Fantastic experience: If you are not tech savvy check-in can be a bit tricky, but the overall experience has been quite fine for me. Once checked in your wait is typically less than a few minutes and then right to business. Service is personable and professional. Check out is a snap as well. And they will answer your insurance questions to the best of their knowledge, if you should have some.

Fantastic experience: Stonecreek Dental is great! Every member of their team meets you with a smile. The group is very professionally run in a very clean and cheerful environment. I love seeing Jen, my hygienist and Dr. Sattler, my dentist. Also, they are great with our small Grandchildren!

Negative experience: I went here at the end of May/beginning of June 2025, advised them it was my first time going to a dentist since I was pregnant with my son (about 5 years ago), that I knew I would have cavities, and that I’m not super comfortable with dentists for personal reasons. On 5/28/2025 I got a cleaning, and they scheduled me to come back on 6/2/2025 to get ALL 7 of my fillings done at once. I come back, the doctor has the staff do all of them at once, and does not say that it would be better to do it in phases/sections. I get my fillings done and leave, thinking everything was fine. I’m using the sensodyne toothpaste they recommended to me and am flossing regularly. They told me there would be “sensitivity” for maybe a couple weeks. 2 weeks later I am back in the office because my top left back tooth is in extreme pain. I’m talking radiating, throbbing, you-can’t-go-to-sleep-pain and Tylenol barely takes the edge off. They have me come in on a Monday for an emergency visit, and they tell me that the filling is cracked, and it’s because they did not “get all of the moisture out” when they did the filling the first time. I have to come back the following day to get the filling removed and redone because they wouldn’t do it that day. The doctor comes in the very next day while I’m sitting there on the chair, in pain, waiting to be numbed and says “see this is why I don’t like doing so many fillings at once”, as if it was my fault that he let his scheduling team set that up, and as if I was to blame for him choosing to do all these fillings at once. It made me uncomfortable but I figured if they fix the issue and I’m no longer in pain and the tooth is okay, I’ll brush it off. They redo the filling, don’t charge me for it, and I leave. Fast forward to today, I’ve been dealing with some intermittent pain and sensitivity, nothing like what it was before, but I noticed I was still sensitive to liquid regardless of if was hot, cold, or lukewarm. Last night I started getting the same type of pain as I did when the filling cracked. I take some Tylenol and decide to monitor and see if it gets and better or worsens. It gets significantly worse as the day goes on. It’s now 7:45pm, I drove nearly an hour for an emergency dentist visit, only for them to tell me that the previous dentist (stone creek) did too large of a filling and it has now damaged the nerve in that tooth. I can either pay to have it extracted or get a root canal. Oh, and that has to be paid out of pocket, up front, regardless of what I do. Currently I am looking at over $3,000 to get the root canal and filling done, just to get me out of pain. Then I will have to get a crown put on this week, which is easily another $1,500. I am paying THOUSANDS of dollars that I truly do not have right now to fix the mistake Stonecreek Dental made. They took a simple cavity, ground it down so far and messed up the first filling so that it cracked, and then ground it down some more and filled it a second time, only to permanently damage my nerve. I was never informed that what they were doing could potentially damage the nerve. They told me the cavity “wasn’t big enough to need a full root canal”, instead they caused it to need one and now I have to do what I can to save this tooth. Tl;dr stonecreek dental failed me as a patient and created a severe dental issue that I now have to pay thousands of dollars to resolve. And let’s be honest, we all know they aren’t going to reimburse me for what I have to pay now due to their error, or the several hundred I spent initially for the fillings at their location. Today is also my birthday, so thanks for the worst birthday gift ever. Stay away from here. As of 08/03/2025 I have been in contact with the office for nearly a week regarding this matter. They have been sent over the X-rays and contact information for the dentist who fixed their botched filling. I’ve had to follow up with them once already because they did not give an update when they said they would. I have multiple proofs of payment to provide still too.

Negative experience: Worse place I have ever dealt with. Dr. Baker’s assistant filled the wrong tooth which was a perfectly fine tooth. Dr.Baker’s is the worse Dentist I have ever dealt with. All they care about is money not the patients. Would not recommend this place.

Negative experience: Nice at first but the more times you go in they treat you like crap.i only had 2 assistancees that were nice.krista was the best.dentist was ok till I told him my dentures didn't fit like promised and the when I ordered cushion grip as he said I could try it he would not touch my teeth.said I modified them even tho it was only a rubber solution that came right out . He never told me that if I used it he could not touch my teeth.to me he did that on purpose so he didn't have to fix what they messed up.asked to put liner in bottom plate and they wanted an extra 550$.i said hell no and left I contacted the BBB and the American dental associates.hopefully they can help me.i just want what I paid for. My teeth have no name on them so they could belong to anyone cause they are so big.

Dr. Baker is professional and truly has your best interest at heart! I have terrible dental anxiety and Becky and Dr. Baker go above and beyond for me everytime! Fantastic experience: I was that guy…. enjoying his lunch….when BAM!!!! His tooth broken in half after biting into something strangely hard in his otherwise perfectly prepared lunch. I called Stonecreek Dental, and in under 5 hours from breaking my tooth, I had a completed root canal operation and was fitted with a new crown. Thank you Dr. Sattler, and team, for taking my personal emergency and making it yours. I never dreamed I would have a solution so quickly. The procedure was painless, and the team did an amazing job explaining exactly what I should expect. Not only was the service fast and painless, but the price was very affordable. I was even surprised, when paying my bill, to find the price was even cheaper than originally planned. The integrity of the staff was so strong, they adjusted the billing fees to the correct, cheaper amount, even after I had signed, agreeing to a specific price. I felt safe with Dr. Sattler and team, and would recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: I booked a cleaning and exam online. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was told that I wouldn’t be getting a cleaning and that the office clerk had changed my request in the system to a comprehensive exam and would only receive a cleaning if 1) there was a enough time and 2) my exam warranted a cleaning, otherwise I’d have to book a separate appointment for a cleaning at a later date. Still, I needed an exam, so I was led to the chair where I received countless X-rays. The technician was terrible, causing me to gag, cough, and literally tear up. Her response was “yeah, many patients find these X-rays uncomfortable”. I told her “no, this isn’t uncomfortable, this is painful”. After taking another X-ray, I was told there were still 15+ to go. I’ve never had an exam like this, and told the tech. She then left the room. The office manager came in and politely asked me to leave, stating that I was rude to her tech. Ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this organization to anyone. 1)They changed my appt request without explaining the “comprehensive” nature of their X-rays, 2) the technician gouged my gums several times, causing them to bleed from the scrape of the X-ray apparatus, 3) I was asked to leave because the technician said I was rude when I told her she was hurting me, and 4) I was denied a cleaning when I requested an exam+cleaning online. There’s a reason why other dentist offices in the area take months to get in for a cleaning/exam and Stonecreek had a next day availability. (I booked online the night before.) I will never return to their office after the way I was treated.

I get severe anxiety when seeing the dentist but dental tech Becky did a FANTASTIC job keeping me calm and reassured, and Dr Baker did just as great with the extraction which went as quickly and as painlessly as it could possibly be. Fantastic experience: Although I hadn't been too the dentist in years I had to have a tooth that I felt was cracked dealt with. A woman at the reception desk quickly figured out my insurance carrier as I had it wrong, initially. Then I was treated kindly and my problem was taken care of in a short time at a reasonable cost to me. They are great and professional people, and I will be going back for regular check-ups from now on.

I have sent many people to this office because I truly like it there. However, the experience I had with the office staff today will keep me from ever returning. I had one issue before with them and let it go. But now I will be transferring to another dental provider.

Fantastic experience: Went for a routine check up, they found a dying tooth that was causing an infection. A tooth that I injured when I was 10. Recommended a root canal and crown. Finished the root canal in less than 2 hours. Only disappointing thing was they stopped me from getting a gold crown!

Negative experience: Update** Went back in for a cleaning. Treatment plan that I signed at the desk showed no charge. Then back in treatment area I’m told it’s going be nearly $300. They said a mistake was made. Wasted my time due to their incompetence. Total bait and switch from when I made the appointment.

I am in the process of having all of my teeth replaced due to the effects of chemotherapy over a 25 year period of time. They have helped me with a problem that will soon be resolved. The first visit was just for X-rays and treatment plan so it was no big deal but I was still anxious and they all made my experience wonderful! The second visit I had an extraction and was very nervous. I was told every detail so I knew what to expect. Dr.Sattler was slow and steady and had so much patience and great bedside manner. I can't say enough good things about this office and my experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! *Edit* I ended up with dry socket and infection (by sneezing of all things!) Called Thursday, got in Friday morning and again Dr.Sattler was fantastic and Alyssa was super nice, comforting, and informative. Again I HIGHLY recommend this office!

Negative experience: I can not recommend them enough had a fear of the dentist for years and I finally just went. The staff is AMAZING friendly and caring Dr. Baker is also amazing up date as of 2024 I don't go here any more all they care about is how fast you get in and out and if you need off work for a operation good luck they don't have time to fill out your paperwork they just want your money they don't care about you !

Fantastic experience: Every interaction with reception, billing, hygienists, assistants, and, of course, the dentists, is positive! Dr. Baker is phenomenal. He takes the time to speak with me as a person and not just a patient. My hygienist, Ashley, is awesome. She's super personable and knowledgeable. Also, she's an awesome listener and does a great job everytime I see her!

Negative experience: The people there were very nice, but I shouldn’t feel like I don’t have a choice in my care of my dental. I might not have the greatest teeth or gums, but I also own mouth and dental history. And if I say I don’t want to have a deep cleaning do to either it has to do with my past experience or my finances but would still like to try to take care of my mouth and teeth the best I can with at least having them cleaned. Then I believe that a dentist office should at least honor that. Not force their advice on the patient or the patient can not have their teeth cleaned. So I will not be coming back to them unless I have control of my own dental care.

They also like to sit and get to know you when time allows.

I was terrified and had put this off for 20 years, he did such a great job! I didn’t barely feel any pain at all and he had all 4 out in less than 10 minutes. So thankful!

Fantastic experience: Thus far, my experience has been superb. Dr. Baker seems highly qualified, has a great chair side manner and manages his time well. I could not get in to my regular dentist until the end of April. I called Stonecreek last week and got in today, not just for an eval but for the beginning restorative work. The dental assistant, Morgan was great, too.
