Fantastic experience: My first visit to Dr Ferrell was a success! From before I walked in the doors to after I walked out the doors. I was called prior to my visit to make sure they had my insurance information correct. When I couldn’t tell them the last time I had a panorama done they called my last dentist to get my records. My visit was pleasant. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. My hygienist was pleasant. I left feeling like I had a good cleaning. I was not prepared for the photo shoot. They get pictures of you and then of your mouth (not the X-rays they normally take but actual digital camera photography.). The lady who did the pictures was very pleasant. We joked around and made the time fun. Dr Ferrell was gentle and very nice. There’s no sign up for this or that. There’s no cross selling. There’s nothing that made me feel uncomfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Ferrell and his office.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get in on very short notice for a cleaning. I remembered late in the day that I needed an antibiotic before my appointment and was going to reschedule my next morning appointment. Thankfully, the office ordered the medication for me and I was able to keep the appointment.

I no longer live in Foley but I make that 2 hour drive to see him. I do have one suggestion. Name tags for everyone! Brush and Floss everyone.

Fantastic experience: Talk about making lemonade out of lemons. From the start. I had surgery a month ago and wake up to my front tooth chipped. Talk about distraught, I was so upset. So the next day I’m looking for a dentist, because I hate the dentist. I avoid it like the plague. But I tell my self you can’t wait no longer! So I found one, he had good reviews so I made an appointment. I walked into Dr Ferrell’s office greeted with smiles and kindness. Then I was called back. The hygienist was so nice and answered all my questions. They took pictures and X-rays, looked around my mouth. Then Dr Ferrell came in and was so thorough when examining an answering all my questions. That day he filled the chip then I addressed the concerns of my two front teeth being different colors from a previous trauma taken by my mouth. So we made plans to add crowns to my front two teeth and it’s been wonderful so far. I have taken all three of my kids to get cleanings there since and I’ve also had a cleaning, everybody’s been great. I appreciate the kindness and will not be going to another dentist while he’s around. Dr. Ferrell and his office is the best! ❤️ First photo is of the chip. Fantastic experience: I have been to Ferrell Family Dentist for at least 9-10 years. I have always loved my cleanings with them. I come twice a year if not more. Everyone is friendly, kind and polite. I have never really had any surprises coming in. Each time I had changes or problems come up with my insurance I have been quickly notified to fix the issue. Staff have always been very attentive and kind every visit. They always listen to your needs. I love every visit I have. I plan to stay with them as long as I live here
