dr Eric. They state I was told to call PCP and an appointment was made for noon today.They asked if I got their text I said hold on let me check...nope no text. Well sorry you already had warning letter .So I guess it's all about them ....no concern for the issues patients are having. As I previously reviewed...Dr Eric is excellent, I have been amazed at the way he is able to fix issues at times, but you can feel the tension around him...he is maybe a bit too arrogant and inflexible. Sorry to lose a great dentist! The saga continues...I receive a text to call to schedule a cleaning....when I call I am told I am no longer a patient. Yes I know that so why text me to make an appt. Today I receive a letter....you are no longer a patient due to missed appts and failure to create patient/ doctor rapport.....is that my responsibility? Never once had the doctor contacted me to discuss anything. One would think he would of followed up on the emergency call I made initiating this entire issue. But no he never bothered with the TMJ issue I was experiencing....just that due to miscommunication of me not attending an appointment that was made by his staff. Professionalism would have been that he call me directly if he really cared about the patient and not just the $$$. My husband and I both have found a new dental provider...no worries.

From the moment I walked into the waiting room, it was an unexpected experience. The front office girls were so pleasant and friendly. Dr. Eric's assistant was so patient and lovely to me and Dr. Eric went above and beyond in explaining every option available to me. He even gave me a "mini dental x-ray" lesson! I felt the time spent with me was pleasantly unusual. Thank you so much, Dr. Eric, for you and your wonderful staff. Another great visit on 1/13/25. Stella, the dental hygienist, was Stellar! Her patience and willingness to listen dissolved the dental anxiety. Also, her sense of humor was very much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: I switched over to this dentist office as of 8/2024, and I am beyond happy with the service. Sheri whom did my cleaning and Dr.Eric who has worked on my fillings, have been nothing but upfront and honest with me from the start. Such caring and great people. I was petrified of the going to my precious dentist and she lied to me about cavities, broke my tooth and was not upfront. Now being at Dental Arts has been such a relief. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: They aren't an emergency dentist or anything like that. You'll call and they will be very rude about it. Staff very rude and service is mid from what I've seen. Id recommend anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I was unfortunate enough to have one of my anchor teeth for my bridge to break off partially. Receptionist was able to put me on the cancellation list and I was able to see Dr. Eric in short order temporary patched the tooth for me so I could wear my bridge again And recommended a crown for that tooth. I’ve set up the appointments to have that done and appreciate the professional manner of the Dental staff. It’s also nice to know that you have options as Dr. Eric explained To me and help me decide on the one that was best.

Negative experience: Waited 3 months for an appointment. Was told after a 30 second exam by Dr. Eric that I could not be a customer. Was then told by Dr. Eric that the panoramic xray would be free since he was not interested in having me as a client. I said thank you, no problem. We were pleasant to each other, so I am not sure what went wrong. On my way out, they charged me $230 for the bitewing and panoramic. I didn't ask for it to be free, you offered.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Dental Arts for over 40 years. Initially with Dr Frank now with Dr. Eric was a seamless transition. Staff is very professional & always helpful when needed. No one enjoys going to the dentist, however Dental Arts makes your visit much more tolerable.

Fantastic experience: As has been my experience over the past 14 years and two generations of dentists the professionalism in this office is outstanding. Appointments are always on-time, the dental hygienist's work is the best I've had, and the dentist handles every issue patiently and thoroughly, while fully explaining what needs to be done and providing options. I'm well into retirement and the office considers the type of repairs needed given my age, offers alternatives, and accepts my decisions. I have all of my teeth, a few crowns, and a dozen fillings. All is well thanks to the professionals in the office.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist for me is a very heightened experience. I do not like the dentist. I do not like the sounds of the machines. I do not like anything about any of it. A couple days ago I broke my tooth eating taffy and I knew extensive dental work had to be done. Today Dr. Eric and his assistant Danni were excellent. I am petrified of getting novacane.. BUT they now have this wonderful gel that they put in your mouth to numb it before the needle goes in! I literally felt nothing from the time they numbed me until the procedure ended! I highly recommend Dr. Eric and his team for any of your dental work. The experience was a lot easier than I thought it would be!

Fantastic experience: Always a great job by Dr. Mike and hygengiest Sherry. I have bad swallowing difficulty so they cut me a quick break every one minute or whenever I need it. Probably wouldn't make it through with anybody else. Appointments always start on time and they politely work with a sense of urgency to get you in and get you out.
