This time I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Saric, and she was absolutely amazing — kind, patient, and incredibly personable. I was so comfortable during my extraction and crown that I actually nodded off, which says a lot about her skill and bedside manner. The entire team continues to be professional, caring, and welcoming every time I visit. Highly recommend Kotch Dental — consistently excellent care and an outstanding experience every single time. The appointment confirmation process is easy and helpful. The waiting room is very comfortable but you rarely have to wait very long. I started out with Dr Ira but I have been seen by his son lately as this office accommodates my late appointment needs. Ireida has been my hygienist from the beginning and I have been coming back no matter where I move to (I've moved at least three times since I started going to Dr. Kotch) because she is so nice, funny, friendly, careful and very aware of my comfort. I really appreciate the service, care, and attention that everyone in this office provides. If you're looking for a terrific dentist and staff, this is absolutely the place to go. I drive about 30 minutes from my current residence just for them because they are that wonderful.**********************************2025 UPDATE Now, my 5 year old daughter comes here as well and she loves Dr. Russell. She came after an unfortunate visit to another Pediatric Dentist and her thoughts on the experience (fillings) were completely changed. Fantastic experience: Dr. Kotch and his team do a great job. They are professional, efficient and kind. The first time we went there, my wife had a broken tooth. He fitted her in and designed the implant. I have had an implant and a crown, plus regular cleanings. All done professionally. He is the team dentist for the Dolphins, Marlins, Heat and Inter Miami. But us regular people get treated just as professionally.

Fantastic experience: I was in pain for almost 3 days, haven't eaten for 2. My friend recommended Dr. Kotch, so I called Kotch Dentistry at 8:03am the next morning, and explained how much pain I was in and that I haven't slept or eaten in 2 days. The receptionist was very kind and professional (I think her name was Brea). She helped me get an appointment. I went in, and Dr. Kotch did what he does best. He extracted 2 of the wisdom teeth that were causing me so much pain, I didn't feel a thing. I can't thank them enough, and I will be going to them from here on out, and I will also be recommending them to others as well.

I had seen articles, from Kotch Dental, in my condo newspaper, and looked them up. I saw that they had a 5 star rating, and their office is around the corner from me. My family has been going there for many years for cleanings, fillings and crowns. They have state of the art dental equipment to treat your many dental preventive and emergency care. Negative experience: I was recommended by a family member. I called and gave my insurance as usual routine when you are a new patient, which normally at that time you are told we accept/do not accept your insurance. Nothing was said and I booked my appointment. Showed up for my appointment, checked in with the front, no notice of anything at this point. Had a routine cleaning, didn’t do X-rays since I am pregnant. The dentist was nice and everything was a good experience until I go to checkout and then they tell me they don’t accept my insurance and the appointment was not covered. Waited until the appointment was over. I said why didn’t someone tell me when I booked the appointment and gave my insurance? To which one of the girls said it’s not our responsibility to know that. It’s one thing if I accepted the appointment knowing it would be out of pocket, but all I was doing was a routine cleaning and the point of me paying insurance is to not come out of pocket for routine check ups. Just giving my experience since I was really taken back by it and never experienced that before.

Negative experience: I want to share my experience with others who may be facing the same issue. I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but I feel it's important to warn others about the poor quality of care at this dental practice. If you're looking for a practice that prioritizes patient care over profits, this is not the place to go. I spent over $3000 on aligners here, but ultimately had to seek ortho treatment elsewhere because of their lack of concern for my dental health. The hygienist, Wendy, was fantastic, but the father and son who run the practice were dismissive of my concerns. One told me not to worry, that I was on the right track, while the other attributed my dental issues to my ethnicity. This is not what I paid for when I signed up for ortho treatment here.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with the team at Kotch Dental! They are punctual, compassionate, and patient-centered. I’ve never had to wait beyond my appointment time, and the dentists and hygienists do everything possible to make the experience comfortable. There are no pushy sales pitches or recommendations for unnecessary procedures like I have experienced with other dentists. The Kotch Dental team is honest and experienced, and I recommend them to everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Kotch Dental for years. All the staff are professional and treat you like family. They explain everything and are gentle. All the hygienists are great and cleaned my teeth without pain. The office staff are warm and welcoming. They made a new retainer for my broken one during the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Russell Kotch has been an amazing Dentist! Back in 2017 he was the only Dentist I could reach out to after hours on a Sunday (I was in extreme pain with a cracked tooth and exposed nerves). He took great care of me and has been the family dentist ever since. I was never a fan of Dentist but he makes the experience very pleasant! 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Dr. Kotch!

Fantastic experience: After 2 years I finally decided to go back to a dentist. Luckily, my closest neighbors all go to Kotch dental and had nothing but high praises for Dr Kotch and his staff. My first appointment was a pleasure. I am so glad to have found a dentist that is so honest. I was impressed with high tech equipment as well.
