I would get anxiety at different offices but she made sure I was comfortable and explain everything in detail. Doctor Korwin was also great . Negative experience: First of all, polite, professional and capable staff. My rating would be much higher but for the insurance/admin issue. I have Anthem Dental which they say they accept and are listed on Anthem's website as "in network". I provided all information prior to the appointment with no indication of a problem until AFTER when I then received a huge bill because they don't accept my particular version of Anthem Dental. Well, they had several days to identify this and inform me but failed to do so. Doesn't seen right that I'm on the hook for $459 for cleaning and X-rays when they told me they accepted my insurance. Poor business practice.

Fantastic experience: I was initially bummed when Dr. Dani moved to this practice because it’s a half hour from where I live, and I worried I’d have to find a new dentist. But the staff turned out to be lovely, I adore my new hygienist, and I’ve never had to wait as they always run on time. I was a a little frustrated after booking my most recent cleaning 6 months in advance to align with Dr. Dani’s schedule that she ended up not working that day and I had to see another dentist with very little personality or bedside manner. Other than that, I really like this practice and love Dr. Dani so I will continue to make the trip.

Fantastic experience: Great planning leads to great results. After 40 years of being seen by Dr. Hoos and his team, I can honestly say, you won’t find better.

Fantastic experience: Been a patient here for almost 30 years. I love the entire practice. Karen is my dental hygienist and she has been consistently friendly, kind, gentle and professional over all these years. Dr. Zitnay has been my primary dentist and I trust her completely. Occasionally I have seen other dentists within the practice who have been equally competent and compassionate.

Fantastic experience: had a visit with Brush & floss for the first time for cost of mercury removal. i saw dr, korwin. he has an outstanding personality, outstanding bedside manner, his assistant was just as amazing. i loved how they worked together and had a good interaction with each other. i decided to just get the job done while i was there because i have medical anxiety. it was fast, simple and painless. i was offered different procedures to chose from, the MSDS on the materials used to replace the fillings (which i greatly appreciated). Im glad i chose this place. will be going there for all my dental needs going forward. and this review comes from someone who has bad anxiety with doctors. an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: I went here desperate for someone to tell me what was going on with my tinnitus and ear problems and when my ENT suggested here saying they are the experts with TMJ related problems I wasn’t sure but I was willing to try anything. Not only did they help me and give me hope when I had none, but they used technology and procedures I had never ever heard about before. The dentists and staff here are amazing to say the least and I feel like a different person since I have seen them, can’t give enough praise.
