Negative experience: Went in 3x- out of the 3 twice He came off kinda rude and cocky didn’t seem that interested in listening and made accusations about me to me. Also for some reason felt the need to do X-rays every time. Even the time my apt were only a couple weeks apart.

Fantastic experience: If you need work around DL this is the place to go. They are kind and professional, makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in!

Negative experience: I had a crown placed. The dentist didn’t complete the service for the crown and completed two fillings. If you want your service to be completed and work completed correctly avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: Received excellent care from Dr. Jordan and team. Had to switch to a provider closer to home, otherwise would have continued to come here. Would recommend Dr. Jordan to anyone seeking first-class dental care.

Not a resident of the area (extended visit) and found it difficult to find dentist willing to accept new patient or work with my insurance (between PR and DL). West River Dental front desk returned call and scheduled same day service! Dr Jordan (daughter of practice owner) and the assistant were professional, detailed, and efficient. They also have current tech to provide same-day crown service, which is huge benefit for that need. Highly recommend this dental office for their efficient handling from front desk, to dentist, to out the door. Thanks.

Dentist said they were normal, but he can cover them if it bothers me. Check with Insurance to see if they will pay for that. I was really impressed with Dr Jordan the way he did my crowns and also impressed with the computer system that created an image of the tooth and created it in about a half hour. It fit perfectly. Negative experience: Let me tell you about an experienced that was COMPLETELY racist. The people here were cold and not friendly. I don’t know if it was because I was the only visible dark skin woman of color but I felt something. I am so upset that I originally ignored my intuition When I initially made the appointment in person because the staff seemed like they didn’t want to talk to me. When I walked in, it took the front desk person an noticable amount time to acknowledge me. Which I didn’t understand because I was the only person there. Unless it was a ghost in the room I don’t know why I was ignored. But I still smiled and ignored it. But the service was poor and unprofessional. I had to wait 40+ plus minutes to be seen by a dentist while in the exam room. I never saw the dentist BTW. After waiting so long and was ignored; I just walked out of the exam room. I saw so many people walk past me while I was in the exam room and they ignored me. I felt like I was in an Aston Kutcher episode because they didn’t acknowledge me. Maybe your experience may be different but mine left me with tears in my eyes.

Negative experience: The fact that you go into a dentist with severe tooth pain and leave with worse tooth pain from sitting in the chair for 10 minutes with the dentist smacking things on your tooth saying “does this hurt” and then doing absolutely nothing about it but trying to make sure you pay them the $107 for the nothing they did is just ridiculous to me. If you need an extraction, call an oral surgeon to begin with because apparently all dentists can do is prescribe you antibiotics and send you on your way.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient today. My crown came off last week and I looked up the most highly reviewed dentist in the area which turned out to be West River. I was given an appointment almost immediately (there was a weekend in the middle). During my appointment the dentist became aware of some significant decay in that tooth. I had been scheduled for a quick consult to meet the dentist and to have the crown glued back on but he was able to work me in, fill and build up the tooth, and made and attached a new crown, all with literally no pain. Five hours later, novocaine worn off and still no pain. Crown fits perfectly. Gums are fine. And they were all so nice. Dentist was Dr. Labatt and I can honestly give him and his staff the highest recommendations. Thanks guys! Looking forward to my cleaning in February.
