Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental issue during the recent ice storm (a molar that had cracked down to the root) that needed prompt treatment. I was able to get one of the first available appointments and saw Dr. Clanton. There was a complicating factor because I am recovering from joint replacement surgery which raised cross-infection concerns. Dr. Clanton worked quickly to devise a treatment plan, coordinated with my orthopedic surgery team on infection prevention protocol, and successfully removed the tooth first thing the following day. During the procedure, Dr. Clanton explained everything she was doing step-by-step and remained calm and reassuring throughout. The following day, she reached out to check on me. Excellent care under challenging circumstances!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Emerald for around five years, and I continue to be incredibly pleased with their service. From preventative care to procedures that required a DMD to perform, all my experiences have been excellent. My most recent visit, with Dr. Clanton, required anesthesia, and my comfort was their priority, along with fixing my dental needs. Regarding this last visit, I was able to get an appointment with the dentist for a consult the day I called for my problem. They had me in the same week to repair the problem. They have also seen me in a very timely manner for other problem visits. Dr. Napoli has also provided fantastic care for me. I enjoy going to the dentist and wish I could go in more often for cleanings. I have considered paying out of pocket for extra cleanings at Emerald. I have consistently received dental care throughout my life, but Emerald’s guidance and service have been transformative for me. I have worked with a couple of hygienists, dental assistants, dentists, and several people at the front desk, over the years. All experiences have been positive. The front desk communication has been top-notch. They run on schedule here, and I am seldom in the waiting room longer than five minutes. Also, their office is very clean. I appreciate you, Emerald Family Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with this office. The office is awesome, the staff are kind and they have calmed my nerves. I get anxious whenever I go to the dentist. I have had several visits based dental issues due to me grinding and cliinching my teeth. They are very nice and understanding with me due to my anxiety and past experiences. I definitely recommend this office, they go above and beyond to make sure you have all the information and feel welcomed.

Fantastic experience: Update 2: Love this practice! Everyone is so friendly and you can see it's a great working environment. Temp hygienist Brittany cleaned my teeth today. She was so gentle and didn't even tickle my palette during polishing. Brittany did a great job and she was fun to chat with as well! Update: Three years later and we are still with EFD! Bri is still my hygienist and we really love having such a wonderful family dental practice nearby! Moved to Rolesville, NC six months ago and saw an advertisement in a local magazine for Emerald Family Dentistry. It was close by so we decided to make appointments. It's always a pain getting a new dentist/dental hygienist. Brie (sp) was fabulous and ensured that I was comfortable through all the x-rays and cleaning. And Dr. Napoli was very friendly and professional. In fact, the entire staff was great! Looks like we found our dentist here!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The dentist I saw, Dr Timberlake takes her time and is very thorough. She has found a few issues that would bother me in the not too distant future.

Then I came back to have my teeth cleaned. Watched tv during the whole process and never even felt the needles to numb my mouth. Again adding to this rating, couldn’t ask for a better experience. This dental team is awesome!!!

Positive experience: After spending 1.5 hours in the chair replacing a crown, the temp crown fell off within 32 hours. Hope they can get me in tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: Emerald Family Dentistry in Wake Forest is an easy 5 stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I needed multiple veneers and an implant, which is a big, intimidating process—but Dr. Napoli and Cel went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfect. They took the time to explain each step, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and didn’t stop tweaking the details until my smile looked just right. The staff is incredible as well—shoutout to Cel, Bri, Kimberly, Heather, and Brittany. Every visit, they’re friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. They’ve been fantastic about working around my schedule and always let me know if earlier appointments open up, which I really appreciate with a busy calendar. From the clinical care to the front desk experience, Emerald Family Dentistry has been outstanding. She listened to my concerns about a previous adverse reaction to a med during a procedure and didn’t just write me off. She made me feel heard and cared for during my procedure & talked me through each step. On top of that, each hygienist I’ve had has also been lovely. The front office staff is friendly as well. Highly recommend this office for dental care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Clanton and the incredibly generous staff here are a breath of fresh air after a dental experience that was frankly traumatic for me. They really went out of their way to try and make me feel comfortable and it meant a lot. Dr. Clanton has a very good chairside manner, I felt calm with her, which is basically an impossibility with me at the dentist. Like the review before mine, I have sensory issues and am mild on the spectrum. So mild that no one can tell I process things uniquely unless I tell them, but being at the dentist is kind of my worst nightmare. I'm hopeful this place will be supportive instead of expecting me to be someone I'm not. That woman's review helped me and I hope this review helps someone else. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: 10/30/23: First visit with Dr LaMura and assistant Ale. I have to say they work well with each other. Definitely give off a positive energy and make you feel very comfortable while prepping you for the procedure. Dr.LaMura did a great job on replacing two filling in my front tooth-cannot even tell it blends that well. Ale was there the whole helping and giving her input. I was very relaxed and together they made me laugh during entire time. 10/13/22 - this office staff still out performing themselves. Dr.Joy hands down is a very qualified and outstanding dentist. I find her to be well educated and experienced dentist in her field. Thinks outside the box and determined to enhance your dental visit. Staff engages with her well in a team concept. She allows the staff to bring their expertise as well into the visit, allows them to have a voice to encourage them to learn. I always am amazed by this office. I feel very secure with this entire office in handling my dental needs. 7/14/22 I chipped my tooth last night called the office first thing and spoke to Kimberly, explained my situation and schedule. She called me back and was able to figure out a way to fit me in. I felt her caring, compassionate and concern regarding my matter. Kimberly saved my day but made me feel assured that this office works hard for there patients to accommodate them. I met the new Dentist Dr. Joy who will fit in well with this staff. Very kind, polite and professional. She made me feel comfortable and took care of my tooth. The entire staff from when you arrive to leaving are truly genuinely on top of their game. 1/20/22 I had my six month cleaning today. The hygienist was filling in today at this location and her name was Latosha. This woman was a very kind individual and caring. I had such a pleasant and interesting conversation with her that it made my time go by quick. My teeth cleaning was very enjoyable and her technique was very appreciated. I not one to like going to the dentist but always am amazed by this office how pleasant everyone from the desk administrator to the hygienist to the dentist Goes above to recognize and make you feel at eased and welcomed. You all rock!! Visit today with Dr. Napoli she made some adjustments to my partial. I just cannot say enough about the care and service. This office and dentists deliver outstanding care. I am never disappointed and again Dr. Napoli and her staff should be proud of themselves that they have build a great team. Another great visit with Dr. Rankin today. I had my crown cemented . Very focused and worked hard to getting a good fit. I was not disappointed. I have a follow up next week and look forward to being greeted by her friendly staff. She truly takes her work seriously. Two weeks ago I went in to have my teeth cleaned by Sarah. She was a breath of fresh air. Very polite, kind and truly loved her work at Emerald. Very informative regarding maintaining good hygiene and keeping my teeth healthy. Today, had an appointment with Dr. Rankin and her assistant Madison. I was taken back by Dr. Rankin efficiency, entire mannerisms and most of all I knew I was in good hands. She completed the work in a timely fashion and set the expectation upfront-wonderful experience especially at a dentist office. Her assistant Madison was well equipped with skill and talent in her field as well. They both worked wonderful as a team. I can’t say enough I am truly happy to be a patient here. This was my first time at the Emerald Dentist Office and I felt very welcomed. The staff was pleasant, professional and focused on their work. I found each person I engaged with knowledgeable and happy in the working environment. I felt the dentist showed genuine interest in me and has created a good office experience for all her employees. I am extremely happy with my service.

Fantastic experience: The dentists and workers here are very accommodating and you can tell that they do read your patient form before you come in. I have sensory problems and I was checked on many times and given shades for my light sensitivity and got to watch an aquarium video while they worked on my teeth. I didn't even have to mention any of this to them, they already knew. They were aware that too many procedures may have been too much for me and offered alternatives and made sure I was okay the entire time. I was very anxious but they made my experience so much better than I have ever experienced and it was very comforting and reassuring. Fantastic experience: Had a great appointment today. The hygienist was kind enough to work around the fact that I did not want to be numbed via needles so she worked around it and did great, which I really appreciated. The staff are all awesome. I also appreciate that they call me when a sooner appointment or time opens that works around my schedule.

Fantastic experience: As a first time patient, it was nice to meet the staff and get a warm welcome. I enjoyed the ease of switching to this dentist office along with completing set up as a new patient. It was very clear what I would be getting done that day as it was explained and shown to me prior to heading back with one of the hygienists. Fantastic experience: This was my first time stepping foot in a dentist’s office in many years. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but they made me feel so welcomed from the start. They explained everything I needed to get done, and during my extractions they were incredibly gentle and kept me informed every step of the way. They made the procedure comfortable despite my nervousness. I highly recommend this dentist, especially if you have dental anxiety like I do

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient for approx 2 1/2-3 years with cleanings every 3 months, NEVER had the same hygienist twice. Always feel like I’m being pressured into services I don’t necessarily want. Have always felt like money is all that’s important to them, have to pay before you set foot in the back. I had an appointment scheduled for this week which they called to reschedule because they would not have s hygienist available, I agreed to the new scheduled date. My husband had to have emergency surgery for a detached retina so I needed to cancel the appointment scheduled for the following day. I just received an email that I would no longer be able to schedule appointments because I had canceled 2 with less than a 48 hour notice. My appointment was on Tuesday, his surgery was on Monday, so how would I have 48 hours? Never mind ALL the other visits I made during the last 3 years. Dentists are a dime a dozen in Wake Forest, so I’m sure I can find one that appreciates their patients .

Negative experience: Had to down grade to 1 star due to lack of transparency. Turns out they actually were NOT in-network for my BCBS Medicare advantage plan. Give them credit for not charging the difference but it’s unclear if some charges might have cost me more during this period due to the multiple restorative work. Some months later they sent a letter saying they no longer accepted my plan - however they were already showing on the EOB as out of network when I had my work done. So telling me they were in-network when I first started now seems like it may not have been the whole truth since I’m not sure when things changed, and they never notified me of becoming out of network. EOBs arrive a month or more later than service dates. I now wonder if I ended up paying more than I should have had they actually had been in-network. By right they should have immediately informed their patients on BCBS immediately that they were out of network. If they are in your network, or you pay fully out of pocket, then the remainder of the review holds true. Update July 2024: crown work performed by Dr Lamera, not sure spelling, went very well. Took time to get both teeth prepped without feeling rushed, fitted temps well so had no issues eating/chewing, no pain, no discomfort. Replaced old filling without need for anesthetic. New crowns were ready a bit earlier so they got me in, fitted new crowns for comfortable bite which for me is a little challenging since I got a bit of a wonky bite. A couple weeks now with new crowns in place and all feels great. A little background: Just relocated to wake forest from So FL in Nov and found a plethora of dental facilities in the area. But irritatingly the one my wife chose did not reply to my calls or answer my web/email queries about setting up my initial appt. Using my insurance web search for the area, I saw Emerald was nearby and has mostly decent reviews so I gave them a call and pleasantly got a quick reply with no issues talking to an actual human. Being new and being behind a couple of months, with a difficult year behind us, my normal dental hygiene took a bit of a hiatus. So I knew going in I’d probably have extra work on the horizon. They do a thorough job with the modern scanning and X-ray equip and good old fashioned physical exam. As expected, I am due for a periodontal scaling/deep cleaning and their diagnostic work confirms some old fillings due for replacement which was planned by former dentist but delayed due to covid and then their own relocation out of So FL. Anyway, no news I did not expect other than the recommendation to put on crowns due to the location of the old fillings leaving thin tooth sections that would be prone to cracking. This makes sense having had a couple of others crack off chunks of tooth in the past. So far I’ve just had my first deep cleaning which went great. No anesthetic and little pain, hygienist was exceptional! I “almost” look forward to returning for the rest of the work ;) At age 70 now, and having relocated several times, I’ve never had a dentist for too long since I was a kid so have seen my share and so far emerald dental is in my top 3. I’ll update review if things change going forward with the bigger work coming soon.

Positive experience: I chose this dental practice due to the reviews online. I have a lot of anxiety at the dentist. They did accomodate the fact that I could not have descaling in only two visits so I was able to schedule this in 4 visits. I paid for the procedure at each visit. Once everything was finished I couldn't get in touch with the DR. He said he would call at a certain time, twice but never called. Then a month later I got another bill for $500. Very dissappointed. I don't think I even neededthe descaling. I already had it once but they said I needed it done again because I hadn't kept up with my 6 month checkups. There was only quadrant that even took about 30 min the other three quadrants took less than 20 min. which in my opinion didn't really need to done.

Fantastic experience: One of my lower back crowns cracked in half while I was visiting my daughter in Wake Forest, NC from Williamsburg. Fortunately, I was able to get an emergency appointment with Emerald Family Dentistry. Dr. Clayton and the dental technician could not have been more considerate and comforting. They were always conscious of my pain level. They put a rush on my new crown, and I had it within one week. Thank you, Dr. Clayton, Dental Technician , and Emerald FD. Hats off! Five stars! Fantastic experience: I came in almost in tears from excruciating pain from a tooth that needed to be pulled. I found Emerald Family Dentistry and made an appointment, and did I mention it was after 5pm!!! They were extremely helpful with contacting my insurance provider, and they were fast and efficient in pulling my tooth. I would recommend ANYONE to take advantage of this dentistry, they are INCREDIBLE!!

Fantastic experience: I loved the no pressure atmosphere and attitudes from everyone there! They not once tried to push me into making a decision right then like every other dentist I’ve been to does. Everyone was so nice and informative. I truly had a good experience with this team of professionals and that is a rare thing to find in the medical field especially in a dentist office. Update: I have been back a couple of times since that first consultation and each time they never failed to be kind, curious, and friendly. As I said before the no pressure atmosphere is amazing and Dr. Mehat and Dr. Clanton are amazing at their jobs!

Sometimes a little hard to get an appointment because of how great they are of a place. Then again can't really complain about them being so good that they are busy. Fantastic experience: Dr Mehat is absolutely AMAZING!! I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled because it broke. She had it out so fast and with no pain I have always hated going to the dentist, but I love this practice because the people that work there are all so sweet and AMAZING at what they do!

Fantastic experience: I have a horrible fear of the dentist going all the way back to my childhood. After a few years, I finally became very comfortable with my previous dentist. When she retired, the thought of finding another dentist was incredibly stressful. I just had to trust that I would land in the right place. Dr. Clanton and Vee were very sensitive and compassionate. They were understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Bri is a wonderful hygienist! I see her exclusively because she is really gentle but does a great job.

Negative experience: I would not recommend going here unless you are ready for the dentist to recommend everyone in your family having orthodontic work and previous work done at your prior dentist being redone by them. It's a shame our previous dentist doesn't take our insurance after 17 years there because we wouldn't have to be settling for less than excellence if that were not the case. I'm very confused how this practice has such high ratings, and the dentist my children saw is not even listed on the website and was extremely rude.

Fantastic experience: Initially was worked in for emergency visit (broken tooth), same day, and was so pleased, I booked future appointments with them, and became their patient. Dr. Mehat is gifted with her craft. I had some pretty extensive work done, and am very pleased with her work! She's very soft-spoken and non-judgemental. Two of her assistants, Cel and Vii were also spot on. I like how the practice gives upfront pricing ahead of time, and will prioritize needs aligned with budget. The office also has some pretty impressive technology with 3D scanning and x-rays that display right in front of you on a TV screen so you can see exactly what the dentist sees. Their hours are great too! Would recommend!

Ale, my dental assistant was friendly, communicative and efficient, as was Bri, my hygienist--who did not hurt me!! Having had a fair amount of dental work over the years, I am always a little anxious, but Dr. Mehat and the others were great. Upon leaving, Lindsay was her great, interested, friendly self. Positive experience: It was all great. Only thing that is disappointing is I can’t get my next appt until February and it should be in November. I’ve been coming there for years and I don’t think it’s right that current patients can’t be seen every six months.

Fantastic experience: I unfortunately had to get some fillings but it was the best dental experience I've had. I just became a new patient here yesterday and came back today for my fillings. I was out in less than an hour and felt very safe and comfortable the whole time. Dr. LaMura and the whole staff was really great, kind, friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain today and called Emerald Dentistry asking for an appointment and Kierra got me in right away. Dr LaMura took very good care of me and prescribed medications to help me clear the infection. I cannot thank you all enough.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is top notch and works hard on getting you scheduled. They even call to let you know when there is availability to get you in sooner. Recently had a crown done and the entire process was about a week from temp to permanent.

Negative experience: We have been very pleased with Emerald family dentist. When I saw Dr Joy for a painful tooth she said I needed a crown. My temporary crown was still painful, she said just wait for permanent and it will be gone. The permanent was still painful, didn’t sleep well. She said give it time. I went back 3 more times and she just filed the tooth, told me she could just file it down to nothing if that’s what I wanted, I said no, felt like crying, said I just want the pain to stop. She took an X-ray and said I needed a root canal. Pain gone! Everyone said I should have been reimbursed for the crown I didn’t need. I suffered needlessly for months.

I’d give you a five star but it is very, very hard to schedule an appointment a week or two out. I work retail and also have a very busy schedule. I would think they could make accommodations for the client. Some people just don’t know when they have off 3-4 weeks in advance!

Fantastic experience: If someone asked me to briefly and succinctly describe Emerald Family Dentistry -- off the top of my head, I would reply with two words: expertise and precision. Dr. LaMura and Dr. Napoli--the two dentists who attended to my vast array of dental needs--are, quite obviously, detail-oriented masters of their craft. ... That is, unless my mirror and countless beholders of their handiwork were "off" in making that assessment. All joking aside, I am extremely pleased with many OTHER areas and aspects (of the dentistry) as well. Both Dr. LaMura and Dr. Napoli have good personalities -- very easy to get along with; the office staff was reliable and meticulous in covering everything from my dental plan to all things financial, and very friendly; affordability: they were fair and reasonable with regard to my payment plan; there was no pain whatsoever; ... and, as a bit of "icing on the cake," I enjoyed chatting some with Dr. LaMura about our shared passion: music. So, if you're searching for a dentist/dentistry that clicks on all cylinders and covers all the bases -- then, I'd recommend Dr. Jeff LaMura and Dr. Marisa Napoli at Emerald Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: My family and I are new to this office and was able to get an appointment right away. The front ladies were so nice and called me when they can take me sooner. Dr Mehat did my filling. She is young, professional, gentle, and did an awesome job. Prior to her, my previous filling from other dentist had to be adjusted several times; however, with Dr. Mehat there was no teeth or gums sensitivity at all. Definitely recommend Dr Mehat and Emerald dentistry.

Negative experience: We have been with Emerald Family Dentistry since they opened in Gateway Commons. They have always been great to work with and receive care from. In the last year or so their turnover in dentists and dental assistants has been high and my family feels they no longer look at us as patients but as profit centers. We will be transferring to another dentist as soon as possible as we do not feel we can get reliable care here anymore.

Fantastic experience: Review of Dental Practice ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. LaMura and Evie, his amazing dental assistant are the dental A- team. Our family moved from upstate NY in 2022 after giving other practices in Wake Forest a chance, it was the whole team at Emerald Dentistry that won my husband and myself’s confidence. We are pleased we made the change!

Fantastic experience: Went to this practice based on recommendations from my neighborhood and, most importantly, from my wife who went there first. Nice, friendly and professional staff. Great experience after moving here - like the office setup as well as I was able to tour parts of Spain on a TV screen on the ceiling as my teeth were checked and cleaned - a nice touch. Update for 2024 - had my first crown installation in many years done by Dr. Rankin. Excellent professional and personable service

The staff is above and beyond friendly, helpful…don’t dread going to the dentist anymore! Highly recommend. Fantastic experience: Just updating from last visit last week, after 4 visits, Dr.Mehat and her assistant Cel finalized my issues perfectly. I got many successful fillings and 2 crowns. My teeth were super sensitive but Dr.Mehat was patient enough to make sure i am comfortable before starting any procedure. I highly recommend trying Emerald Family Dentistry. Today was my third visit to the office, starting from the front desk to the end of my appointment all was great and satisfying. Dr. Mehat is the sweetest dentist I ever tried. She is honest and strong to take best decisions about anything will give benefit to the patient. Today, I should put my permanent crown, and they got 2 crowns from different materials, but she well explained to me why she refused both and how she is going to order the better option to me. She is checking on me personally after the second day after each visit to make sure I am good and no issues. I really trust her because she is the best. Cel, the assistant is my favorite, she is experienced and professional with all what she did throughout my visits. She is so nice and with both Dr. Mehat and Cel, I feel totally comfortable. Thanks to the best Front desk, they are so nice and kind and will help you with any question.

Fantastic experience: I got my first tooth extraction here with Dr. Mehat. I have four kids and I brought my youngest with me bc I was still breastfeeding. Staff held and cared my baby for me while I got my procedure done. Exceptional care would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Perhaps the best new patient experience I've had in all of my healthcare encounters. The process from initial evaluation, to treatment, to next steps was thorough and efficient. State of the art (and patient-friendly) equipment. My hygienist was exceptional. I highly recommend. Update 6/20: I went in last week for a major procedure which I've had done in the past. My prior procedures were less than ideal. I had a much different and better experience with Dr. Napoli. She was efficient, precise, and skilled—and the process was pain free. The assistant who prepped me for the procedure was excellent as well. Five stars for sure. 6/7/23: Dr. Rankin put in a number of composite fillings. She was fantastic. Very efficient. Perfect match on my tooth color and pain free. Very happy with the result. Cel, Dr.Rankin's assistant was, as always, on her A game. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and pleasant, and also very informative regarding what charges to expect, scheduling, insurance questions, etc. I've never been surprised by a bill, and also never feel pushed to schedule a procedure that isn't in the current budget. We always enjoy chatting with the staff upfront, and feel very welcome. The hygienists are always very friendly and professional as well, and approach our dental cleanings with a delicate touch (which we certainly appreciate). They typically put on a walking-tour video on a TV above your head, along with tinted glasses, which makes the cleaning go by much easier! No more awkwardly staring at the ceiling and trying to avoid eye contact . Sit back and enjoy the tour...today I visited historic Amsterdam, nice place...FYI the tour stayed away from the red-light district . Dr. Napoli is great! She's very friendly (there's a theme here) and has always been very willing to answer any questions we have. She has never pushed us to have a procedure that wasn't necessary, and we definitely trust her recommendations. She always explains our options, and makes us feel comfortable with the decision we make (making sure to explain why/if a procedure is urgent or absolutely necessary). We've had several procedures done here, and they all went extremely well. We've even been worked in for an emergency procedure, which was amazing ! Our whole family goes to this practice now, and it's really changed our outlook on dental care...including no longer dreading a visit to the dentist (which we did not believe was possible)! Joking aside, we truly appreciate the friendly and welcoming atmosphere here, as well as their no-pressure approach to dental care. We'd love to keep this jewel to ourselves, but would feel remiss if we didn't share how truly wonderful they are! They've got a great team, and definitely deserve the recommendation! Give them a shot, and you'll likely switch your whole family .

Negative experience: RIPOFF Per Dr. Napoli I was charged what my insurance would pay, not based on the quality of service or material, but what my insurance would pay. I went in with two painful teeth, they were not addressed for two months. No antibiotic, no treatment for two months. RIPOFF!! They may be a wonderful practice for preventative maintenance but do not try to go in as a new patient needing any real help.

Fantastic experience: Dr LaMura & Team (and front office!) were so amazing and patient with my "hot" tooth. They explained everything to me along the way and I couldn't be more grateful to have them as my dentist office. I had a super difficult root canal but Dr LaMura was so great at helping me through it. He's the best!!

Fantastic experience: There cannot be nicer reception staff anywhere else than at Emerald. I had a gentle sweet hygienist who kept me informed during the entire process. When Dr. Rankin came to check my mouth I didn't feel that she was rushing to get to another patient. Everyone contributes to making a dental visit non-threatening and easy to handle!

Fantastic experience: July 2024 update Our family has been going to Emerald since we moved here in 2020. Today I was seen for a concerning problem. I have to say asides from cleanings I hate anything that has to do with mouth pain! Well Dr. Jeff LaMura quickly became my hero when the Sunday before we left on vacation I was having terrible gum pains. He was able to start me in treatment allowing us to leave for our family vacation. He saw me today and sounds like I may need a root canal I am super scared but the hygienist Kim and office manager Kimberly along with Dr. LaMura provide assurance I was in good hands. Dr. Jeff referred me to an Endodontist which Kimberly was able to get me an appointment today. I appreciated that Dr. Jeff didn’t know exactly which tooth was causing my pain and was not willing to take a chance. We will find out which tooth it is and go from there. Grateful for the compassion and humility this office shows. We moved to NC this fall and had to find a new dentist for our family. We left an amazing practice in MA after 25+ years. I wasn’t sure we would find another family dentist that was as friendly and welcoming. First impressions are everything! Kimberly was so pleasant. She listened, was able to get our son in the next day and the rest of the family is scheduled. On arrival for our first visit they warmly greeted us and everyone recognized my sons upcoming birthday The final result, our son liked the hygienist and the dentist. Left with a beautiful smile on his face. I’d say we found our new Family Dentist for years to come!!

Fantastic experience: Going through my whole dental journey here, and I do not find myself regretting it for one moment! I was well entertained the entire time I had my tooth extracted. I wouldn't find such compassion and empathy from any other team. I can't believe how FUN my dentist appointment was and I'm 30! I can't wait until I have my dream smile, and I truly cannot think to do this with any other team.
