Fantastic experience: Not only are they good at their job but they're super nice and I don't think I've had any problems like pain wise after going there for any appointments they're super good with scheduling appointments and just being overall nice and then never make you feel bad and that's really nice for me because I asked a lot of questions due to my disorders and it's just so nice that they're so calm about it and they never take too long especially if you're in a procedure and you're like in pain they immediately stop they don't get mad they just stop like I like this place so much I most likely will take my kids there when I have them

Fantastic experience: I had a new patient consult with Dr Charles and I was having some issues with dry mouth as I've been recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. He was very thorough took the time to explain everything to me even took x-rays as needed. They said they wouldn't bill me for what wasn't covered by my insurance for the x-rays. His staff was very pleasant and very polite and the dental assistant was very careful and gentle with my irritated mouth. I already made my appointment in February for my cleaning highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Dental Services. Dr. Shaw is excellent as is his staff. Everyone involved is polite and highly professional. Appointments are “On Time.” ….Dr. Shaw thoroughly explained the the dental work I needed. After Jennifer took my x-ray, she posted the picture for me to see and Dr. Shaw took the time walk me through the process needed to fix the problem.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified of the dentist and hadn't been to one in over a decade. I had previous bad experiences, but here at Burton Family Dental I have only had good experiences. The people are so friendly, kind and gentle. I had two teeth pulled and the next day I didn't need any pain medicine. I also came back for another extraction and two root canals and I almost fell asleep during. These people are fantastic and I feel silly for fearing the dentist for so long. Negative experience: I’ve gone here a few times. Tried calling this morning for an emergent appointment as there website says “same day appointment” the lady I spoke to was alright but had to make it a point on how long it’s been since I’ve been there in quite a snotty attitude. They asked if I could come In and I asked if I could call them back in less then 10 minutes because I needed to confirm if my husband was leaving for work that I had a sitter for my nonverbal children. I called back in less then 5 and they had given the appointment away and when I asked them why they told me it was okay to call them back the lady brushed me off and wasn’t the nicest I hung up the phone. I had referred my husband to go there awhile back as well and he called me immediately after his appointment and told me the attitude he had received and won’t be going back. So from now on Flushing Dental care will be our families go to as they were very professional from front desk to dentist and hopefully BFD takes a look at their employees and how they treat patients during vulnerable times.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the greatest dental office. The staff here is absolutely amazing. Front desk ladies are genuine and kind. Each hygienist are professional and caring. I was worried I would be judge for how my teeth are( had bed experiences in the past) and they truly made me feel 100% relaxed and confident. Dr. Shah is an amazing dentist. I swear it took him like 15 minutes tops to get my tooth extracted even though I could tell and he could tell it didn’t wanna come out. Haha he was wonderful and talked me through the whole process of what they were doing and going to do. Made me feel more at ease with my anxiety about the dentist. I would 1000000/10 recommend coming here.

My visit with him for a root canal was very comfortable he was very kind and understanding of my fear . I had NO pain and was relaxed the whole time . I found my forever dentist and would recommend him to everyone .

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and warm when you walk through the door. The check-in receptionist was kind and made conversation to make you feel comfortable. The hygienist Kim, was amazing and very gentle. The doctor was very kind and explained the details of my treatment plan. The check out receptionist, Eva, was very thorough and took her time to book my appointments and sign my family to come in as well. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I took my granddaughter for her first appointment here and I was very impressed. The hygienist (forgot name ) was the most detailed person Ive met. She talked to my granddaughter as if her own and even corrected her like a parent. She explained in11 yr old language, how when why etc on the importance of flossing. It was a great experience there!!!

Talk to me about everything that needed to be done and what was my opinion no pressure and it can all be done in there office. Will be going back. I went back to get the work done on my teeth done and it was a great job done. They made me feel very relaxed and it was done and over before I knew it. They did a wonderful job. Love this place.

Took great care and passion with me especially aliyah I believe was her name. And the reception Ashley hooked me up with a immediate appointment with an ortho. Tooth was taken today and my absess is better. I will be back as soon as I heal to further my treatments here.

Negative experience: I ended my multi year relationship with this office after I was told I would be charged $75 for a same day cancellation. I had a sick child and have never missed or been late to an appointment even once. I changed dentists the same day.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chintan Shah is phenomenal in his approach. We needed an emergency appointment for my wife, and he and his Staff were gracious in accommodating us. He did the entire procedure after very patiently explaining what the procedure was all about. He then went about and finished the whole procedure in an hour and a half. This was extremely vital as we were on the road and traveling out of State. His level of commitment and dedication in his job is deeply appreciated.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist, Rene, was super sweet and helped calm my nervous, as the dentist is not my favorite place. She checked in to make sure sure I was doing good and comfortable. The doctor explained everything out and answered all my questions! The front desk got me checked in and out quickly and was able to help with any financial questions! Really recommended!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous coming in, as I hadn’t seen a dentist in a few years and alls it can take is a bad experience like I had last time to be a major deterrent to want to go back in. However, seeing a dentist and taking care of your teeth via preventative maintenance is very crucial to your later years! I was treated very nicely and the care was fantastic. It’s easy to see why these guys are rated so high, very professional and knowledgeable and a gentle touch which is big for me as admittedly I can be a bit of a baby when it comes to having my teeth poked.
