Negative experience: Pleasant visit with dentist, but that's it. If you have a question about your bill no one ever calls you back. Last invoice I received contained a very rude comment and to call with questions. No callback after calling twice with no return call. Very frustrating experience. I believe your response is a HIPAA violation. Plus, your office never did return my calls.

She helpeed me with my walker and was careful of my neck. She did the work for my night guard, It did not take long and shr got my walker for. she wqlked me to the desk and my daughter who was waiting to take me home paid and got the appointment foe my return, Very Satified with all the work I have done

Negative experience: This is the most unprofessional dental office I've ever visited in all my 73 years on this planet. Do not go here. The office manager is a huge Joke. She acts like the Principal of a school and talks down to you without ever listening to your concerns. She will not return phone calls or emails and prefers to make you wait on her (as if her time is more valuable than yours) instead of just telling you that they cannot help you. Beware! They want your money and nothing else. My husband has received subpar service from them as well. Neither of us will ever step one foot in that office again. The "front" staff are very sweet as are the therapy dogs. Hence, the one star.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Greer and her amazing team. From start to finish, every single person in that office has shown so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. I went in last Monday for a procedure I was really nervous about, and Dr. Greer went above and beyond to make me feel completely at ease. She rubbed my shoulder, made sure I was comfortable, checked that the novocaine was working before starting, and kept communicating throughout so I always knew what was happening. I truly felt heard and cared for the entire time, something that’s rare to find in healthcare these days. Today, when I called in pain, they didn’t hesitate, they got me in right away. Dr. Greer gently treated my dry socket, explained everything as she worked, and gave me so much reassurance. The clove oil packing brought instant relief, and she sent me home with a plan that made me feel confident and calm. She even said she’d call later to check on me, which shows how much she truly cares about her patients. The front desk and assistants are just as wonderful — friendly, reassuring, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell this office operates with heart. If you’re someone who gets anxious about the dentist or just wants a compassionate professional who treats you like family, Dr. Greer is absolutely the one to see. I’m so grateful to have found her and her incredible team.

Fantastic experience: I've had a couple of exams, a cleaning, and two implants at Kilman Dental. The staff have all been friendly and informative. The equipment is new and up-to-date. They don't try to push you on work you don't need done. The office is bright and relaxing, and if you like dogs they have a couple of small ones that will keep you company during the procedure.

Negative experience: Dr.Greer did not like the fact that I could not afford a root canal on a tooth that a filling fell out. She then hurriedly put in an ultra white non matching temporary filling. The assistant Tiffany was very pleasant as well.As front desk.

I was welcomed at Kilman within the hour that I called and they took thorough X-rays and CT scans to diagnose my emergency effectively. From the front desk, to the dentists, to the dental assistants, I encountered not only professional, but truly caring people at Kilman Dental. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Kilman Dental Group! I have been getting my teeth cleaned at this office and have been highly satisfied. However, a week ago I had a tooth break off! I called the office at 4:50pm on Wednesday, July 2nd in a panic, and front desk kindly got me scheduled for 9am on Thursday, July 3rd. I had the good fortune of seeing Dr. Crain, and her assistant Cristy. I can't say enough about the treatment, kindness, professionalism, and courtesy they provided. I left with a temporary crown that looked amazing! I returned this morning for my permanent crown, and once again was blown away by EVERYONE's professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. I was seen right on time, and the permanent crown was put on. No pain, no problem. Dr. Crain is AMAZING! I thanked them all profusely and will not hesitate to return to this office should the need arise. Do yourself a favor, and get over to this dental office for whatever needs you may have.

From the time you arrive in a lobby with peaceful music and lovely nature scenes to the friendly, helpful staff, the experience here is far beyond 5 Star. My dental hygienist, Shannon, was wonderful. Negative experience: Save yourself the hassle and DON'T GO TO THIS PRACTICE. I'm 72 years old and was treated like garbage by the office manager. She should not be working in a health care environment. Their "practice values" of care, support, and comfort, are a complete fabrication. Front desk staff are barely competent. Dr. D was wonderful, the rest of the place is a nightmare.

Fantastic experience: Having a problem with a molar. They worked things around and booked me for the next day. Had x-rays taken and my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist was excellent. I will have to see a specialist to see if the tooth can be saved. I was a little disappointed to find that this particular service ( a molar root canal) could not be done at the office. Still gave them 5 stars because all the staff that I had contact with was very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this dental group by my coworker. I was able to make an appointment within the week that I called. The process of making the appointment and electronic patient information was fast and easy. Everyone on the phone and in the office was very welcoming. The lobby was clean and inviting. I didn't wait long to be seen by the tech who took my x-rays and was very gentle and informative since there were 2 types of x-rays done as a first time patient. I then met Dr. Santeli, she asked me about my dental history and any concerns I had. She was friendly, knowledgeable and honest, we could have chatted for hours. I left feeling confident in the practice and scheduled my cleaning appointment.

While trying to secure my next appointment Maria, at the front desk was able to get me in that afternoon. This was so convenient so I wouldn't have to use a day off from work. Negative experience: I had my fist appt there the facility is clean and really very nice. My appt went well and the assistant was thorough very friendly and the dr was the same. My problem started at check out with the girl who had my treatment plan and follow up visit. I felt she was bothered by my questions, and she said the dr explained this to me in the room , which never happened. I got home after thinking about it and had some more questions, I called the office and the same girl answered the phone, I explained I had some questions and was not comfortable with what I was told. I have NEVEr had a cavity or any dental problems in my 58 years, and I was trying to understand why I was told I needed a deep cleaning and the cost associated with it. She was annoyed, she wanted to over talk over me like some sort of authoritative figure. I asked why I couldn’t just have a regular cleaning to start with and move into the deep on the next and I was told I didn’t qualify for that. So if I don’t get a deep cleaning, they won’t clean my teeth, againI’ve had no dental problems my entire life, that’s not to say that I don’t need something in the future however, I was asking for clarification and understanding clearly she did not want to help me or answer my questions without being annoyed. I told her that maybe her and I should not be talking to each other and was there somebody else I could speak with, she told me somebody would eventually call me back. I feel like dentistry has become more of a corporate thing where they’re trying to sell you things which makes you leery and suspicious about going to places. Again, all I asked for was clarification on a procedure that was going to cost me money out of pocket. I don’t have a problem with their office or their facility, but I do have a problem with the way I was treated by the person at the desk. We shall see if they call me back. A timely man today is March 3, 2025

Fantastic experience: Everyone there, from the front desk all the way to the little doggies, were very sweet. They answered all of my questions, the dentist took the time to make sure I understood everything, and the little doggies will lay in your lap to comfort you if you want. Amazing place and people!!!

Fantastic experience: The Kilman dental practice is truly one of the top two at which I have been a patient. Everyone, from receptionist, to financial manager, to dental nurse, to Dr. D’Aiuto (obviously!), are ALL outstanding! And, of course, the expertise of all the Dr’s is exceptional. Normally, I find at least one of the staff in a medical office who is either unwelcoming, impatient, unkind, or unprofessional. But, every person I’ve encountered was a delightful exception to typical medical office staff. This is not a paid advertisement! I am not receiving any incentive for this review. It is my genuine experience. Honestly, if you have been searching for a kind, caring and excellent dentist, and if you can get in(!), the Kilman Dental Group should be your next call. (Ron Hoffmann)

Negative experience: It was a miserable experience dealing with staff that don't know how to process Aetna Dental insurance claims but all insist they do. Insurance staff is mostly incompetent from what I have seen. For the second time, I brought documentation into the office on my December appt that showed I had coverage for implants. I showed it all to Maria and she insisted that Aetna sent me incorrect information. Had to come in twice for pictures of my implant because I was told my pictures disappeared. That was not pleasant. Had two appointments canceled because implant was not ready. Promised to call if implant arrived early, it did, and no one called. Cassie forgot me in the waiting room for 20 minutes, and when I asked about my appt. she gave me a RBF and asked who I was. I was the only one in waiting room and only one who had entered in last 20 minutes. I unfortunately had to deal with Cassie a few other times concerning my insurance . I found her to be unpleasant, untrained, and not interested in doing her job. I had to finally have Aetna insurance co. contact Cassie so that Kilman would reimburse me for monies that Cassie claimed Kilman never received.When in fact, they had received the money 6 weeks prior and Cassie refused to look into it or let me speak to anyone else that could help. Good Luck if you use them, and stay on top your insurance claims because they don't.

Fantastic experience: First Visit: caring office staff, amazing therapy pup!, and felt very comfortable with my dentist. After getting to know what I was looking for, I was given two treatment plans to select from. Since I had not been to a dentist in years, I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost broken down into 3 office visits for treatment spread out over one month. Will followup with another review after 1st visit for 2 crowns.

Unfortunately I had to see more than my fair share of dentists growing up and Dr. Killman is by far the absolutely best I've ever met. As a child I developed a bit of a phobia to dentists but Dr. Killman makes me feel 100% at ease when he is working on my teeth. Dr. Killman is also one of the most honorable people I've had the pleasure of knowing. He has a huge heart and truly cares for his patients.

Negative experience: Practice doesn’t prioritize existing patients. My last cleaning was April 2023. Front desk said they book cleanings out for six months. I was due in October but because of a hurricane, my appointment was cancelled and nobody ever followed up with me to reschedule. When I called to get back on the books, I was told I would have to wait because they are “too busy.” Poor management of existing clients. Maybe if they made sure their current clients were scheduled on time for their cleanings instead of onboarding new patients, existing patients wouldn’t leave for another practice. Disappointed with Kilman Dental; our family will proceed with another provider.
