Fantastic experience: Had a molar extracted. They were very prompt at helping me out. I really appreciate them very much. The entire staff were very kind and compassionate. In addition the dentist a did a phenomenal job with repairing another tooth and another tooth extract . The dental Hygienist was very kind and gentle. They had me scheduled for a cleaning June 30 and and then last bottom molar broke. They quickly accommodated me to address my problem and fixed my most pressing issues right away. They are phenomenal!!

Fantastic experience: My teeth cleaning was great! Walking in and waiting for them to check my temperature before being allowed in showed me that they were really following their precautions, during this pandemic, which working in a Senior Community, I really appreciate! Even though there was a gentleman ahead of me, i got through the questions/temperature check to start my appt right on time. My dental hygienist Vanessa is always friendly...and the dentist was cool, and gets bonus points for celebrating my teeth! Scheduling my next cleaning in 6 month was quick on my way out. No cons about The Dentists Office....ALL GOOD.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to a Dentist in many years. Ge Hygienist was great and the Dentist set up a plan to get my teeth back in shape. He listened to what I wanted to get done first and is working from there. I left the office with an estimate for my next appointment.

Positive experience: So I will tell the truth and the whole truth. I went into the office at 9:28 my appointment was at 9:30 .. I did not fill out the forms as asked only because I do daycare and be extremely busy. But they told me it was ok. As I was standing there another patient came in and he was asked did he fill out the forms he said yes at that point she said we love new patients that take their time and fill out the forms. So i preceded with filling out the forms. After that i was i asked did I want a tour and I said yes and was very impressed. After that I was shown to my exam room they did the exam and the doctor told me what was best for me.And At that point I was sure he gave me the best advice.. He asked me what I thought and I basically said let me think about it..(but as I said I trusted his judgement)In conclusion I was checking out and the secretary said we have someone coming in , in about 20 minutes and you can get a teeth cleaning I was really impressed at that point and said ok.. The dentist and his protege the came from nowhere and said shes good she won't need those services...I was in shock and so was the secretary she did not even know what to say to me at that point other than have a good day....I want the dentist to know that I truly trusted his judgment up until that point ..I just needed time to think at they didn't allow me that ...I'm a African American woman with good insurance I was so hurt and really disappointed...2 blows to my head in 30 minutes Tell me what you ladies and gentlemen think about MY SITUATION

It’s difficult for me to trust people with my teeth and they were nothing short of amazing. Don’t forget pricing, I haven’t seen any better prices anywhere else for dental work.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted promptly by the receptionist and then only waited a few minutes before being taken back for my dental hygienist appointment. My hygienist was very friendly and professional. Teeth cleaning was thoroughly done and quickly. Office staff were very friendly and helpful to get my next appointment scheduled. Great job today!

The front office staff is very nice and helpful....I have been to a lot of dentist offices and the front office staff was so rude I didn't want to go back! The girls at The Dentist are very sweet..and that's so important. They did a really good job on my teeth. Now I don't have to travel to Reno, I can just stay here in Fallon! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Very nice people and the doctor did his best to fix my bottom denture for me and also I would have them back on Wednesday. I went back on January 22 to have my teeth adjusted and now they seem fit better thank you all for the great service

My husband had cosmetic dental work done by Dr. Calderwood and it turned out impeccably! Things that have been bothering him about his smile for many years are now not a worry anymore. He is extremely happy with the results. Dr. Calderwood is knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely detail oriented. He takes great pride in his work, and it shows! Fantastic experience: Excellent communication. Professional, relatively painless and got my permanent crown the same day. Definitely using the latest technologies and great chairs ideas manners.

Positive experience: They are nice and friendly. The problem is getting an appointment. For my kiddos who are established patients I called today (Nov 2024) to reschedule their cleaning in March 2025 and they now have appointments in July 2025. That was the first available. This is not the first time for excessive waits for appointments. Same thing happens with all their appointments from when we have had to establish care to cleanings. Just something to know.

The nice thing about them is "They don't tell you ... We have to do this ! They give you options. They tell you like it is right up front, but then they say you could try this . . . Fantastic experience: My dentist was able to help me with the concerns and fears that I had surrounding the procedure that I very much needed so that I could be treated and heal. It was a very good experience to have him take the time and care to hear me and relate to me all the specifics and options until I was truly comfortable with making the decision to move forward and have the procedure that was best for me. I was able to overcome my fear and fix a long standing problem at last.

Fantastic experience: Was referred here by a coworker and I am not disappointed! I called this morning with a sore tooth, they were able to make room for me and pull the troubled tooth as well! The staff was friendly and helpful. A wonderful atmosphere completely. The Dr was nice, informative, and made sure I was comfortable for the whole extraction. Fantastic experience: My dentist showed empathy and understood all of my concerns. I was able to get my teeth fixed within a week. To find a dentist that didn't judge me for my anxiety and could get me in asap was incredible. Fantastic experience: I made an appointment online. They called me right away to set everything up. I had an emergency that needed to be taken care of. I was able to be seen the next day. Was my first time seeing them.Very friendly staff. Dentist made sure I wasn’t in any pain. By giving me a numbing shot. I had a molar that was cracked and part of it was missing. They did a root canal. Made sure I didn’t feel anything during the procedure. I only wish they gave better instructions for aftercare. Also after the numbness went away my mouth started killing me. I was told to take ibuprofen. Also, was told a root canal shouldn’t hurt. But I have really deep roots.

Fantastic experience: Dr Johnson and Nikki were very professional in their attendance to my needs. I didn't experience any uncomfortable moments, and actually took a short nap while my crown was being made. lol The staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth got and appointment within two days since I didn’t have pain. They looked it over and asked if I wanted to fix it right then. I said yes and was all fixed up in less then an hour. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: Loved this place until I went in for a biopsy and was told I would hear from them in 3 weeks with results. That was Aug 3 2023. Still haven't got a call to this day from anyone. It's now November.

Fantastic experience: I love this office and actually look forward to going to the dentist. I live in Elko and drive the 3 hours west for my twice yearly cleanings. The equipment is state of the art, the staff is friendly and Dr. Smerdon is an excellent dentist.
