Negative experience: I saw the dentist in 2025 and had a great experience but I just left there in 2026 and I had the worst experience I've ever had with the dentist. The dentist was of Indian descent and wanted to argue with me about everything. So I walked out. The staff was nice but the dentist was rude and I would not recommend them to anyone. It was a waste of my time do not go there. Also there was blood on the tray from the previous patient before me how gross

Fantastic experience: The energy felt off in there it was loud and unprofessional. Its all new group peoples and I use to.last group were more quite take care of their client to the best of they knowledge. I got a deep clean and was done totally different don’t feel clean and bathroom was dirty they need to hire someone to clean bathroom and each exam room put tools there are not using still in a bag in the cabinets or restock all cabinets. I will not be going back

Negative experience: Appointment at 4, didn't get seen until 5:20. Cleaning done too rapidly, painful and sloppy. X rays taken but results not given. Apparently they had a mass quitting of employees and were left short handed.

Negative experience: Giving 1 star because the staff was nice about it. The parking is limited in the front, my car was broken into in the parking garage before, wait times are always long, neighborhood is sketchy. I waited nearly 2 hours for a polishing of my daughter's teeth thw dentist spent 3 minutes on. Not worth it and I left questioning how thorough the visit was. I can't continue to keep coming back. Will be switching dentist office

Ensuring I knew how to care for my extraction areas after the procedures. And the assist provided comfort during the procedure as well. The office opened on time and the receptionist was awesome greeting with a smile a bottle of water. Thank you for taking good care of me!!

Negative experience: Nicole and Nashia don't know anything my they work in office dad payed Jose and Casandra cash over 2000.00 and now they are saying he has a balance 2300.00 and don't want to give him his denture back !!! So unprofessional don't come here !!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Johnson did an extraction about 2 months ago that another Dentist office did a poor job on. Yesterday, while I was flossing my teeth, a 9-year old crown came off. OH NO! Although she didn't perform the original crown work Dr. Johnson re-cemented the crown for me at an extremely low price!!! She's an excellent Dentist!

Negative experience: 4 appointments scheduled for me and my children Showed up on time after multiple verbal confirmations and reminders of fees if late or missed. Building was completely closed. No calls, no emails, no texts about cancellations just a closed building with no one there. Waited about 45 minutes before leaving. Gave a 2 because we gone previously and they were nice and had great customer service.

Negative experience: Review for Lancaster Family Dentistry I’ve been a patient at Lancaster Family Dentistry for many years, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. I was dealing with pain and swelling from a broken tooth and needed to schedule an appointment. However, I ran into issues with my husband’s dental insurance provider where they hadn’t properly entered my information into the system, which caused delays and confusion. During this stressful time, I hoped the front desk could help me locate my insurance information with the little I had available. Many insurance companies no longer provide cards, and with my details not showing correctly on the Cigna website, I was really just looking for some guidance and understanding. I was told on Monday that someone would follow up with me later that day or the next, but I didn’t hear back until I called on Friday evening. The representative who answered was one of the same staff members I had spoken to earlier in the week. Unfortunately, her tone and responses felt short and dismissive when I tried to explain that I had since obtained my member and group numbers. They had my member number, but they never called me back per my phone records. She read it to me before I read it to her minus two addition numbers that was given to me by a representative. At that point, I decided to call back to cancel my appointment and find another provider. I live just 10 minutes away, but I’m willing to travel farther for a dental office that shows more patience and compassion during difficult situations and have extended hours after work. Dental pain and insurance confusion can be overwhelming, and kindness can make all the difference.

Negative experience: Every time I go I’m waiting to be seen. My braces were rushed and done incorrectly. Ive only had one cavity in my life yet I was charged twice to fix it. I told the original dentist there was some discomfort but was told to give it time. Came back again and was told it needed to be fixed hence billed again but that dentist did it correctly at least. This will be my last visit, do not contact me.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this place for years. There is a new Dentist working there named Mike. Mike gave horrible service. He rushed, by cleaning three teeth. I was told I did not have any tartar build up. My last appointment was 6 months ago. I do not have perfect teeth, by far. I paid out of pocket roughly $130 for two minutes of cleaning. I will not be back. I do not recommend seeing Mike if you choose to use this office.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience in Lancaster Family Dentistry! I needed a cleaning and since I was a new patient I had an oral evaluation and radiographic images done to me. Prior to arrival the staff sent me all forms I needed to complete via email. It was that simple! I also enjoyed the free goodies the bag contained to keep my teeth clean and healthy!

Negative experience: I was very disappointed about my visit. I was told after exam what I would be charged for something my insurance pays for. Which I should have been told prior. I spent $127 for x-rays and got nothing done for my pain I was having. The office is clean I will say.

Fantastic experience: I came in with my athletic trainer after getting a tooth knocked out and my lip busted. All of the staff took great care of me and were very patient and helpful. It made me feel comfortable and calm seeing people that look like me help my situation. They were quickly able to put my tooth back in and add stitches to my lip. Overall, I came in scared and nervous that I would never have my tooth again. I left joyous and confident that I received the proper treatment and will be back to normal soon. I definitely recommend this place because of their swift and smart execution and amazing hospitality. I specifically remember Dr. Nicole but they were all awesome people.

Negative experience: The "deep cleaning" is a scam just to get you to pay 140.00 even when your insurance pays for cleaning. This so called deep cleaning was no better than any other cleaning I have had anywhere else. Don't fall for it, Better yet don't even go there
