Negative experience: Great care, until they told me they no longer take UHC, yet their website says they do, and UHC website says they're in-network.

How they treat me a wheelchair client go out of their way to make comfortable for me on the dental chair with my Brace. Once they have assured themselves that Iam safe and comfortable go about performing necessary service. Followup with DMD making sure I received the best professional care. Fantastic experience: As you walk into Pinehaven Dental, the ladies greet you and make you feel welcome. I had an emergency with a front veneer that came off. They took care of me the very next day after my initial call. My dentist was out and Dr. Lei took care of my issue the very next morning! I will recommend this dental office and I will continue to use them for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: On Tuesday I had two teeth extracted.I experienced no significant pain or discomfort and have had no post extraction difficulties. The treatment was kind and professional.I recommend Tillery Dental. Tj.On Monday I had impressions for crowns on upper front teeth.The dentist removed decay from the upper front teeth and placed the temporary impression and teeth.Remarkably ,all was comfortable and pain free.The dentist and staff were professional and attentive.I recommend them with no reservation.C.T.Jones

Negative experience: Very poor ! They gave me an estimate on doing a top denture and bottom partial ( it’s what the dentist recommended instead of a full set. ) and I told them I would let them know . Four days later I call and they said they refuse to do because they refuse to pull healthy teeth . I’am 61 and have lots of missing teeth . They are my teeth ( what’s left of them ) it’s my decision what to do with them ! I will never go back !

Negative experience: Rude is an understatement to describe what I just experienced from the front office staff at this place… So I was scheduled an apt for about 3 weeks out here & put on a cancellation list just in case someone cancels beforehand I can get in early. Obviously that lost prompts a 3rd party calling agency that automatically calls patients that are on the list. I received a call from that 3rd party that scheduled me an apt with the office that they are affiliated with in Hattiesburg for the next day at 11:20am. Get to Hburg & guess what? No apt! My name is sitting on the side in their system. It’s in their not scheduled but onto the side. So I called the original office back which was this one to ask why did they call and tell thatLIE? I DIDNT ASK FOR THAT. I accepted the apt they gave me. I didn’t need to drive to burg for no reason!! I have great dental Ins I can go anywhere!! But the lady that answered the phone insisted on projecting and telling me what she thought happened. When I had already clearly told her ignorant, none listening, none Customer focused or oriented behind what happened. I just don’t understand why you want to be so UGLY. I’m the one that got the bogus apt. If I establish a relationship and trust with the front desk staff then I surely can’t trust the ppl in the back!!! I will gladly take my Insurance where I’m appreciated. I work and I pay for my premiums!!! I deserve quality care and RESPECT!!
