Fantastic experience: The staff was very accommodating, by changing my appointment and working me in today. Audrey did an outstanding cleaning job, and Dr. Zack Janecek was very personable, my first time seeing him. I look forward to seeing them in the future, they are very compassionate and trust worthy.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie did a great job cleaning my teeth, and they felt so nice and clean The previous spot I used the name of Cory which was wrong. Sorry for the mistake.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from receptionist, scheduler, dental assistant, to the Dr. could not have been better. Most professional, and courteous group I’ve ever encountered. I highly recommend them. They diagnosed my issue, removed and re seated a crown that had become dislodged. Excellent care, I was a new patient and they got me an emergency appointment in 3 hrs. ……….. this post was from 3 years ago. I want to add as of Jan 2026, this is the most amazing dental practice in the US. .

Michelle walked me back & I was made comfortable before Dr. J came into the room. Michelle is a sweet heart and explained about taking x rays. My dentist came in & worked some Magic . Fantastic experience: Awesome service!! Got in for a root canal on short notice for a root canal and a tooth extraction. Dr Berg did a great job, not painful and very good job of letting me know what the process was. I recently lost my husband and he and his aid were very considerate to my emotions. Thanks for the great service!

Fantastic experience: Very professional but yet comfortable. Great people and atmosphere. I went in today for a regular cleaning but I also ha a crown come off, stupid peanut brittle. I didn't wait very long to get in today either. So pleased with my experience and the staff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency dental care, referred to Dr Berg by my regular dentists' office. I got a same day appointment and received excellent treatment from him, and his assistant Jen, for an extraction. Great supportive office staff also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The dental hygienist cleaned my teeth, was very thorough, gentle and professional. She was kind and friendly. Dr. Berg did my dental evaluation and I was pleased to find out that I had no cavities. The insurance plan they have is a great one and it works for me. Dr Berg is a very kind, professional dentist. He explains procedures and answers my questions. I feel he cares for his patients. Thank you all for being so caring!

Fantastic experience: My dentist had retired a few years ago, so I’ve been looking for a new one. I called York Dental Associates. They were excepting new clients. They were also able to get me in the next day. When I arrived I quickly noticed how clean and professional looking the lobby was. When I met the people there, they were polite and professional. Dr Janecek was very welcoming. He told me I had a broken filling. To my surprise he was able it fill it right away. I was amazed that the shot to deaden the tooth was painless. 30 minutes later was out the door. 5 hours later, I still I have no pain and it fits perfectly. Due to many years of undesirable experiences with dentists, I had been extremely hesitant about even thinking of going to a dentist. An emergency that finally forced my hand is how I discovered that Dr. Berg and his amazing team are extremely compassionate and empathetic to clients needs while going above and beyond to make sure everyone that comes in to their office, walks out completely satisfied. Fantastic experience: Every time I go to York Dental Associates, I am met with friendly smiles and the staff calling me by name. This gives me a really good feeling. Dr. Berg is kind and is gentle in his dental work. I have a root canal pending, and I am not even nervous. He is so skilled at them that there is no pain.

Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr. Berg have always treated us respectfully and have answered any and all questions we have had about my husband's implant journey. We truly hope we are at the end soon. So does Dr. Berg! I, fortunately, have good teeth and have never needed more than the usual clean and polish sessions. It's not easy finding a new dentist after 20+ years with our old one. Dr. Berg and staff have made the transitions very easy.
