Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr Conley are all TOP NOTCH. I had a major cosmetic procedure done recently. From the beginning stages until the end, I have been treated so well and they have listened to every single question and concern I have had. I could not recommend this dentistry more highly!!

Negative experience: I was charged nearly $50 for “palliative care” even though I didn’t receive any actual treatment. When I asked what the charge was for, they told me it’s something they bill when no other procedure is done — which felt like they were simply trying to make me pay for something unnecessary. Very unprofessional. On top of that, the front desk lady was quite unfriendly. I definitely would not recommend this place.

They were very nice and made me feel comfortable in addition to providing me the best dental care! If you are looking for an adult dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Sewell and her team. Fantastic experience: Made getting fillings a very comfortable experience! I was able to choose a show on Netflix (on the TV on the ceiling) and Dr. Connolly talked me through the whole process! They also were extremely accommodating in every way!

Negative experience: The hygienist hurt my gums and when I told the dentist he stated it was due to plaque build up. I've had build up before and no other hygienist has hurt my gums. I had to take something for the pain to subside.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express the gratitude I have for Brocks Dentistry. We've been with them for close to a year, and every visit has exceeded our expectations. I had a root canal in 2023, but held off on the crown, as I had maxed out my insurance coverage for the year. On my last routine visit the new dentist, apologies for forgetting your name, addressed placing the crown. I agreed, but my anxiety was on high alert. Let's just say my past experiences have not been pleasant. So I went in prepared, anxiety medications on board with disassociation geared up and ready. None of my anxiety was warranted. I've never had such a quick, efficient visit. My permanent crown was placed and I left the building in less than an hour and a half. My crown looks AMAZING, and it's a perfect fit! My retainer still fits, which has never been the case. I wish we'd chosen Brocks when we moved here 6 years ago. The difference it would have made! Ignore the just woke up look lol I'm pulling down my lip to show the crown. I won't specify which tooth it is, as I think that helps highlight the seenlessness of the work performed

Positive experience: Dentist & Hygienist were very nice however the young ladies that supposedly was getting my procedure plan together were very rude because she didn't know what the Dr wanted for my plan of care. I thought I had found a new dentist but I will keep looking.

Fantastic experience: Staff very friendly and got me in on time. Dental assistant Lori ? Did a thorough job and made adjustments to help me. I.e. I asked her to angle the chair to reduce the likelihood that Vertigo would be triggered, which she did. She explained what she was doing during the cleaning and checked with me periodically whether I was experiencing any pain. Doctor Cain checked my x-rays and concurred there did not appear to be anymore problems with one tooth in question.

My dentist did a great job explaining where my discomfort was coming from and did not push for an expensive treatment. Definitely sticking with this practice.

Fantastic experience: Recent Visit was phenomenal! Yet again, Dr Sewell and staff went above and beyond. Not only did they start procedure and stop to address whether it was truly needed. This ultimately saved me money and allowed me to not have a crown, just repair bad work from another dentist. Truly respect the team and my one stop location.

I was treated with courtesy and respect from office staff and medical staff. My comfort was their priority from the start of my appointment until the end. Negative experience: I had a crown done - it was not done properly the first time and I also suffered an injury to my tongue. so I returned to have it done right, as it was not sealed and was hitting too high. It was replaced at no charge for the crown but charged me for the gas -as I had terrible anxiety over the situation. I did not feel that was right to do. Unfortunately- my tongue has still not recovered fully and the crown is still not sealed all the way.

I've always been a lover of the dental office, but I struggled to find one that met my needs and wants. Here, all of the Dentists are amazing and kind. I felt at home from my very first visit. They care for my smile as much as I do. Before Covid-19 they offered various refreshments including a coffee bar. As a Healthcare professional, I'm a stickler for great care. They have always delivered exactly what I needed. And the fact that they offer family dental care and orthodontics in one location is every parents dream.

Fantastic experience: I had a cavity underneath an existing crown. Old crown had to come off. The cavity had to be fixed and the new crown had to be placed on top of the tooth. The best thing about The experience is that they have a machine, in house that can make the crown so I did not have to come back for a second trip

After a quick check of the implant progress, I was assured that all is well and ready for my Dentist in South Carolina to proceed in five months. The best I have ever had in forty plus years Of having to get bonding from time to time. Highly recommend this dental practice. Dr Cain has the patience of Job trying to get a partial to fit In my 86 year old mouth. Not a dread to come to this office. Staff very nice and helpful. I saw Dr Sewell today. I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment today I was taken on time. Dr Sewell and Morgan were great. Will be back in a couple of weeks to get two crowns. As an older patient I appreciate so much the kindness I received.
