I called desperate to get an ugly black cavity filled and they got me in at 8am the next morning and I left with the black spot gone and my teeth feeling brand new. Definitely recommend. My mother referred me and she also loves this dental office!

Negative experience: My crown fell out after trying to tell the dentist it was loose and he did not believe me. I returned with the crown in my hand after it fell out, for him to recement it in and it's still loose.

Negative experience: “Quantity $$ over quality” truly shows. Dr. Abrams is awful. He insists on doing all the talking and barely listens to his patients. His “bedside” manner is terrible — cold, dismissive, and completely lacking empathy. I’ve worked with many physicians myself, and his personality is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. This was the second time I visited. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time — everyone has bad or busy days, and I understand the stress that comes with working under pressure. However, with him, it seems to be constant. It’s clear that money matters more than patient care. If I didn’t know better, I would assume this was his first job not just out of dental school, but out of high school as well with absolutely no social skills. He tells you what he’s doing and that’s it. Answer his questions he has for you. AND THATS IT. I understand my dental situation isn’t perfect — I have a lot of work to be done due to genetics and putting my needs aside as a single mother of three with no help. I’ve also struggled with insurance access in the past, which delayed my care in my lifetime. But the lack of compassion and willingness to educate me on how to manage my pain in the meantime was unacceptable. Sitting there in pain, being rushed through questions, and watching him walk away mid-conversation with one foot out the door is WILD— who allows patients to be treated this way? I told Dr. Abram how much Advil I was taking and asked what else can I do in the meantime his last words to me “if you have to go ahead but don’t take anymore Advil” and gave me a prescription of Amoxicillin. Thank god for the Walgreens pharmacist who directed me towards a healthier alternative other than exceeding the max dose of Advil. Not sure if he thought I was “drug seeking” but I can honestly say he’s a disgrace.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a series of work done to fix my teeth and I’ve been on a search for almost about 3 years for a dentist that will actually help. From my very first appointment, to cavities and root canals, I have never felt SO comfortable and excited to see a dentist. The fact I can smile again really fulfills my heart! Thank you all for a wonderful experience. I will be recommending ya’ll!!

Negative experience: I have been with this dentist for quite a few years and I have found that it is getting increasingly hard to schedule appointments. The last time I had a cleaning I tried to schedule my next 6 month cleaning and they only had appointments 9 months out. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment and they can only reschedule me 9 months out. That means it would be a year and a half between cleanings. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous. They said that people are scheduling 3 appointments out at a time. It is easier to get an appointment at University of Penn than it is here. Obviously, the practice does not have enough employees and as it has grown in patients they are not growing in service.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at Corsi Dental in New Jersey. From the moment I arrived, there was a clear push to upsell services that felt unnecessary and overpriced. I was quoted around $300 to “repair damage” allegedly caused by plaque. No thorough diagnostic imaging was provided to support this recommendation, and there was no willingness to explore more modern, evidence-based, or less invasive alternatives. What concerns me most is that this “damage” appeared to stem from previous dental work performed at the same office by Dr. Raymond T. Abrams just four years ago. That prior work was never reviewed or questioned during this visit, even though it was the only dental intervention I’ve had. I have never had any serious dental issues until coming to this office. Corsi Dental also advertises nitrous oxide sedation for non-emergency procedures, which raises concerns about how elective treatments are being marketed. The approach to care felt outdated and overly aggressive, particularly when “drill and fill” methods were recommended for non-aggressive enamel wear. Despite their public claim that they do not upsell, my experience did not reflect that. They acknowledged in their reply that they do not have in-house specialists. While that may be true, the lack of a specialist does not excuse a rushed or questionable treatment plan. Their public offer to help is appreciated in theory, but I want to be clear that they cannot help. I will be seeking care elsewhere to correct the issues caused by Dr. Abrams’ previous work. If you are considering Corsi Dental, I highly recommend seeking a second opinion before agreeing to treatment. Good dental care should be thorough, transparent, and based on your actual needs. There are many other providers in the area offering higher quality, more modern, and more affordable care.

Negative experience: Best service I’ve ever received but scheduling is horrible. Expect regular cleanings and checkups to be 6-8 months out. Do not trust the text and email services as they have given me the wrong time and delayed my appointments by another 6-8 months. They say they can contact you if they get any openings… except for they want you to call them instead to ask. Very confusing and disorganized and different employees will tell you different things, which is a shame because like I said, service is great and I’ve never had such caring and kind hygienists and dentists before. :( Edit: I appreciate the response and hearing more information. I hope that you will consider putting a pause on taking in new patients or making more of an effort to hire more hygienists, maybe by providing better pay and benefits. Poor management and scheduling hurts everyone, and preventative care is extremely important.

Negative experience: Called because I have excruciating pain and was referred to an oral surgeon who does not have an appointment until next Tuesday!! Amazing care!! Edit: I called stating I was in excruciating pain and the response: “you were referred to an oral surgeon”. After posting my review I magically received a call stating “there was an open appointment in the afternoon”. That was not an option when I called…simply contact an oral surgeon.

Negative experience: Came for impacted wisdom teeth, got X-rays, and referred to oral surgeon. I asked for something to help with pain in the mean time and they told me to use Tylenol and ibuprofen. I told them I’m unable to take those medications due to allergy and anaphylaxis and they said they could offer nothing more for me. Not even local numbing agent? Pretty ridiculous to me. So you’re just gonna let people be in pain while they wait to be seen? That’s wild. Good thing my medical doctor sent something to the pharmacy for me.

Fantastic experience: Just took my adult child with disabilities for their first visit and after having a rough time with past dentists and annoyances, stress … I have to say that Dr Corsi and Dee were Amazing and refreshing to deal with and for the first time in a long time, we left the dentist with a smile!

Negative experience: Today, Wednesday June 9th was my first time ever coming to this office. I had a broken front tooth, which I needed repaired. The most pleasant part of this experience was having my tooth fixed the same day but Aside from that my experience wasn’t so great. Dr.Corsi filled/bonded the corner of my tooth to fix the chip, then showed me the final result. There was a pretty significant gap between the tooth that was fix and the one next to it. So I asked him to fill in the gap because it didn’t match the other side and looked awful. With no hesitation he did so. After he finished fixing it for the second time, my tooth had no gap but then was ALOT shorter and thinner than the matching tooth on the other side. When I pointed this out he claimed it was because my lower tooth would “break it”. I think he sensed finally that I was obviously not happy.. So he agreed to make the tooth longer to match. It was definitely obvious that him and the lady helping was getting visibly annoyed. Like I’m sorry but this is my front tooth we are talking about… I would like it to match my other teeth??When he was finally finished the THIRD time fixing my tooth.. it was still shorter but a lot better than before. BUT you could very visibly see where it was fixed, and then there was a lumpy chunk of bond behind my tooth that wasn’t drilled and the tooth was thin in that area The doctor rushed out of the room so I let the lady know and she brushed it off and said “try to just eat and chew on stuff and maybe it’ll break off” at that point I was so fed up that after 3 attempts my tooth was still not done properly. Now I’m stuck with a sharp lump of bond behind my tooth scratching my tongue… Overall I’m really NOT satisfied with the work/ quality AT ALL..

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a good dentist for the past couple months.I had a bad root canal and was in pain for months and friend suggested me to this office and they got me in the right patch.Appointments always at a good time that works with my schedule.Everyone is so friendship down to the receptionist.It feels warm and welcoming every time I go.As someone who is afraid of needles they but me at ease ,they do offer laughing gas and talk you through it with patience.Definitely would recommend to anyone who’s had bad experiences at other places.I recently got approved for a partial and I cried because I was able to smile again.with missing teeth at a young age my self confidence was low.With my new partial I’m feeling like my old self again!!!

Negative experience: Went in today at 8:13 am for an 8am appointment. I called the office in Woodbury before I walked in to make sure I was still ok to come being as though I was late, the woman who answered put me on a brief hold and came back momentarily letting me know it was fine to still come in. Upon arriving I walk in and before I could even close the entry door behind me I was rudely met with Shakyra let’s go hurry up you gotta come back now! You’re already 15 minutes late ! I couldn’t believe the nerve I had called specifically asking was I ok to still show up there otherwise I would not have I immediately let the woman know I won’t be disrespected she was extremely aggressive and combative and was saying well then you don’t have to stay I told her I’m not going to be spoken to like that and asked for the dentist she said he was in a procedure I then let her know I wanted to deal with someone else and not her she said in the nastiest tone with the most scruched up look on her face “well you can wait out there” I said you just said to come back here ? She then goes on to say how if I don’t want to speak to her then I can’t come back into her room. I couldn’t believe I was in a professional setting and going back and forth with a so called “healthcare professional “ I went back to the waiting room and found out through the receptionist that the woman’s name was Dana. I sat for almost 15 minutes before finally getting up to ask the receptionist what the situation was and who I could speak to about Dana’s Unprofessional behavior, the receptionist was all over the place and had no idea really what to tell me she was going to write a number down for me but changed her mind and offered a card and told me to call and speak to a “Karen” which I will be doing. It wasn’t fair that I was humiliated and rushed like that yes I was late but I called and they said it was ok to come so to then act like that was mind boggling to say the least. I’m truly disappointed in the level of attentiveness the staff gave me and that whole situation during the back and forth altercation Dr. Corsi even closed the door I guess so the patients he was dealing with wouldn’t get wind of what was going on. But even after that he came out and walked around but said nothing never even gave the receptionist direction regarding my appointment I ended up just leaving flabbergasted with a card in my hand. That’s the most ridiculous excuse for customer service I’ve ever seen in my life, I’m a single mother with a child and arranged a lot just to make it to an 8am weekday appointment. Just the lack of compassion and grace was very evident despite them having a so called 15 minute grace period per their policy. They were most definitely less than willing to honor that. I’ll reach out to my attorney for further advice regarding but I’ll stay far away from this place & I’d advise others to as well especially with them letting a patient just sit there and then leave after such an incident without so much as a conversation or explanation for why something like that would even be occurring in a place of business like a dental office is beyond me why get in into a field where customer service is half of the job and be rude like that ? Fantastic experience: Dr. Abrams is alway upbeat and informative. He explains everything and makes sure you are comortable. His dental technician is also very interactive and communicative. It took me less than one hour from my doorstep to the dentist and back to my doorstep.

Fantastic experience: In and out just the way a trip to the dentist should go. Everyone is super friendly and if you’re scheduled for something it goes exactly how the dentist tells you, none of the unexpected surprises. Very honest and transparent with everything. I never leave these things but this i felt obligated to share.

Fantastic experience: New patient at this facility, prior to making an appointment, I did some research on the DDM and was surprised by great comments from patients had experience. The staff very pleasant and informative of each step of detail that was to be done. It was routine exam and cleaning. Dr. B, was comforting and thorough, pleasant and informative to my questions and concerns for further treatment I asked him about. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr.Corsi’s office for a couple of years now and I only have good things to say about the staff there. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors themselves are all around amazing.

Negative experience: Excellent dentist office. All the staff is attentive, kind, and prompt. All good experiences thus far and I don’t expect that to change! Definitely make the decision to come here! Update 12/17: I have since stopped going to this dentist. I was advised that I could drop off a denture for repair and that the lab was in Marlton. My old dentist would allow me to bring the denture to the lab and pick it up same day. I asked if I could do that and I was told yes. Well, I didn't come that Monday because my schedule had just changed to overnights so I called Wednesday to ask about dropping off the denture. I spoke with someone different and not only was she short and cold, she said that it would probably be next week before I was able to get the denture. They said that is normal. So I would have to go a week without being able to chew because they decided that the other person was wrong and that I won't get anywhere to do it same day. I called my old dentist and by 4pm that day I had an evaluation and went and had my denture repaired. The dentist at Corsi is great, some people at the desk need some training though.
