Artistic Dental

Negative experience: I have been going to artistic dental for years. I am very frustrated because I get a different dental hygenist almost every time without notifying me. Each dental hygienist has a new product they want me to use. In addition, the last 2 years there has not been enough parking. My most recent visit I had yet another dental assistant and they were over 20 minutes late. I verified with the front desk after 10 minutes that i was checked in but the dental hygenist told me she did not know i was there. Unfortunately it is time to find another dentist...ugh. If you are considering this location I recommend you drive by to see the parking situation before switching.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to artistic dental by a friend after I had a bad experience at the dentist I was going to… And I could not have been happier with the entire experience at artistic dental from start to finish I loved my dental hygienist, Imelda, She did a great job and was so personable and I really enjoyed meeting the dentist and she was great too I didn’t have to wait anytime at all Were very efficient and I Couldn’t recommend them more

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door the service was excellent!! The Exam was the most detailed exam I’ve ever had! I also found the prices of the dental work I need to be more than reasonable and I am looking forward to becoming a long time patient at Artistic Dental!!

Positive experience: Parking was a disaster. Four people in small waiting room when I arrived. Cleaning was very professional and thorough. Waited 10+ minutes for doctor exam. Exam was brief and rushed (3-5 minutes).

Fantastic experience: I had a great visit today at Artistic Dental. Vivian cleaned my teeth and did a very thorough job. My teeth feel great. Dr Dougherty smoothed a rough spot on a tooth and he adjusted my night guard. They took excellent care of me. I highly recommend Artistic Dental!

Negative experience: Would not recommend as the office staff is rude and disrespectful. I spent $12k at this office which was supposed to include follow-ups and now they are refusing service. It’s fraud to take a customers money and then refuse service.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is never fun but when you go to Artistic Dental they make your feel very comfortable and relaxed no matter the procedure. The staff is very friendly up front which is nice to see before the chair

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Artistic Dental for my recent cleaning. The staff were welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the office has a clean, modern feel that immediately puts you at ease. My hygienist was gentle but thorough—she explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Adhikari took the time to check in afterward and answered my questions without rushing. My teeth have never felt better, and the whole visit was smooth and professional. Fantastic experience: This was my first time at artistic dental and I have to say they are amazing! The dental hygenist was very gentle yet thorough. My teeth have never been cleaned this well. The dentist was super cool. She gave me a referral to help with an issue and seemed genuinely concerned. I appreciate the honest feedback. I will be returning for sure. I get a lot of anxiety at the dentist usually, but I felt comfortable and at ease. The front office people were very nice too.

Fantastic experience: I had a chip tooth that bothered me all weekend. I called for an appointment at 7 am on Monday and was in the chair at 9:00 am! Dr. d fixed me up and all is good in the world!

Fantastic experience: All the folks at artistic dental are top-notch in their jobs. This is the first Dentist I ever remember that I did not feel the needle when he numbed my mouth for the crown I had installed. Fast and easy and one stop. They are great!

Negative experience: NEESHA AT THE FRONT DESK STEALS PATIENTS PERSONAL INFORMATION TO CONTACT THEM NOT REGARDING DENTAL NEEDS , she texted my boyfriend after he went for a check up stating how lonely she was and asking him if he was single ! Very unprofessional watch who y’all hire . Not a good look for the team or the establishment. Do your job and not try to flirt with patients!

Fantastic experience: I went in today for a cleaning. Imelda was my hygienist and she is great. Also very efficient. I was out in less than an hour. I have been going to Artistic Dental for over 30 years. The office staff is great and the dentists are wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Just do it, Dr. Dougherty and Brittany are the best, and not just them, their whole team is amazing, I’ve never had a bad experience with them and I went every month for two years, I am now in love with my smile and would trust Dr. Dougherty and his team with my smile for years to come, 10/10 recommend. Fantastic experience: A fantastic experience AT THE DENTIST… every single time! I really don’t know many people who truly look forward to going to their Dentist every six months as much as I do… but then again I don’t know many of my Dentist’s patients. At Artistic Dental, the whole experience is simply PERFECT! Valerie my Hygienist couldn’t be any kinder or more gentle if she tried! Most professional and thorough… I know I can FEEL the clean all around my mouth when we’re done. Thank you Valerie for keeping me coming back religiously!

Fantastic experience: Update: Today (8/4/25) I accidentally showed up 1 hour early 12:00 when my appt was 1:00pm. I had a 2:00 telemedicine appt with another Dr and I live super far away. I was just going to try to kill an hour, instead sweet Miss Vivian CHANGED HER LUNCH HOUR to see me! I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. By the time she finished Dr D was able to do my exam and I made it to my other appt. I will GLADLY make the drive here no matter where I move to in the city! I have been going to Artistic Dental for many, many years. I now live 40 minutes away and I still make the drive for any and all appointments. I love the staff. I have had nothing but positive experiences over the many years that I have been a patient.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Artistic Dental. My hygienist, Vivian, was efficient, effective, and genuinely lovely to talk to. She made the appointment fly by. Dr. Adhikari performed my exam and, thankfully, everything was easy and smooth (I have a wonderful mouth, after all). The whole visit was seamless. I was in and out with time to spare and able to schedule my next appointment without a hitch. I'm happy to have found them. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have always hated getting dental work done, but everyone at Artistic Dental is always gentle, precise, careful, exacting, and concerned about the patient’s comfort. I have to drive an hour to get there, but they are The Best so it’s worth it.

Negative experience: Their scheduling system is a nightmare. No matter what I say to the staff they end up just never being able to put me on their schedule. They will bombard me with texts for a day or two then completely ignore me for months and just say they are booked out. Its been a year and still no appointment. Extremely disappointed and will be finding a different dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. D. saw me on an emergency appointment for a toothache. He diagnosed and treated me the same day for a root canal. My anesthetic has worn off and I'm pain free! I couldn't be more grateful. He is a very good and compassionate dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned. The staff did an excellent job. I’m always nervous at other places about the poking and scraping that they’ll slip and get my gums, but this staff was great. Not one slip. I felt relaxed and was not worried. Imelda was the lady who cleaned and polished my teeth and gave me that Hollywood smile.

Fantastic experience: Wow. This place is amazing. We were visiting Arizona from out of town when my fiancé experienced a bit of a dental emergency. The office was able to get us in and took great care of us. The front office staff was SO kind and helpful and took the time to make sure they could help us. They confirmed our insurance and gave us the paperwork we needed in an organized and easy to understand fashion. Valerie the Hygienist was incredible. She was calm, thoughtful and went above and beyond to calm any anxieties. She was gentle and explained everything during the examination. Then, when Dr. Prabidhi Adhikari came in, the amazing experience continued. What an FANTASTIC Dentist. So knowledgeable and made a complicated situation easy to understand. Even the ambience inside made it nice to be there. Beautiful office with lots of natural light. I can’t thank this dentistry enough for their help. The only bummer is we don’t live here to keep coming back!!! Highly recommend anyone in the Valley to come here. I’m so thankful for everyone’s help during this stressful time. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely a 5 star experience! There are two dentists and several hygienists. This is the best dental practice I have ever experienced. Every single person I have seen has been very competent, professional and super nice. They make same day crowns, scan your teeth for things such as a night guard……and offer comprehensive dental services, enabling you to get complete care in one place. I highly recommend this practice.

We also met Emelda today and I'm so glad she joined this team, she was meticulous with getting all the junk off that I don't and then zoomed tgrough a skillful shiny polish! Dr. D is always so nice and friendly, I'm still so glad that we shifted to this practice so many years ago. Still 10/10 recommend Artistic Dental!

Fantastic experience: Today, I had a new dental hygienist, Louisianan. She did a great job cleaning and taking the stress out of someone bearing down on your teeth with a pointed metal device. It was a very good cleaning with no regrets.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. I Was informed I was out of network after xrays and a 5 min consultation. Even after explaining I was in pain. Nothing done to help me and a 500 xray bill that I should of been informed of from the beginning.

Negative experience: I would honestly give this place no stars if I could. I would like to start by saying that I was a self pay patient here at this dental office. No insurance. My first couple of visits went well although I did find it awfully suspicious that they made me plan me next three visits that first day I went. I had mentioned that I was interested in Invisalign and they convinced me to get that work done there but before they could I needed my wisdom teeth taken out as well as some fillings. My third visit here finished a bit early so they convinced me to get two wisdom teeth taken out to which I agreed. It took them 10 minutes to get ONE of my wisdom teeth taken out to which they apologized and said they run into “stubborn teeth” all the time. Me not being educated on the topic brushed it off and genuinely assumed that this happens all the time. Again they only removed ONE of my wisdom teeth. I had an appointment scheduled in two weeks to get the rest of my wisdom teeth taken out and when I called a couple days after that third visit they said they couldn’t do it. Why you may ask? They told me that they don’t have the proper tools to take my teeth out and that my teeth curve a bit at the roots. I totally understand how there was nothing they or I could’ve done to help control my teeth but they could have told me about it when creating my dental plan THE FIRST DAY I WENT. I think thats an important part that the Doctor should have addressed with me since this is regarding MY CARE. The longer I sat and thought about this the longer it bothered me. I called back and asked why they didn’t tell me that my teeth curved after the first visit when they took X-rays. I asked them why they hadn’t told me this info and they said that Dr. Prabidhi Adhikari had assumed that she’d be able to remove them but in fact couldn’t. Even the receptionist was shocked as to why they hadn’t relayed this info to me. I replied asking why they would use me as a test subject just to get more money and the receptionist just stayed quiet. If you know anything about dental work you know it’s EXPENSIVE. I’ve already spent around 3k just to get work done on my teeth! When I confronted them about my concerns all they told me is that the doctor would call me once she’s back in (5 days later). DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !! Even if you have insurance. Save your money and time and search these places up for lawsuits ahead of time! It would’ve saved me so much money.

Fantastic experience: I will never go to another dentist’s office other than this one. I actually look forward to my dentist appointment. I’ve had other dentist offices that look at me like a college savings fund. Artistic dental tells me what I need and lets me decide what to do. Absolutely no pressure. My hygienist is phenomenal. Dr A. is an incredibly competent, and I trust her with my teeth. I have referred 5 of my friends and they all feel the same. My wife left her dentist to join me in letting them take care of our family’s teeth.

I am 80% through the process of Invisalign treatments and am very happy with the results so far. Artistic Dental was able to combine my cleaning appointment with an Invisalign check which meant I didn't need two separate appointments. I would highly recommend Artistic Dental!

Front office is efficient and friendly. They referred my wisdom extractions to a fantastic oral surgeon due to the complexity. My wife and I work in healthcare and note how clean everything is. Artistic Dental is owned and operated by the dentists who practice there. See you guys in 6 months!
