Negative experience: My two kids have been a patient of Dr. Hale for a year and a half. She sets you up, gets you on a payment plan and then disappears. I’ve been calling for months trying to just get a phone call or face to face appointment with Dr. Hale and have been denied. It’s no different than an online dental service.

But this was our first experience with New Teeth as a family and I was so impressed. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience in a dental office. Fantastic experience: Everyone from Erika, Eli’ja and Dr Mina were fantastic and exceptionally professional. It was an emergency visit with an impacted wisdom tooth and infected back molar!!! They got me into the office, assessed the need had me into an oral surgeon that afternoon and home, and more importantly, out of pain!, before dinner…which of course I couldn’t eat, but nonetheless, was happy about!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was wonderful from front to back. Pretty office. We came in by referral wanting a tooth pillow & actually left with one same day! My 7 yr old did so well with Dr. Mina. Excited to avoid metal & brackets & happy to invest in & improve my daughter’s sleep, teeth, overall & dental health. I think everyone could use a tooth pillow. Daughter has slept through the night wearing hers starting the second night!

Fantastic experience: While our family lived in the League City area less than a year, everyone at this office made us feel welcomed and valued during that time. Their doctors have the refreshing practice of approaching concerns from the root cause and addressing the issue, rather than slapping on quick fixes. The entire office feels warm and homey, with special touches like their coffee bar and a reading nook for children. I was amazed by how they practice what they teach — down to even the high-quality mineral toothpaste samples that they send home with you (no artificial colorants here)! If we’re ever back in this area of Houston, our family will be returning to New Teeth Dental Solutions!

They were very understanding and kept me well informed throughout the visit, walking me through and checking on me often to make sure I was doing ok. The hygienist was great, the staff is always very personable and friendly, and the dentist was informative and answered all my questions. I left feeling well taken care of and highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I brought my son here and they were so kind and patient with him. The dental technician was even able to get X-Rays on my 4 year old. We only waited for 5 minutes in the waiting area, which had lots of books to entertain my little guy. I highly recommend their practice.

Fantastic experience: We all started going because when I had my three year old she was born with a lip tie and went to get it removed. I love the atmosphere and they see you. You’re not just another patient!!! Now for the past three years they have seen my baby grow and love her so much!! The first time I took all my other kids I will never forget my daughter taken aback by the atmosphere she said, “Mom they all look like they love their job I have never seen people that happy to be at work!!!” They my oldest son went through the whole tooth pillow process. It was amazing to say the least. Everyone is great there.

Fantastic experience: Have been a very happy Customer for several years and a crown coming off proved again why I love this place and these professionals. My Crown popped of Monday, I called in few hours to get an appointment scheduled, they offered one in an hour from my call. Unfortunately I was not ready only expecting a date in the future. I did schedule one the next day. Upon my appointment they investigated and looked at crown it was determined that I could reuse it (not always an option but they did it without requesting I do a new crown first. They care about your health both physically and fiscally which with their incredible service makes them the best Dentists I have worked with. I would like to say Publicly, Thank you for have my entire interest at heart when taking care of me!

Fantastic experience: Update: March 2025....I had a chip on my front tooth and it was aggravating to say the least, not to mention it was very noticeable to me. Dr. Mina was able to fill it and fix it. Once it was fixed, I couldn't even tell the filling was there, and my front tooth was better than before! Dr. Mina is very kind and compassionate and greatly appreciated. My mom got a full set of dentures from this location. Very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The most professional group of people I've ever delt with in a dental office or any medical setting for that matter. We always look forward to our visits. Wait time is never too long. Fantastic experience: I brought my three year-old daughter here after a bad experience at another local pediatric dentist office. I can confidently say we found our new Dental home for our family! The staff was so welcoming, our dental hygienist Kaitlyn was amazing and made the process very smooth for my toddler (and me lol), and Dr. Mena was so nice! I also love the fact that they don’t mom shame for wanting to go on a more Holistic approach and not use Fluoride! I wish I could give more than five stars!

Fantastic experience: I've been to different dental offices, and I can say that New Teeth by far beats the all those when it comes to making you feel important and not just another number. They have a passion to help and get to the root problem of the issue. Great folks over all.

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience and I believe people should know and judge for themselves. I was doing clear retainers and was told my wisdom teeth should be removed beforehand since it was decayed. I was told taking images before removal won’t matter but then the retainers came with wisdom teeth placement which was removed. The doctor did apologize for that . Then I had previous inside metal retainers that Doctor told me it should be removed then on the day of appointment she said, you know what teeth could be moved and we should keep till the day retainers arrive. I was bothered that she made mistakes twice and then I asked for cancellation of my treatment but then did not get refund. I left anyway because I did not feel comfortable that the place valued money over keeping their patients and only ownership of their mistake was they’ll change doctor. I did review the other branch highly because they did a great job and they shouldn’t be judged by other branch mistakes. I definitely don’t recommend this place but you can judge for yourself based on my story if you think what they provided is reasonable.

Negative experience: Updated as of 3/25 ⭐️ I would no longer recommend this place, as the dentist De. Kalli. Katie or whatever her name is here is extremely rough and insensitive. The experience was horrible, and am still on the fence about giving a different dentist here a try to continue with my treatment plan, or leaving all together and starting somewhere else. Despite telling the office this their answer was “I’m sorry you felt that way” type response. This place has gone downhill horribly From 2021 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly hate going to the dentist, ever since I was a child. The experience was pretty traumatic for me, and I hate to say I’ve neglected going very much as an adult, because my fear was so great. Last year I finally decided to address the dental issues and my fear. I saw the reviews on this facility and decided to give it a shot. I am here 7 months later and still have more work to do, but I am getting it all done. And I wouldn’t have been back , like many other places I tried & failed to reschedule, had the Dr. Nygun, and his staff not been so accommodating...they really seem to care and all have been trained well. While I don’t “enjoy” or “like” going to the dentist, this is about as good as it gets.

Fantastic experience: When my dentist office closed I was able to find my hygienist from the closed office working at New Teeth Dental! I was awfully glad I found her considering she has cleaned my teeth for years and I absolutely love her! New Teeth was awesome I lived Erica’s personality and everyone there were pleasant! I have found a new home for my dental needs!

She has been extremely helpful and responsive to my issues since I have decided to give New Teeth my buissness. I work long hours and it’s hard to make it there at times for the many appointments I have had to have. She just really does an exceptional job of managing time and following up promptly and professionally with me regarding my unique situation. She listens and fixes problems work and just reflects extremely well on your company.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience here. I am glad they recommended Dr.Halle. Truthfully never had a 1 on 1 like I did with her and it felt like she truly cared and listened. I noticed a big difference with the work they did after I came in. The staff were absolutely spectacular, polite and filled with joy! I was recognized & welcomed from the moment I entered and upon leaving they also took great care of me, every single staff I encountered was absolutely awesome! I am excited for future visits! Fantastic experience: My daughter just had her first visit with Dr. Kalli Hale. The practice was a 45 minute drive for us and 100% worth it! She is an amazing doctor that asked all of the right questions, and answered all of ours as well. She made my daughter feel like she was part of the conversation, and not like we were just talking about her, which means a lot to us. Her whole team was very friendly and helpful as well! I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hale was amazing! She was so well informed about teeth alignment and all of its ailments gum recession, snoring, high blood pressure to name just a few. The equipment in her office was also state of the art.! I’ve never seen anything like it. I travel two hours to get to her office and I will continue because she’s worth it!

It was extremely easy scheduling my appointment online and then the friendly receptionist reached out to me and answered any questions I had. They send reminder texts and even post-visit texts thanking you for the visit and continue to be available for any questions you may have. The dental hygienist, Ashley, could not have been more welcoming and quickly put me at ease. The dentist, Dr. Hale, was very friendly and she took the time to sit next to me and just visit with me about dentistry, my family, and life. I highly recommend New Teeth!

Fantastic experience: I recently discovered airway dentistry after seeing a video on TikTok, and it completely changed everything for my boys, who have been struggling with teeth grinding, jaw clenching, and restless nights. Despite being told by their pediatrician that they didn’t have a tongue or lip tie when they were younger, it turns out they both do—and it’s been affecting their sleep and development. Their airway dentist also found that they have narrow, high palates, which limits space for their tongues, making it harder for them to breathe properly at night. We started treatment right away, and I’m excited to see the improvements in their sleep and overall well-being. It’s incredible how much of an impact this can have, and I think airway dentistry needs to be more widely recognized because it can truly make a difference for so many children.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love New Teeth Dental!! There’s not enough space to talk about all they’ve done for our family. My kids actually love going to get their cleanings (so do I)! Two of my kids have successfully had expansion & sleep disordered breathing treatments with Dr. Kalli. My husband had Invisalign. We all have nothing but good experiences. The doctors are amazing! New Teeth Dental has the BEST hygienists around. The staff are so friendly and welcoming!! You are comfortable from the moment you walk in, even if a dentist office normally makes you nervous. There’s not another dentist office for us!! We highly recommend them to friends & family often.

Fantastic experience: We started going to New Teeth sometime in 2023. We were looking for a Holistic dentist and our family doctor (an OD not MD) recommended New Teeth. We have found a dentist office full of people who care about us!! Starting right at the front door, Erika greets us by name (does that with everyone that I have witnessed come in). Everyone seems to know us and want to know our story. They all treat us with loving care. Ashley, Sinthia, and Cydni always chime in with greeting us and finding out how we are doing. I know that each one has specific roles/functions but they all do whatever is needed to help us! Cydni who has to talk about the other painful subject - payment - does so with sensitivity knowing they are not the cheapest dentist around (Best care generally isn't the cheapest) and works with us to figure how we can pay. (We have to pay out of pocket.) These ladies seem to know they are dealing with people with lives that have joys and woes and want to minister to us!! --Not just treat our dental issues!! They share their lives with us as well this makes us feel at home and among people whose goal is to care for us. All this goes for the doctors, dental assistants, hygienist also!! We so appreciate Dr. Kalli Hale, Dr. Elliott, Dr. Katie Goldberg, Tara, Dawn, Charlene, Debra, Haylee, and McKenna (I claim the title of "her favorite"). These are the ones I know have helped me and my wife over the months. Everyone is this office that we have dealt with has a high level of professionalism, expertise, knowledge, experience, and being personal!! They listen to our thoughts, biases, experiences, what we have learned, and preferences - not just to what our symptoms are. We are able to develop a treatment plan together. As more and more of medical care providers become more about the dollar and less about giving concerned good care, we have learned that those offices that really care about you and are personal with you, give the best care!! I am close to 75 and America does not have the character it use to have. New Teeth is maintaining personal care with excellent care!! THANK YOU! By-the-way, everyone that has helped me - except the doctors, I have asked the question: "do you like working here?". (With no one else around!) They ALL said YES! Another good characteristic of an excellent office focused on helping the whole person.

Fantastic experience: New Teeth is the best dental practice in the Houston area. I’ve been going there for as long as they’ve been in business (actually longer) and they always take great care of me. Even though I no longer live in League City I make the drive to keep seeing them because they’re worth it. Callie has always cared about me personally and tried to do everything she can to help with my migraines as well as my teeth. This week they got me in same day for an urgent dental emergency. I can’t say enough good things about everyone that works there.

Fantastic experience: I have been searching for a new dentist who specializes in a more holistic approach. I was referred to New Teeth Dental. I was a bit skeptical at first but quickly found my new dental family. My hygienist Ingrid welcomed me and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was thorough and went over everything in detail about my X-rays. I didn’t feel rushed as I had numerous questions about my teeth health. The Dentist came in to talk to me and also made me feel so comfortable as if I had known her for years! Well not only are the staff wonderful but the price of my dental work was comparably lower from the last place I went to! They have made themselves a new patient with me! Also no wait time to be called back to the exam rooms. Great overall experience I must say (nobody really likes going to the dentist but they changed that for me)!Give them a try and see for yourself!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this office! The entire staff is so kind and welcoming. I brought my two month old in with me and they were very accommodating when I needed breaks to take care of her. Dr.Katie is so sweet and walked me through the entire process and kept checking in to make sure I was doing okay and or needed a minute. McKenna was my assistant as well as Charlene and you can tell they truly cared and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I can’t imagine going to another office for anything, New Teeth dental will take care of you like family, so if you are looking the is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Every time I go it’s a great experience. Very professional and personable people. Great service starting at the front desk where they always greet me by my name. Dental hygienist Huy did a good job in a timely manner since I mentioned I had work after my appointment.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express my deepest gratitude to this office for all that they have done as we transitioned over from a different dentist. No one in my household is a dentist fan but this office has changed our perspective and we look forward to going each time. We no longer have dreaded appointments or work done. They treat our child like she’s a princess that runs the company each time we walk through the door. From check in, to check out and everything in between, we are always referring NTDS-LC. Best customer service I’ve ever encountered!

Fantastic experience: We went to Dr. Kalli Hale after not getting the answers and help we needed from a few previous dentists over the past several years. Not only have Dr. Kalli and Dr. Goldberg helped my twins tremendously and been great at explaining everything, the entire office staff are amazing. My girls especially love Haylee and she's made their weekly and mothly followups so easy. Debra and Sinthia were amazing with setting up everything for their expanders and clear aligners and Ericka always greets us with a smile and has us checked in before we even get in the door.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best dentist office I have been to in a long time. I have really bad experience with dentist and they have made me feel 100 times better. I feel like most dentist have judged my teeth, but they don't make me feel that way. It's such a welcoming environment. They even checked my 2 month old for tongue and lip ties. This will be our forever dentist❤️❤️ We love New Teeth Dental!!

Fantastic experience: Wow! - Just Wow. I'm so grateful to have Found New Teeth Dental. I haven't been to a dentist in over a decade. I have a fear of dentists and distrust of the dental industry as a whole. I have all of my original teeth and take great care so I don't have to see a dentist. I recently had an issue I could not handle on my own and had to find a local dentist. I called around, asking about gentler alternatives and non-invasive exams. This was the first office that didn't laugh and make me feel uneducated. They understood that I was looking for a more holistic treatment and simply wanted a professional to guide me in my care. From first contact to final follow up, everyone at NTDS was gentle, kind and respectful. The office has a welcoming feel and the staff are authentic. Fantastic experience: Very welcoming atmosphere the second you step into the building. I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome by every single person I encountered, more specifically Valentina, Dr. Katie, and Cyndi. It was my first visit to New Teeth, just checking them out, but they easily made me turn a consultation into a permanent dentistry! They were the sweetest people ever and made my dental experience just that much better. Each person was very informative while answering every question I had, amazing listeners, and had even better vibes! I thank them!

Fantastic experience: If I could give them a 10/5 I would! Amazing office. I have not came across one person that isn’t warm and engaging. They went above and beyond when I had a dental emergency and needed wisdoms teeth removed and went back for a cleaning and it was also a great experience. The hygienist made every step as comfortable as possible. Looking forward to this office being my new dentist home for me and my family!

Positive experience: Pros —super clean, friendly, can get quick appointments, affordable and have plans to work with you. Cons - got me in quick, but scheduled another appointment to try and identify the problem along with recommending a dental cleaning plus expensive X-Ray. This is a first in my experience, to leave a dentist office still in pain with no answers and a bill. Since I was in pain, I went to a different location, who diagnosed and cleared issue same day, and looked into my other concerns. Here’s where I am upset. Dental Solutions did not tell me my insurance was not excepted and charged me $100. My ignorance thought this was the amount my insurance did not cover, but it actually covered my entire visit at the other location. If you don’t have an emergency or insurance, this is a great place to go to, otherwise I recommend looking in to other offices.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the dental staff here. From check in to check out they are truly an extraordinary team. My kiddos adore their hygienists (exceptionally knowledgeable) and look forward to their checks. I love all the ladies at the desks, they are very friendly, comforting and welcoming. My family has being apart of their 'dental family' for years, I can't rave enough. Thank You New Teeth Dental!!

Fantastic experience: I am old enough to remember the horrors of years ago. So I have a fear of dentists. I will never again experience that fear since going to “New Teeth Dental Solutions “. Dr Elliott and his whole staff are fixing a problem I have had for years, and…..they have made the experience fun and comforting. You will never find better service, doctors, or staff in all of Houston.

Fantastic experience: Beginning with the first appointment, I knew this was the place for me!!!! Every staff member has been incredible, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had a complicated situation, and was offered four or five options, and each option was explained with great detail. With the help of Dr. Elliot, my decision was made. Prior to starting my difficult and lengthy procedures, they met with me again to inform what to expect. My previous dentist could only create the eight unit bridge that was necessary, and everything else was going to be subbed out to oral surgery and the people that would provide the implants. Not here, they are taking care of every step with their incredible, and experienced staff. I wish I could give 10 stars, because they have exceeded and excelled in a manner I thought was not possible!!!! Great job guys!!!!

Fantastic experience: I really like New Teeth Dental. My husband used to see Dr. Hale’s father while growing up and continued into adulthood. I decided to try to them out as well. Appointments are timely, staff is very friendly, and I really like the dentists as well. Would definitely recommend for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were new patients at New Teeth, we had a great check in, no wait time for our appointment, both hygienists and doctors who checked over our X-rays were very thorough. I cannot recommend this office enough! This will for sure be our home office from now on! Very kind and knowledgeable staff all around.
