Fantastic experience: I chipped my tooth last night and they have been my dentist for a while now. I don’t have dental insurance but I tried my luck anyway. I walked in without an appt, was seen within 15 mins and had my tooth fixed within 45 walking through the door. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carly Bonnette is an awesome dentist! She is thorough, and very intelligent. She listens to you and recommends the treatment that is good for the patient outside of the dental office. Dr. Carly's dental hygienist, Pam is also very thorough and smart. I was referred to Dr. Brynner Bonnette in Bossier on a separate issue and he too, is real smart and very kind. They don't rush you and all three of them are outstanding dental professionals. Negative experience: I don't even know where to start!!!!! Please avoid this place. How can a staff be clueless on a treatment plan that they themselves created!!!! What a joke uggghhhhh

Fantastic experience: The staff at the n market office made my visit pleasant. Dr Bonnette and Ms Kelsey are very helpful and restored my smile with compassion and kindness. My needs were met and I am very pleased with my visit at Shreveport bossier dentistry thank you all for helping me when my tooth broke over the weekend while I was out of town, the staff got me in asap and I got a call back quickly and they explained what needed to be done and helped me where my needs were met and my tooth fixed. Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist office today for a comprehensive exam and cleaning. Karly and Kiara helped tremendously with scheduling my appointment as soon as they had availability. Lashunda my hygienist was extremely empathetic and professional! Dr. Ross and Lashunda treated me so well! I couldn’t have asked for a better visit to the dentist. I would definitely recommend Shreveport Bossier Dental Care to all of my friends and family!

Fantastic experience: Love the Burt kouns location. Dr. Carly and her assiant did such amazing job making me feel so comfortable on getting my tooth pulled today (March 19th)..She listens and communicate very well on the oral health and on a plan for along your oral health. Very open heart!!!

Negative experience: THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD. I have grown up in this office, the kids office is AMAZING! But once you get past 13, buckle up. In 2024 I had a filling done and Dr.Haydel went so far into my tooth that she hit the nerve and it has had nothing but issues. I had to come home from college today with a terrible tooth ache and decided to go to their barksdale office instead for obvious reasons. Even the doctors at the barksdale location asked who did this and they were shocked when I told them it was one of their own doctors at the bossier location. Now I am having to get an over an $1000 root canal and crown ALL BECAUSE OF THE DOCTOR IN BOSSIER! Not to mention, the same day she literally drilled into my nerve, she broke my permanent retainer off of my bottom teeth. Do NOT go here if you care about your mouth.

Negative experience: I went to this dental office for 3 years. When I moved to new town & started with a new dentist I realized my teeth had never been cleaned properly. A major problem. Dr Nygen put a crown that did not match my front teeth & I made a complaint & it was redone. She never missed a chance to shame me from that point on. She humiliated me in front of everyone on multiple visits telling them I made her redo my tooth.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment today and the staff was so friendly and helped me out so much!! Dr.Tate and Jasmine took care of me. They’re so kind and answered all of my questions. Thank you for a positive dental experience!!!

Negative experience: This is place has gone down. Starting first with no understanding from the appointment people and rude and unprofessional. My neice has a disability no understanding saying they text called and sent emails wow ok. She has a DISABILITY dam. No understanding. Yes they took 39.00 a month from her account for 9 months. Now since she missed her appointment s she has to pay 50.00 to make an appointment. Ok what happens to the 39.00 you took for nine months bad business.

Negative experience: I’m more than disappointed in the service at this location. My entire family has been using SBFDC for years with no issues. Today the customer service has been the complete WORST and the clerk is refusing to answer the phone to rectify the issue of an unpaid bill that I have PROOF that was paid. Appointment made months ago was canceled with no notice. Very unprofessional and unlike the service I’m used to recovering.

Negative experience: The person that made our appointment didn’t verify our phone number, so they could not call to confirm the appt, so they gave our appt away! Then when they realized it was their fault, their office manager was very rude and acted like it was our fault. They decided to “fit” my son in, and if we didn’t really need this appt, I would have walked out. This will be our only appt at this location. It’s sad bc we really love the Market St. location. This is our sign to stick with what we know and not all locations are the same!!

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in the customer service I received at the Airline Drive location. I was unable to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and was asked to repay a deposit to book again. They were very inconsiderate of my circumstances. The lady said I missed an appointment in 2021 and that is why I’m unable to rebook. It’s 2024. $100 was wasted. I think it’s finally time to try a different dentist office. Sadly

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carly and Kira are such a joy to work with on my oral health journey. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Treat yourself to great service with providers you can trust!

Negative experience: Stay away from this dentist I have two free cleanings a year on my insurance they messed that up sending me large bill shortly after my husband had new insurance the first one sent an amount back that we had overpaid so has far has we where concerned we did not have a bill . Office called saying we did and that insurance paid us back bare in mind they had been messing the bill up for weeks and promised me it would not go to collections so I said to the office I promise I will pay it but can only pay in pieces every two weeks paid payment over phone to them told them every two weeks I will send a payment and I did they held two checks sent them back to me and put me to collections for 140 dollars I’m on disability and I’m paying so many hospital bills from all operations I had. Obviously these people are greedy for money to try to ruin someone’s credit for such a small amount, My advice is if your not rich stay away from this dentist on north market and bossier city plus they over charge I could of had two cleanings somewhere else for the price they charge, Heartless people i explained I was on a very low budget and I promised I would pay and I would of !!! Bad luck comes to greedy people. Advice stay away if you don’t have big money to pay directly to them, Can you imagine how cruel they are holding two checks for over two weeks and sending them back after they contacted collections without our knowledge. I have family members who go to them they will not go there anymore and I will never recommend them to anyone !!! Life is hard enough without the likes of greedy people like these people, There are people out there who ain’t willing to pay debts and there is people like me who was trying my best to pay and did not miss a payment !!! My husband even put a note in with the checks asking please don’t put to collections we will have it paid by beginning march, I should of gone to the news with the checks and note and the proof of the letters they sent over charging they changed the price on paperwork two or three times I did not miss a payment just to show everyone how sorry these people really are !!! Negative experience: Negative stars should be an option for this place. My wife went to the N. Market location. They gave us a quote for some dental work. They did not even check with our ins. for a pre-determination. We had to do all the work. Then they gave us another quote, which was less than the first quote naturally. We decided not to do the work there because they were very expensive and their lack of customer service skills are appalling. So then we receive a bill for 140-180$ for a cleaning and x-rays which is . Within 1 or 2 months were already in collections with credit scores of 820. Returned 2 of my checks just to send me to collections. Stay away from this place, you're just a number, no personalities. So now for 140$ they've lost a customer and I will tell everyone to stay away from this place unless they like bad credit.

Fantastic experience: Quyen Nguyen is the best I have ever seen. I have a bridge that has came loose and I will require implants or a partial. She and Stefanie did everything could to patch and repair until I can see an oral surgeon. She worked me in with out any questions. Truly an amazing person.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carley is awesome. She has changed the definition of what a dentist is, for me. Her and her assistant are so pleasant and really made me feel cared for and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Way to go above and beyond for your patients! You and your assistant have single handedly (or double handedly I should say lol) cured my dentist office anxiety in one visit. Thank you , thank you, thank you

Fantastic experience: THIS IS THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE TO GO TO. I see Dr. Carly and she is the best. I can’t remember my hygienists name but she did AMAZING at cleaning my teeth without numbing my entire mouth. All the assistants and front desk representatives are so kind and patient. I deal with anxiety too and they kept me calm and relaxed and talked to me through everything. I wish I would have found this place sooner but now I have the best dental office I could ask for and I’m extremely happy!!! Great atmosphere, great staff, very clean building and the waiting time isn’t long, when you have an appointment they will see you on time.

Negative experience: I got a call from the office stating that they was going to turn my account over to collections. Now I have been making monthly , never late payments to them. I tried to explain my situation, but the lady that called me could care less about why I couldn't pay more. Disabled, and on a fix income. So they chose to ruin my credit,.Beware ,Because they have unethical practices. Putting pressure to collect a debt.

Fantastic experience: Just leaving my appointment at Shreveport bossier family dental on bertkouns to get my cleaning and it was amazing thanks to Lashonda she is the best and made my visit a great experience. Thank you Lashonda

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carly Bonnette and Assistant Felicia were phenomenal!! I've had MANY fillings in my life. But none have been so relaxing and casual. They filled four cavities, and it felt like a breeze. I almost fell asleep in the chair! Dr. Carly really cares about her patients and is constantly trying to improve. If you're scheduled with them, rest assured because your teeth are in good hands. Also, they had classic tunes on the radio and Orlando Bloom on the TV. It doesn't get better than that.

Fantastic experience: Pretty good. I needed a root canal done, they were able to find time for me relatively quickly. I've had root canals done before, and in comparison, this one was completely 100% painless (Dr. Beach did the root canal and he also did the permanent crown). I barely had to take any painkillers post-op. So, excellent dentists, but the girls in the office need to dial it down with the calling and sending you a dozen of REMINDERS before appointments, they'll annoy you into an early grave.

Fantastic experience: So I did a very important thing this morning at Shreveport Bossier Family Dental Care. The professional dental hygiene care I received from DR. CARLY BONNETTE was absolutely AMAZING!!! If you or your kids are hesitant about seeing a dentist, for routine dental care, because you all have serious phobias of needles...let me ‍♀️ be one of the first to highly recommend the most gentle, kind, compassionate, professional care of DR. CARLY BONNETTE. I solemnly PROMISE you won't be disappointed! I HATE needles...she promised she wouldn't hurt me at all, and...she DELIVERED!!! Check her out for yourself or for your children. Negative experience: I went in to have my teeth clean. And wanted to record myself. The lady said to me I can't be in your video. I didn't sign up for this. I said to her. You have a mask on. What are you afraid of. Not doing your job correctly? So I left.

Fantastic experience: October 2022 Updating this review for another great dental service. Kendal, my hygienist today was awesome. She made sure every tooth I have is clean. She's very patient and great at what she does. February 2022 Had a great dental cleaning experience today. Roslin was very good at what she does. She cleaned my teeth really well, offered me a blanket, and was very pleasant the entire time.

Fantastic experience: Kayla did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. My teeth are very sensitive and she did NOT hurt me. A+ in my book. And I love Dr Tate. I have seen him a couple of years now and he is great. I definitely recommend and I have sent friends to see him.

Fantastic experience: I came to Shreveport family dental care needing alot of dental work done. I felt overwhelmed and hopeless I didn't know where to start. The team at this office was amazing and Dr.Nguyen well she was truly a blessing. She did a great job and always made sure I was comfortable and my dental work was perfect.I just finished up all the dental work I needed done. Before coming here I thought this would never happen all I did was show up for my appointments they took care of everything. I'm very grateful for Dr. Nguyen and her team for the job they did and for giving me my smile back.

Fantastic experience: I am normally frightened when I go to the dentist until now. Dr. Ross Dies and the staff take such good care of me that I am at ease and thankful that I am in the care of such kind caring people. I have been there twice this year and both times I felt nothing during my procedures and left there knowing that these people genuinely care about me and all their patients. I would recommend them to anybody and can guarantee you will be satisfied. Dr. Ross Dies has such a great personality and while he works on you he is talking to you telling you what's going on and reassuring you too. I love them and am so glad I decided to go to such a great place for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: I've never left a single review for a Dentist before. I've always thought that the quality of their work, especially in something so delicate as dental care, should speak for itself among the dentist's clientele. But this time my services merit a glowing review. After being loyal to my Dentist in Bossier City, I had some issues with a cracked tooth and some fillings. After visiting my dentist, I was told that "we would keep an eye on things to see how they progress". Keeping an eye on things were code words for neglect. Long story short, for the past month I learned to live with dental pain, not from one tooth but from three and I assumed that was normal because my dentist told me so. So much so that when I called him, he didn't book me immediately, he did it 3 weeks out, so I assumed that it truly wasn't a big deal and I just had to put my big boy pants on and soldier on. Today, when Dr. Ben Beach fixed my problems, is the first day in a month that I am truly pain free. All my problems were addressed and repaired correctly and I am happy with my smile. I didn't buy all the hype with the many reviews on here (they can be easily purchased) but after experiencing the great care of the attentive staff at this location, I am officially changing Dentists and you should too if you're unhappy with yours.

They genuinely have my best interest at heart. They are the friendliest people and everyone there has a big smile on their face and treat me as if I'm a VIP. Fantastic experience: I recently had several visits to Shreveport Bossier Family Dental. Actually, more than seven visits over a two month span. Dr. Tate and his two assistants that attended to my needs were very courteous, polite and friendly. A high degree of professionalism was displayed by all three staff members and of course they were knowledgeable of their particular area. 5 STARS and thanks to all three of them.

Fantastic experience: I've to go to Shreveport Family Dentist, each time I went everyone there were very nice, exceptionally nice. The first time I went I told them that I had a cousin that works there name Shanequa, they made sure she was the one to assist me, she was amazing and very professional. I thought that was really nice of them. The office very, very , very clean, and the bathroom is spotless. Mr dentist, Dr. Nguyen, I don't know if I spelled her name right, but she was nothing short of AMAZING AND CARING!!!! I think I've found me another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Best experience ever!!! I was incredibly overdue (years) for a trip to the dentist. I was greeted with a genuine smile. Every part of service was explained, with a reminder to feel free to ask any questions. My comfort and pain level was steadily checked. Scheduling for follow-up was conducted in the most patient fashion. I could not believe how considerate they were of my schedule. I highly recommend Shreveport Bossier Family Dental Care!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a LOOOONG over due cleaning. Staff was VERY professional and pleasant. I met April and she's such a GREAT employee. She actually enjoys and cares about her clients and I actually found out that she's my neighbor. She did her job with great enthusiasm and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She gave me advice as to what I need to do to maintain my teeth and equipment alternatives to minimize any discomfort I may have been dealing with. THE BUSINESS IS AMAZING!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tate and his assistant were awesome throughout my appointment today. I had an extraction and anticipated that it would be tons of pain involved. I WAS WRONG!!! His assistant was friendly and calming to me.... helped to ease my nerves. Dr. Tate talked me through the process!!! I had little discomfort!! I am pleased!!!

Fantastic experience: Lacy and the Dr. I saw today were simply amazing. The didnt try to pressure me to get my wisdom teeth pull when I'm having no problems. They were thorough and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I am never thrilled to about a dentist visit, however the staff make me very comfartable and it was my very best dentist visit ever. I was a new patient, they made me feel like family. I recomend them to anyone looking for the very best dentist experience available!

Negative experience: Hygienist was the most unfriendly person I have ever been too. Went in for teeth cleaning but she had to take 18 x-rays so she used up my time for my cleaning. Never been to a place that took 18 xrays at one visit. Hygienist thought she knew more than dentist. She must get paid a percentage of what she does. I had good dental insurance and they knew what they would get paid. Insurance pays better on xrays verse just a cleaning. Will never go back there!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about Shreveport Bossier Family Dental...I've been coming to this facility for about 4 years. Dr. Dies is my "go to"...but I've seen several other dentists here when in a pinch. They've all been great. I love my hygenist... so professional, kind and caring. You can tell she loves what she does. I would recommend the facility on Bert Kouns to anyone in need of great dental care!!!

Fantastic experience: I came in today for my routine cleaning that was overdue and my doctor was not in but nevertheless I was seen. Dr. Dies saw me and he was so polite, kind and funny. Due to the experience I had on my previous two visit, switched my son over to this office. The staff is always smiling and Lindsey was especially nice. We are moving to Texas this summer but we will drive back to recieve our treatments from here. Inless there is an emergency lol.

Negative experience: If I could give them negative stars I would. They aren't good for any age. My daughter was super scared of the dentist and would not cooperate under any circumstances and while we were training to restrain her so that they could do her exam she got to the point that she was throwing up she was so upset. Their solution... reschedule for a first appointment of the day appointment and "don't give her anything to drink or eat that morning and we'll just strap her down to the chair." We never took her back. We don't want to torture our children. We found a different dentist. Next issue. My wife got a crown towards the begging of her pregnancy. That tooth hurt for the rest of the pregnancy and she could floss under the edge of it and she complained about a really bad smell every time she did. Didn't matter how often the smell was always there. She went in to get it checked out and they said it's fine and they see no issues. At the end of her pregnancy, she felt nauseous and ate a piece of bread. In her tired state she chewed on that side of her mouth and the crown FELL OFF HER TOOTH!! On a piece of white bread!? Fine. So we call these guys and leave a message because it's almost midnight on a Friday. The next day they call us back and say that she can come in right now and they will fix it for $45 to pay for the dental cement. We get there and they say, "Yeah... we are charging you for the emergency visit and stays. Not the dental cement." Well... had they done their job right the first time we wouldn't have had to have another visit for this AT ALL!!! Again.... I do NOT recommend this network of offices and I would give them negative 500 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Shreveport/Bossier Family Dental!! The staff was very attentive and caring!! I have had a bad experience at a previous dentist and the dentist now gives me anxiety so I was a little hesitant in going but I’m glad I did!! They are awesome!!

Fantastic experience: Ive found me a new Dentist....I called Shreveport bossier family dental on Friday May 3 2019 and I was told to come in Monday at 715am..I was jumping up and down,super excited to know that I would b seen right away..My visit was so great,I'm telling everybody I know about Shreveport bossier family dental..The staff is super nice,super patient,and very understanding..My Dr he went that extra mile,to sit with me and explain to me about how I need take care of my teeth better.I have nothing but love for this company..My Dr was super nice,and did not get into a rush because he had other patients,so I just want to say thank you again for helping me smile again...I can't stop thanking you guys enough...

Fantastic experience: I was working around the Shreveport area for about 3 weeks, and it was 7 hour drive from home. About 1 week in I started having a toothache. It finally got bad enough that I couldn't ignore it. I called Shreveport Bossier Family Dental Care on a Wednesday morning around 9:00 AM and explained to them my situation.They told me they could see me at 11:50 that day. Perfect, I went in and saw Dr. Beach and his examination determined that I needed a tooth extraction. They were able to squeeze me in that day at 2:00 for the extraction. By 3:00 I was out the door. It was such a relief to have that tooth gone in such a timely manner. I really appreciate them squeezing me in and taking care of me, and everyone there was so nice and friendly. For any one living in the area I would highly recommend using their services.

Fantastic experience: I am the biggest wimp when it comes to dental work! Recently had to have some work done and ALL of my past fears/experiences surfaced, there are alot!. Katie saw my anxiety and sent me home and had me come back on medication... i have never, in 41 years, had such a stress free, painless experience. The staff sees the big picture and treats the whole patient. I am so thankful to have found someone who deals very well with wimps! THANK YOU DR. BEACH AND STAFF!!!

Fantastic experience: Ok so to start I have very bad anxiety at the dentists. I've been here twice and both times I've had amazing dentists and nurses who have halved my through my anxiety. They are all really nice and patient. While getting a cavity filled at a different dentists office is a nightmare, here it's really not that big of a deal.

Fantastic experience: LaKeisha Martin cleaned my teeth and did an absolutely wonderful job (as always). Dr. Deis and Lakeisha Martin are the best. I would not want to go anywhere else but to them. Lakeisha is the reason that I brought my entire family over to Shreveport Family Dental. The receptionists are always positive and friendly! Everyone in the office is great. Fantastic experience: The staff was really friendly, my appointment was at 7 in the morning and they took me back right on time, my hygienist Shelley was really sweet with a great personality, I saw Dr. Patton and she was really friendly as well. I have been coming to Shreveport Bossier family Family Dental my whole life and highly recommend it!!

Fantastic experience: These reviews are all or nothing baby , 5 or 1 . It’s only one star every 100 or so reviews. Which I think personally gotta be petty patty’s or straight up haters, like the kinda people you can’t please. Acting like reviews are their big chance to take out the issues they should be getting therapy for on some business they happened to have even the slightest hassle at. Ex: appt scheduling issues, being referred, missing work and god forbid having to wait more than 7 seconds like dentistry is supposed to be high speed internet. Yea I’m talking to you ishes that seemed to complain online before even trying to let the place rectify the sitcho. It’s obvious this place cares about CS since all the negative reviews got responses. One of y’all even called them clowns... lady, if that was my business I would have internet stalked you and went straight to your job and whipped cream pied you right and in that lose flapping hole you call a mouth. The office ain’t gona call you out but I sure will. This dentist office is a friggn delight and anyone saying otherwise just bitter to begin with. Not fake smiles everywhere you turn. Hell , I wanna take the whole place out for drinks. Everyone I’ve met every visit is warm and genuine. One reviewer said non judgmental and that’s true as well. I’ve got into physical altercations with dentist before and staff because of how they can treat you. Random workers passing me in the halls congratulating me on my wedding that’s coming up like they were in the room when I told the doctor. One girl was taken off my case and still took the time to come say hi. This place is the wonder-damn-land of dentistry. 100% professional, priced as well as any other, incredible work, impeccable service. Hell I wish I worked there. This is all coming from someone who hates...HATES... having to go to the dentist. No one would be quicker to give a bad review than me if even the slightest thing was amiss. If you follow reviews and trust them...Go here, GO HERE! As a matter of fact I’m bout to go online and send these incredibly lovely ladies a gift basket or something nice cuz they go above and beyond the call of duty. So consider before leaving a bad review that these are your neighbors and friends making a living just like you and maybe not instantly one star them over a mistake they seem more than willing to amend. Even if you had a bad technical experience they still deserved 4 stars minimum for effort, kindness and THE whitest most beautiful smiles I have ever seen on Every.Single.One.Of.Them

Fantastic experience: My experience was great even for 7 o'clock in the morning. The dentist and dental assistant were cheerful and kind. The dental took the time and explained to me what was doing on. She even opened her month and showed me she is experiencing the same thing. I felt so much better when I left. I give 5 stars!!

Negative experience: My wife called last week to get a copy of the oral surgeon referral that was given to me for my wisdom teeth. She was told to make an appointment there, and was reassured that they could extract them. It is very difficult for me to get time off, but I trusted them and set an appointment. Upon arrival, the front desk reassured us again they could do the work. I was taken to the back, x-rays, and wait, just so they could walk in and tell me they would give me a referral to the oral surgeon they recommend, and I would have to set an appointment for that. This entire day, which was incredibly difficult to get off, was wasted just for the sake of making money off of me for more visit and x-rays. I am so ashamed that I trusted this company at their word. It won’t happen again.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dies is a great dentist and the staff is very kind and professional. I love this office. They really go out of their way to work with you and do what’s best for your oral health.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr. Cotton today for root canal and crown. He is very thorough and explains every step along the way. He took his time making sure I was comfortable. It was a pain free, stress free appointment and i will definitely use them again.

All my life I thought I had a cavity and dentist would put a filling to cover it up but Shreveport Bossier Family Dental did a simply cleaning and come to find out it was NOT a cavity it was just build up that was never taken care of when so went to a different dentist place. I’m so glad I choose to go here!!!

Fantastic experience: When i walked in (late by the way, sometimes life just gets in the way!), they had already called to check in, and they were already ready for me! Afrer i signed in, i was in the back no more than maybe 5 minutes. I had 2 teeth removed this MORNING, and im feeling great. Wvery one there has a smile youll remember even with the funny gas! Great place, and even better people!! Im so excited for my journey of a great looking smile with these guys. High expectations!!

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed my experience today with everyone I encountered. I was welcomed with smiling faces as they got me in the schedule as an emergency root canal 3 weeks before my scheduled appt due to my pain escalating. I was treated so professionally and each employee had great compassion! Highly recommend !!!
