Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Palm Harbor premier dental while visiting my parents. I had a problem with a cracked tooth and walked in off the street was able to make an appointment to be seen the next day. Not only did they identify the problem, but they organized the schedule as such that I could have the tooth fixed before I left town. Dr KANDY was extremely informative and thorough in his explanation as was his assistant. They went through all of my x-rays and explained the problem. The resolution of my condition was quick, easy and painless, and I was out on the road headed to the airport- back home in no time! THE office was clean. The staff was extremely efficient and if you are looking for great dental care, I would highly recommend this office. I am already referring my parents to them and I’m sure they will continue to spread the word— top notch, clean, and efficient! Really stellar service

I decided to take them up on their new client special and I am happy to report the office is still as friendly as ever. I am very pleased with the staff and the Dr. I hadn't met before who shares the same humor as I do. They were great! If you are unsure because it's in a plaza, don't be. Fantastic experience: I had a very bad fall to my face that resulted in stitches to my face and chipped teeth and also my front teeth shifted. Afterwards I really was self conscious about my smile. I hardly ever wanted to smile or talk to people. My family could tell how much it had changed me. They asked me to find a dentist who I felt could help me and I went through many dental practices in search of the best I read the reviews about Doctor Kandy. From my first visit I knew I had found the BEST! Doctor Kandy and his staff are top notch! I have recommended him and his staff to all my family and friends. Doctor Kandy gave me my smile back!

She was up there by herself, I can totally tell, she was answering two phone lines, and responding to a patient!! She definitely know what she is doing!! Never had that happen. The exam was very informative and Dr Kandy allowed me to ask any question without making me feel like I was unheard. I have never been heard by a provider before! This will be my forever dental home because of the care each individual gave to me!

Negative experience: Dr. Andre Kandy is by far the Worst dentist and man I have ever come across. His dental work is Atrocious, with his TX plans based off how it goes into his pockets. He is a horrible man who does Not care about the best treatment for the patient, only his pockets. Save your self thousands of dollars and see someone else. I am appalled that he is still aloud to practice after the butchering I seen him preform on patients. I know nothing about this practice except that he is Horrendous!!!!

Fantastic experience: Let me start this review off by saying I would rather do anything else in the world then go to the dentist. I have to literally be dying for me to walk in the door, that being said I had my front bridge break and with my job, I have to deal with customers all day, so it was kind of an emergency for me. I called hoping to get an appointment maybe the next day because it was already 230 and they said they could get me right in the door I walked in was greeted with a nice friendly staff not only did they get me right in the door. They started immediately on fixing the repair that I needed done,, The Doctor, there is amazing. She went above and beyond to fix my needs and Explain to me in detail what was going on . When they made my temporary the new one, it was taken a little bit longer than the last one, and I was kind of scared because it was taking so long, but let me tell you when it was done and it was fitted in, and I looked in that mirror I could not be more satisfied than the work that she did. It was amazing and looked 100 times better than my other one I would definitely recommend the services provided by this office to anyone.

Dr Candy and his staff are extremely skilled and professional. The office is clean bright and beautiful and you feel welcome every time you walk in the door. Negative experience: I do not recommend Palm Harbor Premier Dental. They were not transparent about their billing practices, and it ended up costing us far more than what we were originally told. They told us they accepted our insurance, but later we found out they were actually out of network. We weren’t charged any additional fees for the annual cleaning, so we assumed we were good to continue with the other services recommended. But months later, we received a surprise bill for three times what we had already paid for fillings my husband needed. When we called, their billing department casually said, “Yeah, this happens all the time,” which is extremely concerning. If they had been upfront from the beginning, we could’ve made an informed decision. Very shady practice.

Fantastic experience: I’m not quite sure there is another grown up as scared of the dentist as I am. That being said-Romina and Dr. Kandy are my dream team! I had such an incredible experience in her chair as Romina explained each process in detail and listened to my concerns and fears (and sobs). She checked on my comfort through the whole appointment and gave me back my fresh smile! Dr. Kandy came in to explain the next steps needed to continue to take care of my teeth and really helped break down and prioritize what is most important. He was kind and patient and was really receptive to my anxiety. Above and beyond quality care! Fantastic experience: I want to start off by saying I am terrified of dentist. I have ( had ) the worst teeth. Missing over 7 teeth on top and some on thr bottom. I was referred here and honestly I missed my appointments due to panic attacks about going to the dentist and being judged. After my first visit I felt better. They helped me through panic attacks and helped me feel warm and comfortable. After a rootcanal we talked about a bridge to help with my missing teeth. I personally couldn't care what they looked like but I was starting to have a hard time eating. We agreed to a bridge and then the pain started. After putting in a temporary the pain was pretty bad. Kyle the amazing person running the front office helped me make multiple appointments. They always responded and got me in same day. After 2 weeks and my pain management, my bridge came in. It fits amazing and I feel much better. Dr kandy made me feel thr most comfortable i have ever felt at a dentist. If you have fears or anxity I highly recommend palm harbor and dr kandy. They will make you feel important and listen to all your fears. I have come to like this dentist and plan to move all my kids here. Dr kandys assistants are amazing and sherly the finance department is so helpful. I'd give more than 5 starts if I could.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit at the practice. Super warm and welcoming staff, appearance and even smell!! I've been going to the same dentist for many years, but I just moved here from out of state. I had no idea how archaic the practice's of my prior dentist were! {No slight to him! He's older/retiring}. The technology at this place is crazy, it's so cool. I'm very inquisitive so I asked a ton of questions and received immediate answers from Androff/Androf? (sorry!), my hygienist. He seemed very well educated, polite and my favorite....gentle! Pain free visits are what I love! I felt a tiny bit rushed by the DDS, but I get it, they are busy. The doctor still answered my questions, I just felt like she was running to the next person. Again, I understand though. I rather see them busy, than no one in there! That means they rock, which they do! The entire staff I met was also pretty personable too. Androff/f (lol), thank you! You were great!

From the first call to schedule my appointment, every member of the staff was friendly, thorough, and professional. The technology used in taking X-rays and pictures is leading-edge. The doctor was able to clearly show me my areas of concern and discuss his recommendations. I used a new patient $98 special for my first visit (X-rays, cleaning, Dr exam), and their pricing for additional dental work I need is fair and competitive. The business office helped me find a payment plan that will work well for my needs, as I do not have insurance. I highly recommend this office and staff.

Shirley the office manager is wonderful and tries her best to get you what is needed and find ways to make it affordable. That is, until I met Dr. Vasquez. She is outstanding! Very knowledgeable, great listener, excellent dentistry. I have been seeing her now for a few years, I've done invisalign as well as other procedures with her in addition to numerous cleanings. She listens to me and is just a pleasure to be around. Negative experience: I went in as a new patient to get my teeth cleaned. There was no place to set my purse, keys and glasses, only a little wall hook. It was noisy. I could clearly hear other conversations with patients discussing treatments. The office temperature was warm which was uncomfortable. They advised I needed deep cleaning which was very expensive for me out of pocket and would not do a regular cleaning. I’m still waiting to receive my X-rays as I will not return to that practice or recommend it to anyone.
