Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying, from previous experiences with dentists, I have high anxiety when it comes to being treated. I visited Prestige today as a new patient. I was welcomed in and made to feel very comfortable. Although I don’t have dental “issues”, they addressed all my concerns and gave me plenty of reassurance. Dr. Holmes, Grace, and Sarah were great! I’m happy to have found a new dental “home”!

She was sweet, thorough, and friendly. Marva gave me a warm greeting. She was helpful during the checkout process and very sweet. Dr. Holmes had amazing energy. He was fun and funny. I know sometimes appointments can feel intense or stressful, but that wasn’t the case here. He made jokes and he was personable. My overall experience was really nice. I was pleased with team, the culture of the dentist office, and the welcoming environment. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I've tried the rest and had to come back to the best! I deeply appreciate Prestige Dental. From the front desk to the back, great service and care. I get anxiety but Ravena somehow soothes me right on through it all! She deserves recognition for her patience, kindness, genuine care and concern shown to her patients. And Dr. Holmes is equally as pleasant to interact with. If you're looking for dental CARE, this is the place.

Negative experience: So I went here for a bridge to be redone by Dr. Holmes that another dentist had done. The office manager put it upon herself to throw my bridge in the trash without my permission that was paid for. And the dental bridge work that Dr.Holmes charged over $7000 for broke in two places in less than one year due to my bite was not correct. The insurance company called them regarding the problem. Dr Holmes office have not contacted me back nor my the insurance company. I went to another dentist who advised me that my bite was off was the reason for the breakage not in one place but two.

Negative experience: Horrible. They bill for services they did not do. they dont call your insurance to make sure services are covered they just do the service and bill you months later. Recommended other people who scheduled cleanings that they did not get. They are more concerned with doing services like full mouth scans that they can get more money from then what you actually scheduled for such as a cleaning . I would never recommend this business to anyone else .

Fantastic experience: Prestige Dental Care is truly the best dental office I’ve visited in years. From start to finish, the staff was patient, welcoming, and very attentive. Ravina, my dental hygienist, was extremely gentle, patient, and knowledgeable, making the entire experience comfortable. Dr. Holmes took his time answering all of my questions and concerns and thoroughly explained the procedures that were needed. Ms. Marva was also amazing,she clearly explained all of my post-care options, was very welcoming, and had a wonderful sense of humor that made the visit even more enjoyable. I also received great advice on maintaining proper dental care. I genuinely enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care.

Negative experience: I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience really bothered me. I accompanied my daughter to this dental office for her first visit and initially felt comfortable. That changed after overhearing conversations coming from the next room. While my daughter was in the chair, I heard the dentist talking about trying to “find somebody to love him.” The employee seemed to nervously laugh off his comments, which made the situation feel even more awkward. When he later came in for my daughter’s examination, I noticed he was wearing a wedding band, which made those comments even more uncomfortable to hear. He also pried into his employees’ personal love lives during work hours. The rest of the staff seemed very nice and professional, which made the situation even more disappointing. Hearing those kinds of personal conversations in a dental office felt inappropriate and unprofessional. If he is married, it was embarrassing to see him openly represent his wife in that manner while at work. Even though my child received what I believe to be great service, she—and others—should not have to be subjected to those types of inappropriate conversations, especially by the owner. A dental office should feel respectful and focused on patient care. This experience left me concerned about why he felt so comfortable displaying that type of behavior in a professional setting. Please do better, sir. You never know who is in the next room listening.

Fantastic experience: April is always polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She is very efficient and consistently gets me in and out while still making me feel cared for. I have a genuine fear of the dentist, and April always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable at every visit. Her calm, reassuring presence truly makes a difference and helps ease my anxiety each time. I’m very grateful for her care and professionalism.

The young ladies that worked on me today was Maniyha and April these young ladies was very professional very very polite and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I had flown from Palm Springs, California; landed in Nashville, Tennessee; drove nearly 6 hours to make it to Memphis for my first appointment at this location. I must say, I was not in the best of mood when I walked into the office. My Experience was like being at a Day Spa, nothing short of Exceptional. I’ve been in several Dentist’s offices across the US. These young ladies, from the front desk to the Hygienists to the Dentist made me feel so very special, right at home in a good way. My whole attitude changed. I’m relocating, not to Memphis, further away, however, I will be returning and recommending any and all colleagues. It takes a special kind of person to deal with someone like me and they Did It!! Warm, Professional, Kind and all with a smile.

Negative experience: I did not like the experience. I went in because of an abscess in my mouth, received a prescription that is not working for me. Call back and was told they can't change the antibiotics prescribed, my mouth is in the same predicament. I will go to another dentist to get better service.

Fantastic experience: My visit was 5 stars. I’m not good with names but I do remember the two young ladies professionalism at the front desk. The young lady on the left took my info down on my first visit and was very cordial. I had forgotten some information regarding my appointment but keira was spot on. I may have her name wrong. Fantastic experience: My cleaning with Khadejah was the best I have ever had. She is kind, honest, and very patient. She explains everything in a way you can understand. My gums are very sensitive. Normally I have sore gums after a cleaning and need to take a pain reliever. My gums were not sore afterwards and I was able to continue my day without being in pain. Thank you Khadejah

Fantastic experience: I chipped a tooth and was referred to Prestige. They got me in the next morning and put a temporary crown on in an hour! The atmosphere was so calming! From the aft old school R&B music playing, to Camesha warning you of possible discomfort and assuring that it wasn’t intentional, I was made comfortable and knew I was a priority. My situation was resolved in less than an hour and a half. Thanks Dr. Hughes for your professionalism and thanks Camesha for being you.

Positive experience: The doctor and nurse was excellent and extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and that they were very supportive of what needs to happen well here comes the problem after they finished the young girl came to do some pictures or scan with a object in mouth was very rough and talking to someone about being ready to go and get off which made me feel why we was rushing and rough. I suffered through it but wouldn’t want her back in my mouth young people are just so emotional detached regardless of the profession just my observation. But the office was clean l felt that some sort of cover should have been on the equipment she had in my mouth but other then that l really like my new dentist very pleased as a new patient.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Holmes and his staff are top tier! On yesterday, myself and my daughter had our general cleanings and X-rays done followed by our treatment plans. The office staff are very professional and welcoming, the waiting room is nicely decorated, the additional rooms are all extremely clean and well organized. The hygienist were very thorough and great at explaining the procedure in real time. Afterwards , Dr. Holmes came into the room and evaluated each of us, addressing questions, concerns, options for next steps, and treatment plans. His chair side manner can be described as attentive, humorous, relatable, yet professional. This was my daughter’s first visit to Prestige Dental. She was so impressed that we’re now switching her dentist. Just an honest review!

However, I must say that Dr. Holmes and his team have pretty much put a lot of my fears to rest. They make you feel so comfortable. Ravina has been my hygienist for the past few years (she's awesome). They talk you through what's happening, all while consistently asking, are you ok? I just had a bridge put in by Dr. Holmes and Ms. Keisha, and even tho I am still a little antsy, they are very patient and kind. I can't thank you all enough. And, to everyone handling patients at the reception desk, I appreciate the kindness and great attitudes. It means more than you know. You all are awesome!
