Fantastic experience: I recently had two crowns put on by Dr. Kutsch and was very happy with my treatment. I felt taken care of very well. I don’t look forward to dental appointments but my experience there was pleasant.

Fantastic experience: The first thing I noticed was the ambiance of the waiting area. Very comfortable and up to date, and i liked the choice of music. Sarah at the front desk was helpful, especially with explaining the Kutsch membership plan. Ashley was professional, courteous, and thorough. I especially appreciated how Ashley and Carson were up front and understanding about my dental needs, budget and future course of action. All in all, really top notch.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would be writing a review for a dentist's office, but Kutch Dental is worthy of noting. Everything from my first phone call, to the consultation, and finally surgery and follow up teeth cleaning was a positive experience. They handled all my questions and preferences withy respect and the office itself is nice and private, you are not stacked in with a thin partition for all to see and hear. No weird medicine smells and a comfy waiting room. Great financing options and affordable monthly membership rates. I highly recommend them!

Ashley was great & Cia provided probably one of the best gentle, thorough cleanings I have received. Dr Kutsch is very personable with clear & concise explanations of dental care plan.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing dental office. I have had a dental phobia for years. Since going to these dentists, I can truly say, the fear is gone. They are so good, gentle, and understanding. Their work is wonderful and the staff is also great. Try them, you will like them.

Negative experience: Wanted over $17,000.00 to put in the mouth of a 89 year old. I think they thought they had a suckeror they bid it extrimly high, so They wouldn't get the job.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Kutsch dentistry. I had a crown done and a cleaning. This is the first crown I received the permanent in the same day as they make them in house!!! I will go to them for all my dental needs! Also, I signed up for the membership plan and I will definitely save money since I needed dental work above the cleaning and x-rays where a 15% discount is applied.

Fantastic experience: Drs. Kutsch and Bowyer, plus their talented hygienists and caring office staff, have improved my attitude towards dental visits. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Bowler called me the day after a recent crown, to ask how I was doing. He could so easily have asked someone else to make the call, but he didn't.

Negative experience: Friendly people and good atmosphere but they did give me 11k worth of work I apparently needed to get done on my teeth, I went to another dentist after and was told my teeth are completely fine I don’t need any treatments… they also are not in network for any insurance so it’s a lot out of pocket

Fantastic experience: I came in for my semi annual cleaning today. They got me right in without much waiting. The dental assistant is always very nice and asks if I have any concerns that need to be addressed. This is a very caring office, and when going to the dentist is one of the last things most people want to do, they make it pretty enjoyable. It's now been time for another visit. This time I received the hardware for my implant. It was a tough procedure, but as always their caring ways shine through!

If I had anything to object to it would be the first visit, totally redundant legal/policy forms and medical questions! Why should I expose my social security number for instance?

Fantastic experience: I normally don’t post reviews, but I had to for my experience yesterday. I got my wisdom teeth out for the first time and while the procedure itself was scary, Jaidyn helped me through it the entire time by being so kind and comforting. I really appreciated that. Dr. Kutsch was very thorough and did a great job with the surgery. McKenzie did a wonderful job with my cleaning as well. The entire staff was amazing and I look forward to coming back for my next cleaning.

Positive experience: Dr. Kutsch is friendly and approachable.  *He listens and is respectful.* Dr. Kutsch is great, albeit the most expensive dentist around, which he freely admits.  It's because he uses ALL the latest technology. Nevertheless, the expensive technology leads to precision procedures.  You can be confident you will get a perfect filling, implant, or whatever you are there for. I have trouble with numbing so he gave me plenty of anesthetics.  Of course the prep work for an implant is going to be painful after the anesthetics wears off.  I wish he had something high-tech to take care of this!!  My mouth was painful for several weeks, and eating anything other than soft foods and liquids was impossible for at least a couple weeks. My gums looked and felt butchered; I suppose this is normal for that procedure. The offices and restrooms are immaculate. The staff is friendly, except for Shallette (front desk), who has a bit of an abrasive personality, but everyone else is very friendly and professional. I recommend Dr. Kutsch, especially if you have no budget constraints. I would love to have cosmetic stuff done by him, but it's not in my budget.

Fantastic experience: NOT ONE Really, none of my appointments with Kutsch Dentistry has ever been ordinary. They are always extraordinary! My hygienist, McKenzie, is able to turn Starbuck teeth dazzling white. But, its Dr Carson who steals the show. My recent appointment involved a wisdom tooth. This would have required me to be tilted way back ( a head stand?) Instead, Dr Carson stood up behind the chair and bent way over to repair the damage. He preferred to inconvenience himself to keep me from stressing out. If you are looking for more than routine dentistry make Kutsch Dentisty your new home.

I asked her to numb my gums real good. She had no problem doing this She was amazing and I would like to have her every time I have my teeth cleaned. She is nothing but amazing. Fantastic experience: Very friendly answered all my questions. Had implants started today. They are very caring and assuring. Explain what they are doing and always ask how you are doing during the prodedure. So far very happy with Dr. Kutsch and his staff. Finished implants and can't say enough how great everyone is in this office. It's a long process but they are great through the whole thing. Latest appt. Was with the hygienist and she was great. Explained everything she did and helped with changing out the zest bands in my denture. Awesome place and people! Just did yearly visit and they are still awesome people! Listen to me and give me choices as to what I can do. another year another visit with the hygienest and she is so nice and helpful. Still a great dentist office!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment here today. The staff were so extremely courteous. Their technology is top-notch. Their dental service is amazing. I did not realize I had an infection of my root canal but they spotted it and treated it immediately. Reasonable cost for such excellent service. Highly recommended. On a separate day in late September I went back for a cleaning and she did a beautiful job. My tooth has healed nicely and my mouth feels so much better. Positive experience: I cannot say too much. I am not fond of the dentist in general. They are good and as quick as they can be. I think the only thing that is odd is how insurance is handled.

Fantastic experience: Excellent teeth cleaning appointment. A positive exerperience. Discussed current procedures, discussing what is working within the objective of keeping my natural teeth as long as possible, discussed what was not working, and ways to improve that. Billing however socks. I specifically ask f or a teeth cleaning and only services covered by my insurance. The x ray was not covered and I had to pay out of pocket. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I lost a crown so I called for an appointment and was asked if I could come in that morning. They took me in after a brief wait and before my appointment time. The staff was friendly, engaging, efficient, and competent. I was seen by Dr. Boyer and after a brief examination, he explained my options including costs, and said they could work me in immediately. The bottom line is that I got a new crown, they pulled an absessed wisdom tooth, and all before lunch. It was fast, painless, and went well beyond my expectations. Dr. Boyer was fantastic. I'm now a solid advocate for the clinic. I was very impressed! THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR THE FANTASTIC SERVICE!

I was in extreme pain and the staff at the Carson Kutsch office got me in asap and were able to do the removal and implant on the same day!! I was blown away by the service. Fantastic experience: Dr. Doctor Kutsch and his staff are the best of the best. Dr. Kutsch is an artist and goes beyond just taking care of problems. He does extra things to make your smile look great at no extra cost. The staff truly care about their patients.

Negative experience: I wish negative stars were available. I am young and take care of my teeth well. I went into a routine appointment for my teeth cleaning and the normal check up. They stated I had multiple cavities. The bill I received from them was 2.5k and my triple coverage insurance didn’t cover any of it. I decided to go to my old dentist which is 25 minutes away, which I have had a great experience with. Not only did I not have cavities, the X-ray received from Kutsch was blurry and unusable. They redid my X-ray, which was covered by my insurance of course. Overall I think this place greedy for money rather than providing excellent and honest care.

Negative experience: My experience at Kutsch Dental on Geary street was something! I'm 83 yrs old & I went in to have an complete exam on my teeth. Came out of there with an estimate cost of $34,00.00!! I have always taken excellent care of my teeth. I about fell over when I looked at the price they gave me. I guess they have to raise prices to take care of the beautiful building plus 12 employees. No way in h??? am I paying that at my age. I need to put food on the table & pay bills first!
