Fantastic experience: I had a horrible toothache when I called for an appointment . They were able to get me in immediately and got me an appointment the next morning with a specialist. They explained what was going on and issued a prescription. They were extremely nice and helpful!

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. John Peacock and Cathy, but also like all the others in the practice. Dr. Peacock is retiring in December but I will be remaining as a client in the practice. Highly recommend Dr. Elwell, as well. My hygienist, Marie, is also special.

Faced with an acking tooth on a Friday. Was able to see Dr Elwell even though their office was open half day. The whole team is very patient focused. Always 5 Star service!! Just had another appointment. Hygienist every 6 months. The Hygienist is very knowledgeable beyond the cleaning process. She has my 5 stars as well as all personnel that I have interfaced with. Could not be more pleased with their service.

I love the small town feel of the office. I never doubt that Dr Ellwell has my best interest at the front of his business model. I do not feel that Dr Ellwell is just trying to make money by recommending procedures. I have been a patient of Dr Ellwell for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Positive experience: First visit. Everyone was very friendly. Office immaculate. Efficient and quick. Dr. Elwell was very kind. My assistant was friendly and kind. My only disappointment was the cost was severe for a minor issue. (5 stars otherwise) Needed dental work and no insurance will force us to find a more budget-friendly office. Highly recommend otherwise.

(It was the fourth one he'd had, the other three by the best dentists we could find in Los Angeles and Georgia.) My husband said this is ... by far the best one ever! It's comfortable, and it looks 100% natural in color and shape. Dr. Elwell did it perfectly! Then Dr. Peacock made four crowns for my front teeth. They are perfect! They look 100% natural in color and shape, and I love my new smile! Our daughter and her husband recommended Drs. Elwell and Peacock, and we are so happy they did! We are both almost 80, and these are the best dentists we have ever had. You will be so happy if you choose this exceptional dental team for your next dental visit. Everyone was wonderful. Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Jim Stevens for a second opinion. My dentist had referred me to have a root canal. I was not having a problem and I did not feel I needed it. Sure enough Dr Stevens agreed. His staff actually contacted a former dentist from 2 years ago and had them send an x-ray to compare to the one he had done that day. No difference! I spent time talking with the doctor and staff and felt completely at ease. I felt I could trust this dentist office. I canceled my other appointment and made an appointment for a cleaning and checkup for October with Elwell family dentistry. I am sure I will be happy with the office and staff for my dental health. ☺️

Fantastic experience: This is the first Dentist Office that I have been in where everyone was nice, helpful, and accommodating. The Dentist himself spent 30+ minutes with me explaining what was happening with my teeth. It was a real comfortable and easy atmosphere. I will recommend them to everyone.

I'vr been driving 200 miles round trip to my former dentist office. I had been encouraged by a dear friend who is now deceased to use Dr. Elwell. I am thrilled with my hygienist, Marie. She took such good care and consideration of me. I've never had such attention from my hygienist before. I also felt the same with Dr. Elwell. He was encouraging and attentive. He didn't try to convince me to have procedures and treatment s. He explained and offered options and suggestions without any judgement or push to make immediate decisions. I'm SO happy with my new dentist & hygienist; also everyone I met was kind, considerate and friendly.I'm only sorry for all the gas I burned along with my energy & wear & tear on my car I could have saved if I'd only listened to my late friend , Marie, 3 yrs ago. Yes, her name was Marie too. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so kind and and always gets back to me when I have a question or concern. Dr. Peacock was the only dentist willing to fix my tooth about 10 years ago when I broke it and I have been coming to him ever since. The front desk staff, my hygienist, and the kind woman who did my impressions are all fantastic. I live far away now, but will continue making the commute to come because I have always had such a pleasant experience here.
