Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience here was not good. After showing my CT scan report from the hospital confirming no bone loss, they kept insisting I needed an extra procedure and tried to charge me for it. It felt like they were trying to add unnecessary treatment just to get more money, instead of focusing on my actual condition. I did not feel respected or listened to as a patient. Please be more honest and transparent with people

Fantastic experience: I loved coming to Crown Dental from my first visit. All the staff is amazing, and the Front Desk staff is very welcoming and make you feel at ease right away. The Dr is also very quick and efficient and they respect your appointment times.

Negative experience: The process to schedule the appointment was easy and the front desk staff were very helpful, and the dentist himself was kind, my problem was mainly with who I believe is the office manager. I understand that it is her job to convince people to get their dental services here, but she was very overwhelming. Once I saw the price, I needed to think but she was very very persistent. There were even services and items on my bill that I hadn’t even agreed on prior, and when I asked the front for an itemized bill it mysteriously lowered by around 400 dollars. As I spoke to the guy at the front desk (while near the x-ray room, not quite in the waiting room yet) about scheduling an appointment maybe the next day or so her tone was condescending, “You have a lot of work to get done.” I knew this was not the dental office for me. When I was walking towards the waiting room I heard her in panic-y/annoyed tone “Where is she going?!” Again, my issue is mainly with the office manager. I wouldn’t have minded paying the almost 3700 (magically around 3200 after getting the itemized bill), because I know dental services are expensive. This is just my experience.
