I recently moved to the area and had to find a new dentist, the team really takes their time in reviewing my options and cleaning. Dr. Juma was very kind to educate me about my gum health and how I could enhance my home-care for better results! I even had some sensitive spots and Manjari the hygienist made sure I was comfortable and numbed me to ensure I got a thorough cleaning. I’m not even lying, I felt like I was at the SPA: she gave me a scented hot towel to wipe my mouth after so I could go back to work, the calm music in the background and she turned the lights off! Really calmed my nerves ‍↔️ I love it here - will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: This was my first and definitely not my last visit to NGS! Miss Nastran was my hygienist and she did a phenomenal job with not only the cleaning but with her knowledge with any of my silly questions. The Dr. Juma advised me with getting an oral surgeon consultation before moving forward with any treatment. I didn't feel pressured into doing any rash decisions so it made me very comfortable and felt like I could trust their diagnosis. :)

I had an incredible experience today as I was faced with a dental situation with my 82-year-old mother with dementia. it started with a call to the practice and Galina listened generously to my issue and made space for us to come in by day’s end. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted with smiles and immediate recognition even though it was our first time. Our hygienist Kimmi was patient and generous in her interactions as my mom struggles to understand even simple directions. Another hygienist, Kristina, jumped in assist and do everything they could to put my mom at ease as they took X-rays. Kimmi continued to work with my mom and make adjustments to give her the best care in a hard situation. My mom has never been so comfortable in a dentist office – and even prior to her dementia was very anxious at any dental visit. Dr. Juma was not only patient, understanding, and generous, but was focused on what was best for my mom not their practice. Her suggested plan of action was spot on. After 40+ years of going to the dentist, I’ve never interacted with a practice that was so aligned in their service approach and professionalism while leading with empathy. Fantastic experience: I came for consultation regarding a crown recommend by my previous dentistry. The staff was very friendly and professional- apparently second opinion was very important- they told me they can fix my cracked tooth without a crown and SAVED me a 1900$ crown treatment. The Dr. Took care of my problem immediately while the previous dentistry had a 4 weeks waiting period to complete the crown molding! Anyhow honestly- so glad I went for consultation and ended up switching to a better more conservative and professional Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I came to North GA Smiles for severe tooth pain. Dr. Choi and Keme were excellent in explaining what was going on and the treatment options. Surprisingly, I ended up needing to have two teeth extracted the same day. Despite my anxiety, both Dr. Choi and Keme were incredibly gentle and patient throughout the entire process. I’m incredibly grateful for their care. Even Amanda, the office manager, came in to check on me and ensured that the check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Fantastic experience: Before visiting this office I read in depth, the information provided per your website which gave details of the practices team, their background and the offices mission, one of which to create relationships with their patients. I was very enlighten to read about Dr Eliezer and his staff extensive backgrounds and feel privileged to be a patient. After much prayer, my lack of oral upkeep over the years, aprehension of cost and the overall concern for my health, Dr Hailey was who I gravitated toward. Reading her bio outlined her willingness to genuinely hear my concerns and make me feel comfortable while doing so. To my surprise and by grace Dr Hailey was who facilitated my treatment today! I was thankfully at ease, from the time I met with Kimmie to then meeting with Nastaran and finally with Dr Hailey. The evaluation and treatment was as though everyone wanted to help me and do their absolute best while doing so. The office environment/decor is inviting and pristine and I look forward to continuing treatment Thanks Galena for your expertise during my checkout!

Negative experience: My family has been patients with this practice since 2012. There have been many changes in the dentist they provided. Recently the practice was again purchased by a new dentist 2025. They failed to communicate that they are out of network even after multiple preventative visits. They tried to keep us as patients by "adjusting" the bills. Now they have just billed us a large amount of money several hundred dollars without any prior communication. At checkout 3 times they failed to indicate again they are out of network and we would be responsible for large bills. They refuse to acknowledge they did anything wrong or accept my offer for negotiation of outstanding balance. If you are looking for a dentist that is under any insurance plan don't bother with this practice...they deceive the patient!
