My hygienist was so wonderful! She was caring, professional and very thorough with helpful suggestions for me moving forward to ensure my dental health. The receptionist and all others I have encountered @ Maple Way as well are courteous, friendly and very professional!!!! 09.19.24. My visit today was one of the best I’ve ever had at Maple Way Dental! My anxiety level with dental work is sometimes higher these days. But My care was exceptional and both Doctor Rose and Jessica made sure all was good with the procedures that I had done. The caring for my wellbeing was phenomenal from both of them!!!! I cannot say it enough how much I appreciate them and their care! Thank you both for making my day much better! Doc Rose is amazing! I just love her positivity and that she makes her patients feel comfortable. Having anxiety over dental procedures of late, she made sure to let me know what she is doing in the process. June 8, 2023- I just had my routine cleaning done and I am so thankfulincredible patient service! My Hygienist was so thoughtful and caring. And Doctor Rose as always is an amazing person. Patient care I feel is her #1 priority. Needless to say, going to the dentist is not always a fun trip, but these two people made it a great day for me! 11.16.23 Had a visit today with Doctor Rose for crown work on my front teeth. I was very nervous and anxious about it, talked about my concerns, and Doctor Rose made me feel so much better and helped my anxiety level about it all. She has the ability to make one feel so much better when concerns are voiced. I feel so confident in her work and love when she hums while working. That makes me happy.

She is gentle, thorough and always takes her time to explain what she's doing. My teeth have never felt cleaner after a visit with her! Another thing I want to mention if anyone is considering that heated/vibrating chair....do it! It's incredibly relaxing and makes the whole cleaning experience so much more comfortable that you might not want to even leave. It's like getting a mini spa treatment while having your teeth cleaned. Dotty is fabulous and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dental experience. Thank you, Claire Poussard

Fantastic experience: I haven't started the work I need done but had the initial visit. I used to work in oral surgery so I'm picky. With that said these guys are great. Exam was very thorough and painless. They explained all issues thoroughly. I can't wait to get started. I would recommend to my children.

Positive experience: This is an excellent practice. Dr. Rose and the hygienists and the office staff are all very professional. I have been going to this practice for almost 50 years. The only problem is getting appointments because they can’t get enough employees.

The immediate professionalism, friendliness and more than willing to help was nothing short of amazing. The doctor explained everything that was happening and going to happen in clear kid friendly language. Her assistant was also very engaging with both of us. Fantastic experience: This was my first time visit as a new patient of Maple Way Dental Care. Maple Way uses state of the art modern equipment. The hygienist was extremely professional and concerned for my comfort. It was a thorough examination and cleaning. Dr. Rose is pleasant and I’m sure will be thorough and efficient at my next appointment.

Negative experience: My husband walked in for a tooth extraction, 2 teeth were taken out during this appointment. Upon walking out they asked him if he would like to make an appt for a routine cleaning scheduling out a year later. My husband politely declined. Somehow the appointment was still scheduled. Only to receive a No/call No show appt bill for $56. I called and asked what the policy was for confirmations for appointments. Wanda in billing stated we send out a Text msg confirmation the same day. Along with several more, 2 week confirmation and a same day confirmation. My husband did not respond to any of those confirmations etc. The appointment should have been cancelled. Instead the are in the business of scamming people. Stating they have a signed (financial Agreement) DO better Maple way. Oh and I have talked to several other people who had the same experience with them

The only issue I have is a recent miscommunication that caused a delay in my treatment. I would definitely recommend them, but warning it can be a very long time to get in. I think they need to expand - more dentists more staff.
