Fantastic experience: I received a very thorough cleaning and very attentive to details.

Positive experience: A recommendation to use updated equipment such as a water pick to clean tarter from a patients teeth. Using manual metal picks are antique and make cleanings uncomfortable. It should not take an hour to clean someone's teeth if they come in every six months.

Fantastic experience: This was my appointment to have my Invisalign checked. Process was very easy and they explain everything in detail. Great experience!

Negative experience: I'm assuming they hired a new appointment setter because it took me 12 minutes to make an appointment with multiple times of her asking me what my date of birth was followed by 3-4 minutes of silence each time. All the previous times it was made within a minute or two. When I finally got an appointment it was for 3 1/2 months later so I just went to another closer dental office instead that got me in 3 weeks later. I couldn't wait 3 1/2 months due to I had a filling (possibly done by Verber in the past) that recently fell out. They need to hire a new appointment setter that knows what they are doing. I will most likely be going elsewhere from now on.

Positive experience: Very pleasant. Got me in right away. The mend however did not hold. Eye took broke off my upper denture plate. The fix unfortunately did not hold the tooth on. I put one French fry in my mouth and the tooth fell right off.

Fantastic experience: In 2023, Dr. Hanner & the team were amazing! I came in with issues due to clenching. Members of the team, as well as Dr. Hanner, took the time to listen and examine me. I never felt rushed and I felt like someone was truly listening to what I was experiencing. They kept me at ease and worked together to provide me the necessary resources to finally get some relief from my jaw pain. I would recommend the team at Verber and Dr. Hanner. Today I went for a routine cleaning and the team has continued to be great. They listen and they take concern with any issues I have. I always recommend Verber !

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for 5-6 yrs. Our dentist is Dr Cambria. We both like him, he is thorough with his care and doesn't try to convince us octogenarians to spend our retirement funds on unnecessary implants, bridges, etc. Our hygienists are both very good. The one I had for 4 years moved away. I was concerned, but my new one is even better and more thorough. Great administrative staff too.

Fantastic experience: Great experience as always at Verber Family Dentistry. I work in Camp Hill and this dentist office in Camp Hill is convenient and close by. Plus you can't beat the view of the Conodoguinet Creek while you're in the waiting area or if you're lucky to get into a room with a creekside view! The staff here is always friendly and they work with your busy schedule to get your appointments booked. Definitely recommend this dentist for people in the Camp Hill area.

Fantastic experience: The most wonderful staff overall! Maria truly heard so many of my concerns and had such a gentle hand in my care today. This sweet lady doesn’t realize I leach onto good people and now she’ll have to clean my mouth for the foreseeable future. Excellent communication throughout the entire appointment and incredibly personable which always enhances the patient/ provider relationship. Dr. Cambria was also a gem. So thankful for them as the dentist is usually already stressful enough. Blessings to them as they continue to thrive in this career .

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience here. Both the hygienist (whom I can’t remember the name of unfortunately) and the dentist I met with were wonderful! Compassionate, thorough in practice and explanation, understanding, patient, and kind. I will definitely be returning here routinely and would highly recommend this practice to others.

Fantastic experience: I had my first experience at Verber Dental in Camp Hill today and I was really pleased. Jason was my Dental Hygienist. He was a pleasure to work with. Dr. Kolluri was kind and also very gentle during my exam. The assistant Ashley was pleasant as well. Overall I had a great 1 st experience.

Fantastic experience: Very nice hygienist and she cleaned my teeth exceptionally well . Dr. Cambria was very thorough in checking my teeth and recommended extraction of one tooth which has gotten infected and has been for awhile now, which I will follow thru with. I have another cleaning scheduled for next May.

Positive experience: Dentist and hygienist great…but my permanent crown will be here in 1-2 weeks, and they can’t get me back in until 5 weeks from now, which means I’ll be walking around with a temporary for quite a while…I would be happy to see another dentist there if it meant getting this done earlier, but they did not give this as an option, just a cancellation list.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Dr Hanner and assistant! Staff out front very friendly.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here since approx 2007 and for the most part there were no issues. But the past 2 years has been completely frustrating, they decided to drop insurance carriers in the middle of the year. Last year it was Delta Dental (which they then proceeded to add back this year) and this year it is Aetna. My family chose Aetna through my employer for this year just to stay with Verber since they quit taking Delta. Last year we got a letter and email stating they were planning to stop taking Delta. This year we did not receive any warning emails or letters. I feel it is highly inconsiderate to stop taking an insurance carrier in the middle of the year when people can’t change their choice through their employer. I tried reaching out to Dr. Verber a couple months ago to voice my concern but never heard back. Very frustrating!

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist and Dr. Alfano are a great team. My cleaning went really well with no pain. I even fell asleep because I was so comfortable during the cleaning. Dr. Alfano took time to speak with me and and address all my concerns.

Positive experience: Be aware, Verber is now part of a larger dental network that refers back and forth. I’ve been going to them for years and have had mostly positive experiences, but have had some bad ones too. If you go to the main office in Camp Hill, you’ll probably be fine. I’ve had mostly positive experiences there. However, the negative experiences have been significant enough for me to drop my rating to 3-stars. As other reviews state, the billing department has caused us issues due to their mistakes. We’ve had issues with insurance denying coverage for my husband at Verber’s specialty office in Enola because the billing department didn’t correctly note his care. We were charged hundreds because of the mistake, which we contested. Again, I was told multiple times (5+ times) that they’d handle updating the record and resend, only to get another bill from Verber telling us we needed to pay. Then, I was referred over to Rother Dental (affiliate of Verber — Rother actually started as a dentist at Verber). I had a fine experience there until a new dentist saw me, decided I needed a filling due to shadowing on a tooth (that had been there for years—in my records!) and drilled off 1/3 of my tooth. I had so much pain I went back to the main Verber office where they said I may need to have a root canal due to the new dentist’s work. Fortunately, I did not! Because my mouth open for 1 1/2+ hours, I had residual jaw pain for months, in addition to a significant filling that wasn’t needed! I told Verber I’d only go to the main office, never to an affiliate again. So, they can do a good job, just be aware of what your insurance covers and if you have anything more than a cleaning then expect you may need to follow up.

Positive experience: The dentist did not come in. I waited 15 minutes and had to leave for work. The hygienist was very nice and did a great job.

Negative experience: When I arrived I gave my new insurance card and she said she would check that they take it. Less than five minutes later we were called to the back. Mid-way through my son’s exam, they call me to the front office and explained that they don’t take my insurance and I was on the hook for over $200. Even after explaining that this obviously wasn’t my fault, the person at the front should have verified everything, I was told that didn’t matter. That it wasn’t her fault that her computer was slow. I’m not sure I’ll return even when I go back to my old insurance.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit tow Verber Family Dentistry. I switched dentists because my previous dentist office was not cleaning my teeth well, they didn’t feel super clean and I had different hygienists each visit. The facility was very clean and organized. The staff were kind and attentive. I had a cleaning done and my hygienist did an excellent job at getting all of the built up tartar on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Firstly, everyone in this office is exceptional customer service representatives. You should offer classes! From the minute I walked in, I was comfortable and knew I’d made the right decision for a new dentist! Laurie, my Hygienist, was wonderful, detail oriented, personable and shared great conversation. Dr. Cambria was very informative and made me comfortable in the procedure to come. Overall, if you don’t choose Verber, you’re not getting the best service in town!

Negative experience: I’m very unhappy with your policies. I understand when I miss an appointment for other reasons tht you charge me $50 but when you charge me a fee even if we miss the appointment due to an illness that we cannot inform you before 24 hours it’s totally unfair.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hanner does a great job at explaining what she needs to do and making sure you are comfortable. I used to dread going to the dentist, but my anxiety is a lot less now that I go to Dr. Hanner. I trust her and feel good about my teeth.

Positive experience: Staff is professional and friendly. The office has a pleasant atmosphere and is very clean. I had fallen and chipped my front tooth and it is now fixed like it never happened. My lip was injured but healing. Can you guess which tooth was chipped??

Fantastic experience: While most people don't like having to visit a Dentist or Doctors office, I'm one who is not bothered by it. That being said, it's very easy for me to recommend Verber Family Dentistry simply because it feels just that, "a family Dentistry". You are always greeted with an inviting smile that makes your visit a pleasant one regardless of your circumstance for being there. Your treated with an understanding and honest sense of wanting to treat your visit with a respect for your time and needs. There's always a sense of professionalism and caring when you visit.

Negative experience: Awesome dental staff across the board, but Verber takes on too many clients so they're booked out 7-8 months when your insurance pays for 3 cleanings a year. Also, the Verber billing dept never answers the phone or returns calls, period! This is the second time there was a misunderstanding between my insurance and the billing dept, but you can't get ahold of them to resolve any issues. The Verber dental billing dept needs an overhaul.

Negative experience: Earlier it used to be very nice . I am a big fan of Verber dentistry. But not really now Day by its becoming worse.when originally treated doctor was not there then it will be a big mess . There is no consistent treatment b/w doctors. One will say one other will say entirely different thing that makes patients scared and leave the facility.
