Fantastic experience: Filled out my paper work beforehand online from my phone, and got in quickly at my scheduled time. The dental hygienist was extremely professional and polite. She explained everything clearly before she did it, did a great job on my teeth, and was gentle. The doctor was great as well and very personable. Overall very great experience. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about getting a crown today, and the doctor and their assistant were aware of my anxiety and proceeded gently with me. They even gave me headphones to soften the sound of the drill.

She loves what she does and it’s apparent in her actions. From the moment I walk in the door I feel welcome by Sandra. She’s attentive and it’s a pleasure speaking and talking with her. I cannot say enough about Rochelle. She’s the hygienist and most of my time is spent with her. She is so friendly and easy to talk regarding dental needs, clothing, and everyday life. All in all it’s a great place to go for your dental needs especially if you are afraid of needles and dental work. You will not find a better group of people in a fantastic environment that is clean, sterile, and welcoming. Simply put, Dr. Sarfaraz takes care of her patients and her team and it shows from the moment you enter the center.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient since 2009. The office is clean and modern. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with friendly front desk with great attitude and big smiles. The whole office work very well as a team. All the assistants, hygienists and the doctors make you feel very comfortable. Dr Sarfaraz is so humble and down to earth with great knowledge of dentistry. She is on time and patiently answers your questions. The front desk explain your treatments and the costs, so there are no surprises when it comes to payments. Over all a great dental office!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was another great experience at Advanced Dental Care. It appeared to be very busy with many patients. I was seen and back to work within 30 to 45 minutes and of course with the nice little dental hygiene bag. As a coffee drinker, Advanced Dental Center provides consultation to remind me of the importance on how often to floss and brush until it keeps my teeth looking great. What a great place to get all of your dental work done along with the professionalism of the staff, wow, awesome!

Fantastic experience: This is my first time coming into the office for some cosmetics procedures . The staff are phenomenal, I received some threads and lip enchantment and the results are amazing. I am also very glad dr provides complimentary consultations unlike other institutions that up charge before you even get any service . My double chin reduced and my lips looks sexier then ever . Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this dental office. Despite having insurance, I was charged an exorbitant amount, far more than expected. The billing process was unclear, and I was not informed about the costs upfront. Additionally, the service was disappointing, and I did not feel valued as a patient. Due to this experience, I chose not to schedule a follow-up appointment. I would not recommend this office to others looking for transparent pricing and quality care.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for deep cleaning, she only did upper side supposed to clean both lower and upper and claiming that she doesn’t time do both. Wondering why she doesn’t have time to do both. (Appointment was middle of the day) I have to visit again.

Fantastic experience: This is THE BEST dental practice to which I have ever been! I have horrible teeth and am dental-phobic. My teeth need lots of work but have always had good experiences here, unlike the myriad of experiences over many years at many other dentists, hence the phobia. In fact after having over ten crowns done by these experts, my anxiety has been reduced dramatically. And yes dental work is crazy expensive but the front desk people work hard at helping make the most of any insurance or other alternatives. I highly recommend Advanced Dental.

Fantastic experience: Advanced dental has such amazing staff from reception to the Dr. Not only are they thorough in regard’s to dental hygiene, but as a family owned practice they care about your progress like you were their own. My son who is five has been coming to Advanced dental since he was three and he loves it here. As a kid I remember being afraid of the dentist, my son does not share that fear because of how professional, meticulous and caring, the staff at advanced dental is. It also helps that they have a toy chest he gets to pick from but regardless of the chest my son loves coming to the dentist as do I. 10/10 recommend not just for you but your little ones too.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this dental center. Honestly I'm just wondering how they have such a high rating. It fooled me. Maybe the center's other dentists are good, I don't know, but I had a very bad experience with Dr. Sarfaraz, and her daughter Dr. Amiri is not any better. Dr. Sarfaraz was condescending towards me on two occasions. She snapped at me for asking a simple question. Their office also has a rude and racist "Karen" as one of the front desk staff (two other young ladies are very very nice though). But back to the main issue: I am so sorry and disappointed and disillusioned to say this but Dr. Sarfaraz doesn't have the basic knowledge of dentistry. I almost lost a perfectly healthy tooth thanks to her. The tooth only needed a minor filling mind you. The only reason I still have that tooth is because I changed dentists. The change happened serendipitously. God works in mysterious ways.

Fantastic experience: I found this clinic online and read the good reviews. I just moved into the area so I was a bit anxious about finding a new dental office (my previous office closed down). I was really impressed when I walked in. The office was very nice and presentable, the staff was very nice, and my dentist hygienist (Susan), was really sweet. She reassured me that if anything was painful to let her know (everything was perfect). I felt comfortable with every part of the visit from start to finish. There was a front desk staff (I didn’t get her name but she’s Hispanic) and she really went above and beyond for me. She was kind and professional. I had a unique request of requesting documents with dental codes to submit to my insurance and she went above and beyond to help me. I’m excited to have found a new office I’m comfortable with!

I’ve been to many offices trying to get additional work done on implant I had got from the DR and everyone told me they weren’t able to help. And she handles my anxiety with a sensitivity that anyone would be lucky to have. I trust her completely because she is trustworthy. She is one of the best dentists I have ever had!

Negative experience: Although my son (7) said everything went well. My daughter had an appointment the same day at 3:15pm and was told on arrival she could not be seen because a message was left on my voicemail the day before the appointment was switched to 3pm. This is from a company that requires a 48hr notice for cancellation to avoid a $25 fee but thought it was ok to call less that 24hrs only leaving a voicemail for a change in the appointment. I also received a text the morning of confirming the appointments at 3:15pm, yet the rep I spoke with went back and forth with me as if I was wrong for being upset. The customer service is no longer what it use to be, it appears the current staff is more concern about getting out of work on time than care or concern of the inconvenience of the clients. After 23yrs of being a customer I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment from the current staff. I also called back after seeing the miss call and that rep explain she was calling to confirm the appointment and said nothing about the switch. It’s been one thing after another for the last two years.

No one has ever taken the time to help me with such circumstances except my family, but she is advocating for me and I truly thank her for that. Great office!

He was not heavy handed during my cleaning and he did a great job. He was super informative and told me what to expect and what he was going to do before he did it so no surprises. I feel like this practice was a great fit. 7/25/2023 I had a new hygienist today by the name of Susan and she's amazing! She made me feel comfortable and was able to give me tips on how to deal with a new health issue that effects the teeth. She was super informative, friendly, gentle and made me feel at ease e. Positive experience: Updated review: I went back for a cleaning since the location is very convenient and in case the delay I experienced the first time was unusual. My cleaning was very quick, I arrived a few minutes past 9:45 and waited probably less than two minutes. Staff were again very pleasant. I will be back. I visited advanced dental center as a new patient, and everything was fine except for the wait. I had an appointment at 2:00 and arrived a few minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork and check in. I was not called back to have x-rays taken until 2:45 and then waited until ~3:00 before my cleaning. The staff were all pleasant and the dental work seemed good but I ended up finishing at 3:30 for a 2:00 appointment...

Fantastic experience: Sound weird to say about going to the dentist, but it has always been a pleasure when visiting, the customer service from the front desk to the Dr. and staff attending to me, they take the time to explain everything, always checking your comfort levels, they just seem to really care about me as a patient. My most recent visit for a deep scale cleansing, I didn’t even have to take that long needle for numbing the asked me if I preferred a topical to numb me, I said yes and it really worked much better than that long needle to me. Yes I would surely recommend this Dentist office to every and anyone.

Fantastic experience: Was able to get an emergency visit within hours for a broken tooth and have it extracted same day. Staff was great; they were all very friendly and the dentist was great as well. Definitely will be using them as my primary dentist moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this practice for several years now. All the staff front desk, hygienists and Dr's. are very courteous, professional and caring. I recommend them all the time to others because it's hard to find a great combination like this!

Fantastic experience: I think this place is great! Very honest people. I went in today with the expectation I would be getting fillings. He noticed the x-rays were dated so wetook newer ones and noticed I didn't necessarily need fillings. It could've been the angle of the previous ones. I've known dentists that would've went through with it anyone, but they were honest and weren't out to make a quick buck. Highly recommend Advanced Dental Center.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old had a horrific experience getting sealants at a pediatric dentist. One of them failed, and we had it redone with Dr. Safarez and Nadia assisting. He was so much more comfortable, and happy everything was explained to him. Thanks!!
