Negative experience: Very rude over the phone, once I mentioned Medicaid. I understand not every dentist/client is for everyone. And some are strictly private and paid in cash but dont assume I still cant pay and turn me away before even asking anymore questions. Because you never know I may have had the money to spend with yall but unfortunately not now.

Fantastic experience: I have always had major anxiety when I have to have dental work done. This year I started going to Friendly Family Dentistry and I had to have several old fillings replaced. I have never been to any dentist or doctor's office and been treated so nice. Everyone was very caring and accomidating. They understood my anxiety and were able to reassure and calm me down. Dr. Sheid is amazing and I want to thank her for being the most patient dentist I have met! Everyone there is a 10 in my book!!!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning and check-up. The cleaning was very thorough and carefully done—no pain. My check-up was very complete and explained by my dentist. When I left I was given my next appointment info. and a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. As usual, it was an excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a significant tooth pain issue, and I was not a current patient of the practice. Staff got me in the same day, treated me very well from start to finish, and Dr. Haring is working hard on figuring out the source of my issue. I couldn't have asked for a better first impression.

Fantastic experience: Why dental hygienist & doctors ask a question and then stick stuff in your mouth has always baffled me. But they were very nice and efficient. And very accommodating to my dislike of fluoride and water sprayed on my teeth. Plus, I trust them.

Fantastic experience: I was desperate to find someone who could help me with a crown that had broken because the dentist I had been using had really let me down. Friendly Family Dentistry was able to get me in immediately, and the nurses and Dr. Cobb were amazing.

Fantastic experience: I broke a large filling in an upper tooth on a Monday and called the next day for an appointment and got one for Wednesday of the following week. However, Amy called that afternoon with an opening the very next day, a week sooner. I was more than happy to accept. The tooth was restored and I was in and out in under an hour. No pain, light-hearted conversation and a very professional and accommodating practice. I highly recommend Dr. Haring and his staff.

They don’t make you feel bad about yourself, like other dentists might. Everything was quick and easy, and I have no anxiety about going back, no matter what my issues may be.

Fantastic experience: I've had several upper dentures due to a childhood bike accident and the new denture I received recently fits perfectly. I did not experience gum sores, and food does not get between by gums and denture. There was not a need for a follow up once I began wearing the new denture. I've always had a great experience with Friendly Family Dentistry! The Staff is wonderful and makes me feel like I am part of their family!!
