Fantastic experience: I mean wow when you think about dental trauma this place has made me feel so much better. I left the dentist happy (that never happens) The office is really nice and i thought about doing a vlog . From the front staff to the nursing assistants to the doctor. I think im in shock. I am 8 weeks pregnant and my root canal fell out . I mean my tooth fell out and i wasnt sure what to do. I just moved here and haven’t established dental care so I called several places and they wouldn’t see me for weeks. I mean where do you go for a dental emergency . Anyways I called here and they saw me the following week then something opened up even sooner. Finding quality medical professionals that care is so hard in 2025 and im so glad i found refresh dental.

Negative experience: I went to refresh dental after years of seeing my previous dentist. On my first appointment, they told me I had over 8 cavities despite me always going to the dentist 2x/year and never having a cavity. They filled at least one of the cavities and told me that I’d have sensitivity for up to 2 weeks. However, the sensitivity stayed for over a year until the filling completely fell out of my mouth during work. In addition, between that time, I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and they told me that the “cavities” did not need to be filled. Now I’m at a totally different dentist who also had no reason to fill those 8 “cavities”.

Negative experience: New patients beware!!! This office simply can't handle the volume of its existing patients. We have been going there for the last 3 years (service is good if you can get in) and in the last two years almost EVERY SINGLE appointment that I or my two kids have had gets rescheduled. Sometimes they call the day of, sometimes its a week out, but it's always about not having enough dental hygienists. Then they state that they can't schedule anything except 6 months out for an appt that supposed to be today. I know that some of their front desk staff has left in the 3 years, and it is super frustrating as a patient. For a period they were down two dental hygienists and were canceling appointments right and left. Within the last 6 months they seemed to have fixed that issues, but then today I get another call that a hygienists "called in sick" and need to reschedule. I get that things happen, but 11 out of 12 appointments rescheduled isn't acceptable. My wife has simply stopped going there as her work schedule is much more restrictive. I've discussed this with Kelly the office manager in the past several times, and even requested that her supervisor call me at one point. Unfortunately, that call never came. The office just doesn't seem to respect patients time

Fantastic experience: I had Anna as my hygenist. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. It was one of the best cleanings i have had in a long time plus she explained what she wanted me to do to keep me from getting any infections. I have been going to dr moulton for a very long time , over 25 yrs and i come from 2 hrs away to see him. He will go above and beyond if possible to save me a trip back, if possible. Unless he retires or i cant drive i will keep coming to this office.

Fantastic experience: The staff and dentist were so kind and took time to ask questions. I needed a referral out and I sat with the staff member while she called for me and got me into the oral surgeon the next day. I highly recommend Refresh Dental. They care.

Positive experience: I received a thorough cleaning from the kind and friendly hygienist. Dr. Modic continues to try to talk me into a replacement crown to replace the one that fell off my implant. I keep telling him NO but he continues to do it.

Positive experience: I returned to Refresh for a cleaning. It was the least pain I've ever had being cleaned. The Cleaner was nice and did a good job. The Dr. explained my issues and treatment options. I guess they are competitive, Almost $500 for extraction,, well over $2000 for crown, well over $3000 for implant. I might return for next steps treatment.

Fantastic experience: Kelly (Mgr.) was very pleasant and explained all of there services available. She took her time and explained my teeth and what insurance covered what I amresponsible for, which was extremely helpful. Also, Dr. P. Modic was very helpful in explaining what he was going to do while I was lying in the chair. That alone gives you a great feeling. Doc is extremely through in his work along with his two assistants Dana and Jocelyn. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Modic and staff came to the rescue yesterday. I was in pain and needed to see Dr Modic. He and his team had me feeling better by 7:30 yesterday morning and on my way to get an emergency root canal. Feeling great today. Thanks you!

Positive experience: The dental care is superb. Unfortunately Refresh dental business systems are annoying,: multiple automated email and text messages requiring confirmation to ensure appointment is honored. Very impersonal bordering on rude.

Negative experience: Dental assistant was rude, judgemental, and demeaning. Did nothing to help ease anxiety regarding the visit, actually made it worse. Will be finding a new dentist for all future appointments.

Negative experience: Incredible service from the actual dentists and hygienists, unbelievably unprofessional “service” from front staff. This business requires same day payment. No problem. I have had quite a few appointments in the last year in order to prepare for braces. Each appointment I have paid my balance. One staff member was expressing her frustration with experiencing discrimination because of her age in the work force and wanted to relate to me and said “you blacks know how it is. Is that ok? To call you a black?” I was baffled. Another experience, I was incorrectly scheduled for a cleaning and a crown. I was trying to tell one of the staff members that I did not need the crown. I already had it. She insisted I was only saying that because I could not pay for it and would not allow me to check in for my appointment until I agreed to both services and signed a contract to pay. When I saw the dentist and dental assistant, he agreed I only needed the one service because my crown was done and said that the front desk “just says things all the time”. That same woman has since called and harassed me for payment ahead of my service because of a “new policy” regarding patients who have repeat cancellations. When I asked if the policy was written and I asked her to explicitly state what the policy was, she could not state it and said it was not a written policy, just something the company came up with in March and refused my appointment unless I paid ahead of time over the phone even though my bill with them is and has always been paid. I believe I owe $12 which I had no idea about and don’t know where they came from. Either way. The disrespect, unprofessionalism, harassment, and discrimination are enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I really wanted to finish my services there so I could just begin with my braces but their staff is actually horrible.

Fantastic experience: I'm a HUGE baby when it comes to needles and anything dental related. They were amazing and so patient with me!!! The front desk girls are so sweet and accommodating. I hate the dentist, but I love the refresh team!!!

Negative experience: I had 3 crowns done. On the final visit for 2 of the crowns it was decided by my dentist to have a stranger who I believed was like a physician assistant start getting my teeth ready for the permanent crown. I would have appreciated being asked if this was ok. I spent $3000 and was not given a choice as to whether or not I wanted the dentist or a complete stranger no matter how competent she was. Whet I questioned her she didn’t like it and suggested I should accept the change. I didn’t want any complications as I didn’t know how good this person was. A little consideration for my feeling would have gone a long way. I had never seen this person before and the dentist should of done his job from start to finish and not had some stranger to part of his job

What he can achieve in 5 minutes working on my chipped tooth is vastly superior to what has taken others near an hour. If you have any dental work that needs to be addressed, do not hesitate to schedule with him. He is fast, and his work is flawless. In addition, he explains everything he's doing and communicates all details the patient needs to make informed decisions moving forward. . . But without being overbearing, ever holding space and respect for the patient's own choice. I tell everyone I can about him. I'm honestly going to cry the day he hangs up his tools! No one can touch his skill, expertise, and bedside manner.

On top of that, I witnessed more of the staff walking elderly patients to their cars in the freezing rain because they were worried. This place is so clean, and the technology is incredible.
