The staff (from front desk to the doctor) were so kind and reassuring the entire time. They explained what was happening and why. They made going to the dentist a great experience. Fantastic experience: I brought my Father to Williams Family Dentistry yesterday. He needed some help with a bridge that had fallen out. We saw Dr Jarrod and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My parents have been going to this office for many years. My Father is 91, has mobility issues, and cognitive impairment. He was treated with courtesy and respect. Sarah was so thoughtful and engaged my Father while we waited for the dentist. They quickly repaired his dental issue and sent us on our way. My Father is usually not very talkative but raved about the Dentist and staff all the way home. He said the best he had ever experienced!

When you walk through the door there are bright, happy staff waiting to help you. The entire atmosphere is positive, upbeat, and family-friendly. Dr. Jarod was my dentist years ago. Absolutely the best dentist I'd ever had. Now his son, Connor, is doing most of my work and he is definitely a chip off the ol' block in the most positve ways. They both, along with their assistants, make you feel comfortable, appreciated, and heard. It's clear that they all love their jobs, are a family amongst themselves, and treat their patients the same way. They have always given me a very upfront, unpressured, honest account of the work I need to have done...and whether it needs to be done immediately or if it can wait awhile. When asked, they stop what they are doing and take whatever time is needed to check w/ your insurance, verifying cost vs available benefits BEFORE beginning to work. The office staff are quick to get answers so you can relax knowing all details are in order. The quality of dental work is fantastic. It is expedient, painless, and effective from both a structural and esthetic viewpoint. Recently, Connor fixed two chipped teeth and I feel comfortable smiling again. Soon, they will tackle a tooth that has been shifting and overlapping another. This causes no problems, but I'm excited to be able to say, "Bye-bye SNAGGLE TOOTH!" Additionally, I've never experienced Dr's or medical professionals with better personalities and humor. I am literally cracking up every time I have an appointment. How many people can say THAT about a dental visit? ☆100% seal of approval. GO SEE THEM...you'll be happy you did!

Then Dr. Williams did his expert inspection, focusing on suspicious areas. If you want a dentist who is dependable & trustworthy, you should make an appointment with Dr. Williams. However, todays session with Mary was the most stress free dentist visit I've ever had. The entire staff was friendly and fun. The happy music and massage chairs were definitely a great touch. The dental assistant and hygienist were both skilled and personable. Dr Williams was kind and personable. He also did not make up reasons to work on my mouth or my husband's mouth. We have had experiences in the past with dentists who make up reasons to do work to bring in money. Dr Williams is an honest dentist. You won't regret choosing this practice to take care of your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I will only visit Jarrod Williams Dentistry. (Period) He is talented, smart, kind and has a great touch while working. If you have had any cavities, you'll know what I mean. I'm 54 and have been one of his founding patients. I highly recommend him. I was not paid for this review. I mean it. As of 7/3/2023 I continue to stand by my review above even after so many years. As of 1/14/2025 I am still a fan of Jarrod. I also know that his son is following in his father's footsteps in the art of Dentistry. I love knowing his talents are a family tradition.

Fantastic experience: Before I even had my first appointment with Dr Jarrod Williams, I had a cleaning and he re-cemented a crown which had popped off on New Year’s Day. Hallelujah! I couldn’t be more pleased! Hygienist Yen did a great job cleaning my teeth painlessly! And I was back home in an hour with my crown in place.

Everyone in the office is super wonderful and Dr. Williams and his assistants take all the time needed to address any issues. I have had multiple bondings and fillings done quick and easy and most importantly, painless. I moved farther away and I still take the time to come to them with all my needs.
