Fantastic experience: My experience at Alpha Dental Designs was absolutely amazing. The front desk staff were very friendly and very professional. The hygiene they present was absolutely stunning . The medical staff make me feel very safe and quiet during the whole dental procedure. They explained everything in details and answered every question i had with patience. I highly recommend this place if you are seeking to get a good dental treatment in the Miami area.

Negative experience: The employees at this place are rude and unprofessional . The person who served me her gloves smelled like food. The one who claims to be the manager doesn't know how to talk to patients or employees, she lacks education and respect. They had told me the whole price of the procedure when I made the appointment but At the end of the service they want to charge more than what they mentioned at the beginning. I do not recommend this place is very poor

Negative experience: The place right off it’s sketchy, in an old old building that smells like cigarettes and mold. Once you get to the dental office. The front desk young lady was extremely confused. I waited a while more than I had too. The docotr that attended me really was overwhelmed and not clear on what she was saying. They told me my insurance didn’t cover so I had to pay. When I left I found it weird that I had to pay. I called my insurance and they told me the opposite. This company is lost, they lied to me. Good thing I didn’t pay and left. Never again coming to this location. Good luck to any one that comes here

Negative experience: Horrible place...the staff and assistant was very rude..Even with my Dental insurance they charged me for the visit and they were trying to charge me for my teeth cleaning.I went down the street and found another Dentist that did all that for free with my dental insurance...would not recommend..I'm half cuban but I hate it when Cubans come to this country and try to rob the system and even their own people....
