Fantastic experience: First time going there, the staff was very friendly, they had new fancy Xray machines, TVs on ceiling to watch while they clean and operate, they used a 3D scanner to map out my mouth guard. Overall the experience was quick and easy.

Fantastic experience: Prestige Dentist,,Dental assistant, Dental hygiene st , Receptionists were very welcoming and professional.The Dental team were outstanding in providing a comfortable environment, painless procedure, clear treatment plan, and chair side assistance in the chair while I could with TV from my procedure chair! Kudos that this location and excellent service exist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yei and his team are so nice and knowledgeable, make our driving from Sugar Land worthwhile. In so many years before I saw Dr. Yei, I never knew my v-shaped notches (abfraction) on my teeth right above the gum line were caused by teeth grinding. He not only fixed them and also convinced me to wear dental gard during sleep. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic experience: I went to Prestige Dental today to inquire if my new dental insurance is accepted by them and upon arriving I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. After finding out that my insurance was acceptable, the receptionist informed me that they had an opening for exam/x-rays since I had mentioned I was off and I tell you that really made my day. The office was extremely clean and the staff were very professional. I recommend this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Listen, Im terrified of the dentist. So, when I come in, you know something is wrong. Having said that, the staff here made me feel comfortable and safe. Explained everything that they were doing. Answered all the questions I had, even if they were silly.. I.E " are you going to put that needle in my jaw??" The answer was no it was something simple and painless but still my fears were acknowledged and dealt with, with kindness and a gentle tone. I appreciate the staff and will be going to Prestige from now on!

Fantastic experience: I broke my front tooth Tuesday @ 2pm and Prestige Dental had me walking out of their office Wednesday @ 10:45 smiling with no pain. Fantastic experience: It's a very nice place. I was introduced by a friend. They respected your wishes and gave you a choice without impatience or contempt. The first deep tooth cleaning was completely painless.The second time was a little painful, but that was my select. I thought it was tolerable. That was the price of not paying attention to teeth. They came to ask you if you were normal every three to five times.

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist, and everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in. Maureen, the dental hygienist was so gentle while cleaning my teeth! I enjoyed being able to chat with her because she was so sweet! Once the Dr. came in, he explained everything to me, even showing me pictures so I could see what was going on in my mouth. He had great bedside manner, which is super important to me! Fantastic experience: This is an honest review. We got there and they were really cool. I was greeted by the receptionist when I booked the appointment over the phone.. Filling out application was smooth and straight to the point. Met with the dentist and hygenist. Took good care of my lil ones. Ashley stuck out the most. Very friendly and sweet young lady. Their staff really cared. We already booked for our next appointment. They are five star for a reason .

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team working here that makes every effort to deliver top notch care. The experience I had getting a cleaning here was an absolute pleasure. I also needed some fillings which had to be completed on a different day than my initial cleaning. I was offered an appointment as early as the next morning to get those taken care of, which is made even more impressive by the fact that there are typically multiple patients being taken care of at once. The filling process itself was super quick and totally painless. Can’t recommend choosing this office as your go to dentist enough!

Fantastic experience: Everything was wonderful at Prestige Dental! From making the appointment to checking out. The entire staff felt like family by the time we left. My husband and I both had an appointment on the same day. They took very good care of us. It didn't seem like they were "shaking us down" for unnecessary treatments and money. From the doctor, hygenist, and staff, they explained every step to us. Watching Netflix (in the ceiling) made it relaxing. Also, the convenience of location made a huge difference. It took us a few minutes to get there. We recommend you go and see for yourself. We know of 7 people we know that go there and speaks well of them also. Go ahead!! Negative experience: Ensure you do not leave your insurance information, employer information and SSN. You are welcome.! Be careful too! to find authentic and real reviews, filter the reviews and select "lowest reviews". I had the most painful teeth cleaning yesterday. I paid $99, and payment receipt has a personal name rather than their dental company name. Very suspicious. A lot happened with my first and my last visit.

I do mean ALWAYS which is very important because it is a deal breaker for me. I couldn’t be more happy. I had a situation that arose and they actually listened and extended a helping hand! Negative experience: These reviews are fake and these people will tell you things are wrong that aren’t all to bill your insurance or charge you extra. They will also give you subpar work to make you continue to see them. A much more broad review of this place will be posted across the internet for awareness. Edit: My initial review could have been much more extensive, but I chose not to go that route. I made the same review on Yelp yesterday. So, Dr, Yei personally reached out to me today, 6/28/24…..through a TEXT MESSAGE. It felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. What happened to the days of making a phone call and leaving a voicemail? I never consented for them to personally reach out to me through text messages when I provided my phone number, especially about my personal issues with the services rendered. Dr. Yei gave me the OPTION that I get two implants (which would have cost me thousands, but his website advertises they are free for patients?). The next day, his assistant calls to tell me that I have no choice and that it is mandatory because I have an infection in the area although no x-rays were taken. The day of that appointment, I came in to have a crown re-cemented on, which popped off literally 2 days later after the doctor told me it had a high chance of failure. I have a 100k ceiling on my dental insurance so it's quite clear what this guy is up to. I found a new dentist who explained and taught me how to read x-rays, assured me my bridge is fine and that there is no infection, and the crown he re-cemented the correct way after Dr. Yei did it? It's still going strong many weeks and many starbursts later. I'm not sure what's going on with dentistry nowadays, but I am not a fan. Dr. Yei, if you are reading this...I still remember when you told me my teeth were yellow over a year ago. I won't tell anyone not to go to Dr. Yei, but take this experience for whatever you consider it to be worth. Edit #2: The lack of professionalism can obviously be seen by his responses that can publicly be seen here. Again, a phone call is more suitable to conduct business. Also, please be sure not to violate my HIPAA rights with your responses. I would have deleted this review had this been properly discussed, but thank you for proving my point.

Fantastic experience: The staff were all so friendly and informative with every step. The facility was clean and comfortable. I did not have to wait long after my appointment time to be seen. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth provided great painless care as she worked, also gave me plenty of information to keep up with cavity preventative aftercare at home that I can do. Dr. Yei is friendly and knowledgeable, he listened to my concerns and performed his evaluation of my teeth and provided me with a detailed explanation of a cavity that needed attention. Dr. Yei, was even able to get me back in the same day to get the cavity filled, which took less than 30 minutes to perhform. Excellent job and Thank You Dr. Yei and to your team.

Negative experience: The door was locked when I got there for my appointment once I was allowed in the girl at the front looked annoyed ..I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and I sat there and waited to be called no one was there but the people that had arrived there was maybe 3 families they called the other 2 families and never called my daughter I over heard the girls ask each other who is she seeing and proceed to say oh I haven’t seen her let me go look for her this was a good 15-20 min after I arrived! My daughter is 2 and has seen other dentist she loves the dentist well all we got was the dental assistant brushing her teeth with the same tooth brush n toothpaste she gave us to take home told us how to brush and said I’ll go get the Dr. SHE CAME BACK 30sec later saying we where good to go the Dr would not be seeing my daughter!!! Terrible service I wouldn’t recommend I have other kids I’ve taken to plenty of dentist and we have never had such a terrible experience! They are fairly new n this is not the way to retain patients! It sucks because they where near my house and I really wanted to love this place BUT I WOULDNT recommend n I don’t ever leave reviews!

Fantastic experience: This was my first dental visit at this practice, and my first in quite a long time. I had a kind of urgent situation come up and emailed them late at night, and got a response immediately the next morning and was able to fit me in same day. The staff were fantastic, everyone was nice and accommodating and made my visit really relaxed and comfortable. I especially appreciated the time they spent with me individually to determine treatment plans and options for my situation. No pressure, just excellent information and everything presented in advance with options and full disclosure of costs, what is covered by insurance, and what my portion would be. They were able to help me decide on a course of action, and was able to immediately provide treatment. My brother used them recently when an urgent situation came up requiring a root canal and he's never been a fan of dentists since we were children. But he highly recommended Prestige Dental to me when I asked who he had visited. Thankfully, they were also covered under my insurance! The offices are nice and clean, very modern appearance, and I was impressed that the exam room included a TV monitor in the wall across, and even in the ceiling above when you're reclined back. That definitely makes it easier to have something on screen to take your mind off of any stress or anxiety while waiting or receiving treatment. Honestly, I've had a lot of dental history and experience over the years due to an injury when I was a child, which was still the root of the problem today actually, but this was easily the best visit I've had to a dental office in all my years. I'm so happy to have found a quality practice! It's not the closest to my house, but is worth the little extra drive. Thank you to all the staff who made this such a positive experience and for helping me so quickly today!

Fantastic experience: If I'm being honest I wasn't entirely sure about the dentist before, but my doctor was very kind and gentle with me :) I'd trust her with my life. She did wonderfully and my teeth feel better than they have in years. While we waited for our lift she helped us with specific recommendations to better care for our teeth as well. She was very kind and compassionate the entire time. The place wasn't even far from home so there was no problem getting there. 10/10
