Positive experience: After several visits and several thousand dollars, I got some good work done, but they also overlooked that I needed a root canal. I went through at least a week of sleepless painful nights. If you get involved with them, you will be involved with them on a plan for years.

Recently, l had a dental emergency when a crown fell off, and l was in pain. Without an appt., l showed up to the office...they were fully booked, but managed to handle my emergency fairly quickly and VERY efficiently, and l am very thankful and grateful to them for managing to squeeze me in....I totally have recommended them to friends!

Negative experience: Listen to all the other reviews about how long everybody has been going there and then what they think about the place. Those reviews are the correct ones.

Fantastic experience: My experience is alwas so good at the dentist, dra Jackson make me feel comfortable and treated me like a friend. Maddie was professional and communicative, explained everything she was ready to perform.

Negative experience: Dr Jackson has a beautiful smile that she thinks covers all imperfections in her practise. The place was packed with patients, separatet by half walls, so you can hear everything. She is going from patient to patient performing multiple procedures at the same time. I am not sure if she even washes her hands in between. At the same time she delegates "easier" tasks to her assistants. My teenage daughter had a root canal done before coming to this office to have the crown installed. 2 visits. One of them took 3h!!!! I got upset after the assistant couldn't do what she was told to do by the doctor, then she asked another assistant to help her out. At that moment I demanded that the doctor finishes what she started as these two had no idea what they were doing. The beautiful, red lip smile was gone at that time (how dare you demand that the actual doctor performs on your child for a fee of $1300). They also have a weird habit of chit chatting between each other whenever someone is passing by, making me feel like they are nit focused on the job. I am a business owner myself and treat my clients with respect and when I feel disrespected I voice my opinion. They didn't like it, lol. Like I said, it is one open space with cubicles so that chit chat is like non stop. To sum up: this is not a professional environment, they take too many patients and the doctor can't keep up. They try to make up with smiles and small talk. I don't need that. I need you to do your job! Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: A couple of years ago, a broken tooth sent me to a dentist for what would be my first crown. Unfortunately, while wearing a temporary filling and waiting for my crown, time ran and I had relocated to Florida. Well, during lunch at a local restaurant, I cracked my temp on hard hash browns. A neighbor recommended the Dental Office of Dunedin. I have my crown and I'm happy. But that's not what I want to talk about. Today I went for a cleaning. I have no idea what magic Madeline worked, but without exaggeration, my teeth have never been noticeably whiter. Dental Office of Dunedin, highly recommended!

Negative experience: Visited the Dental Office of Dunedin for cleaning and check-up. Hygienist Rose cleaned my teeth. For the second time in two years, Rose commented about a mole near my mouth stating that I should have it looked at because it could be cancerous. As it turns out, I went to my Dermatologist last year at her advice, And my Dermatologist said it was fine and asked what made me think this mole could be cancerous. So same question from Rose this year and one has to wonder what makes this woman such an expert? She has no medical training. All she does is make the patient feel uncomfortable With her wild speculation about cancer. I’ve had enough and requested to be assigned to a different hygienist. Then it came time for Dr. Jackson to examine my teeth. She spent only a couple of minutes and seemed reluctant to answer my questions, Only commenting that I had failed to have work done, which she had recommended the year before. Can’t say that I had a stellar experience with the Dunedin dental office today. I will be staying with the office, but switching both dentist and hygienist. Edit for clarification: The mole is on my face - not in my mouth. Your hygienists should stick to their training and not cause undue concern for healthy patients.

Once again Dr. Jackson did a phenomenal job not only with advice but also the construction of the dentures taking care to make sure the fit absolutely perfect from the minute I put them in. Fantastic experience: In the office the administrators were very kind to me; both of them. The Dentist Dr. Crystal was also very kind to me; she showed great care when she saw my neck was feeling discomfort she offered a support pillow to me; while cleaning my teeth she talked to me in humor as to make me feel comfortable while she operated. Today I had a great time; the administrator was wonderful and the Dentist Barbara was shockingly focused and beautiful in handling her instruments; she fixed my teeth so good that felt like angels was singing everywhere in my mouth; Tina the assistant taught me how to floss correctly and effectively; I thank her for aiding me a lot.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using the Dental Office Of Dunedin for over a year now and every experience has been top notch. I’ve had cleaning done by their Dental Hygienist, teeth removal and crowns replaced and I just had my new implant teeth installed and I feel great and I’m very pleased with the results. The quality of the work is unsurpassed as has been the attention to detail by all of the staff with whom I’ve had contact. They did their best to make sure that they received the maximum possible benefit from my insurance company so my out of pocket expenses would be as low as possible. I highly recommend the office and Dr. Sanjie. I’m not sure if this has been posted already but now a year later and a couple more visits and I am still pleased with the office and staff more than ever. They are very efficient in the operating of all areas of the practice as is easily observed by the use of state of the art technology from communication headsets to the latest technology in X-ray equipment and digital mapping of each patient’s dental work to give the best possible information to each of the staff members for the best diagnosis and treatment. Dr Sanjie personally oversees every aspect of treatment and is always available and checking each patient when there is anything observed that may require attention. You won’t be disappointed.

Even though the office was closed they were monitoring there calls and messages. I received a callback with an appointment for Tuesday at 9:00 AM. Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience. Such a warm welcome and very kind staff. I'm very glad I chose this as my new dentist. I have a long wait for my cleaning appointment but they promised to call me if anything opens up before November. I had a chipped filling in my front tooth fixed today and it looks FABULOUS.
