Fantastic experience: I called on a Tuesday, got an appointment for Thursday and was in and out in under 1 1/2 hours. I voiced my concerns about my tooth and that I needed help. Dr.Holdham was wonderful and helped me bring confidence back to my smile. I appreciate their generosity and being so quick and efficient. I would be glad to make this my family dentist.

Fantastic experience: My visit with Ceadr Spring Family Dentistry was Great! I was a new patient that was well received. I was checked in shortly after I arrived for my appointment, and the staff was highly efficient in accommodating my concerns during my visit. The dental assistant, Erika did a Fabulous job in cleaning my teeth. Erika performed her job without causing any pain to my mouth, and did a thorough deep cleaning which I could see light years of a difference in my teeth looking clean, feeling 100 percent better. I look forward to my follow up visit for further dental care.

Fantastic experience: Went today for my cleaning and I actually said " I love coming to the dentist" Cedar Springs Dental is a class act. They are so warm and welcoming. There is no better dental practice than Cedar Springs and Dr. Richards. The staff is amazing from checking in to the hygienists, the assistants and to checking out.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, I had a root canal done a crown fixed and a new crown installed in 3.5 hours. I have no pain. Excellent work Dr. Richards and the team.

Negative experience: Avoid this Dentist at all cost! Dr Richards is a definite NO. I have been a patient at this office for a yr. and it's shocking to me and my insurance what was overlooked in my treatment. I went to another dentist 2 weeks after my last cleaning on Nov. 10th not properly cleaned at all. I have come to find out I haven't been treated for the past yr. on some very serious issues.

Fantastic experience: It has been years, unfortunately, since I’ve had my teeth cleaned-Everyone in the office, from front desk to check out, were so kind and made me feel welcome. Megan was my dental hygienist and she was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and I didn’t feel like she was trying to rush me through the cleaning. She was gentle and very thorough-my teeth feel AMAZING! So glad I found this office-Highly, highly recommend.

Never did I imagine that two and a half hours after I hung up I would be seen and have my problem teeth removed and back on my way! I was taken back for my cleaning exactly on time, and their office is so clean and professional. Brandy was so sweet and she was very gentle and did such a good job! Also Dr. Richards was kind and he has such a contagious personality which makes patients feel comfortable. If you are looking for a wonderful dentist office, this one is special.

They have TV to watch on the ceiling, let me play music on my headphones, took breaks, and they offer nitrous too. If you have dental anxiety, this is the place to go! Dr. Birch and her hygienist were the best, plus the reception team too!

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found this practice! I needed a tooth extraction and a bone graft. I was so anxious about the procedure and recovery. The level of care I received from Dr. Richards and Lisa was beyond anything I expected. They validated my concerns, answered questions, shared personal experiences with the same procedure, made sure I was as relaxed and comfortable as possible, even brought me a blanket to wrap up in. I felt I was in good hands. Everything went smoothly, I didn't even have swelling or pain afterwards. Recovery is going well. I plan to return for implant and crowns. My husband and both kids have since been here for cleanings. Our whole family loves Cedar Spring Dentistry.

I was in severe pain from what turned out to be an abcessed tooth and when I called the office they brought me in the same day. I needed a root canal which was performed by Dr. Richards and the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this practice for your dental needs. They actually listen and respond.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going there for years and the customer service has always been excellent. Yesterday’s visit was no exception! When I walked in Chelsea greeted me with an enthusiastic hello and introductory statement. And this was at 1600 hrs! The office is amazing and the staff is so professional! Dr Richards always has time to discuss my treatment plan and has excellent bedside manner. I would definitely recommend this office for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Had a somewhat difficult extraction yesterday which was handled with great skill. The staff was, as always, very supportive and they made the experience so much better than it could have been. Amazingly, I have had almost no pain since a few hours after the procedure. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. I called early on a Monday morning for a toothache. Their next opening wasn't until Thursday morning. They called me a few hours later when an opening popped up & were able to see me that afternoon. The girls up front were so kind, the dental assistant and the dentist were incredible. If you have dental anxiety, this is the best place to go. They explained everything so clearly. They showed me my xray on the TV, explained why I was in pain, and gave me multiple treatment options. Fantastic experience: My first Visit, Im a Veteran and I needed a root canal crown and 3 fillings and wisdom tooth extraction,. The Root canal was over in 1/2 hr with hardly zero pain and the entire process was 1 1/2 hrs thats for X-rays and all needed work.. I have to return for fillings. I came in after having 3 weeks of the tooth pain of a lifetime in two teeth and left with all of that repaired and that pain gone.. Very fast expert Dentistry work ill be back and making it my permanent dental care facility.. Thanks Guys

Fantastic experience: I’ve had SO much dental work done in my life and always dreaded going to the dentist. This practice is the only office where I’ve not experienced any pain or been uncomfortable. Even the water they use to rinse your gums is room temperature so it doesn’t hurt sensitive gums. Every staff member is friendly and this is a beautiful, clean office. I would highly recommend Cedar Spring Family Dentistry.
