She’s kind, professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly cares. Then I met and worked with Dr. Jennifer Brown and she echoes all those same experiences. Both of them made an uncomfortable situation a really pleasant experience. Even the staff at the receptionist desk is wonderful. Everyone seems to really enjoy working there and it shows. I know going to the dentist is not always the most comfortable thing for people to do, but this is one place where you can tell the staff really does care and they are in it for truly helping people. Exceptional service and care here and I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Negative experience: I have insurance they wouldn’t take it problem number one I called them and told them very specifically what I wanted they said they could make it happen so I went in there. I was going to buy at least one bottom denture just to have a back up they told me it would cost 1900 some dollars I thought that was completely outrageous and close to $4000 for the upper and lower combined. I did not ask if they had a discount for a senior citizen. I’m sure they don’t if they won’t even take your insurance charging way too much their services they need to be investigated

Fantastic experience: Dr Bailey (and the hygienist) were helpful and did a gentle but thorough exam. Dr Bailey spent 45 minutes with my dad explaining all the options for us after examining his remaining teeth, and then provided him with a quote of exactly how much dentures would cost. She was really helpful and gave a number of options. I think she did a good job, and is going to charge less than the dentist who told him he should get dentures or implants in the first place.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! The receptionist was quite kind and welcoming the entire time. All the professionals and experts that looked at my teeth were also incredibly nice. They did a superb job at making me feel calm and at ease even though I was feeling pretty nervous when I arrived at the place. Furthermore, everyone that treated me put a lot of care into giving me detailed information about the current health of my teeth. On that note, the staff was also very patient with me whenever I needed them to repeat information back to me. My visit was remarkably pleasant and there were absolutely no issues or flaws throughout the entire experience.

Fantastic experience: I switched over to st. Matt’s Dental Care a few months ago. Dr. Bailey has been exceptionally kind, curious, helpful and informed with supporting me in resolving chronic infections and facial pain. She is the first dentist to sit down with me repeatedly and offer cutting edge solutions that actually work! The cherry on top - the facility is gorgeous, organized, clean and calming. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Interesting how this location quoted me for almost $2000 for a procedure. So, I decided to get a second opinion on a whim. The second location quoted me for $375 for the exact same procedure. Hmmmmmm. Get a second opinion if you’re going here. Unless you know, you like wasting money, then by all means

Fantastic experience: After about a week and a half of tooth pain, I was seen last month for an emergency root canal. I was able to get in same-day, which may not be typical, but Dr. Bailey and her staff made time for me. I’m not local, but even though I wouldn’t be able to return to this practice as a regular, I was still given the best care possible here. I’ve since returned home for a follow-up and my regular dentist also gives his praises to Dr. Bailey, stating she did an excellent job on the root canal. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Crossing my fingers I’m not in the same situation again in the future, but if I were, I’d definitely return here.

Fantastic experience: After a recommendation from a friend I went to see Dr. Brown for a consultation. Between her and her assistant Brittany, I couldn't have felt in better hands. I had been to a few dentists, trying to find someone I could trust to help restore my pretty badly damaged front teeth. I once had a smile I loved, so it was a very stressful time for me. They listened, understood, made me feel comfortable. The technology they use was also reassuring. But most of all I felt confident in Dr. Brown's ability to get me back to where I could love my smile again. She did just that. I had composite chairside veeners done and the outcome is wonderful. She took her time, understood any adjustments I noticed. We were on the same page 100% of the time and I am truly happy with the outcome. I appreciate my friends recommendation, Dr. Brown's true artistic abilities, expertise and demeanor, Brittany's (and other assistants) wonderful help and making me feel in such good hands. I cannot say enough how grateful I am and am so glad I went to this dentist office when I needed it the most.

Negative experience: It’s been two months and I still can’t eat without pain or discomfort due to fillings I got here. I’m not sure what is going on, but I’ve been in multiple times for adjustments, and it’s still not resolved. I’m growing more and more concerned. I tried to get in with another dentist to get a second opinion, but my insurance is almost maxed for the year and would have to wait for open enrollment.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Saint Matthews dental care. I just moved here from out of state. I called on Friday and they got me in on Monday. From setting up the appointment to the actual visit everyone was beyond kind and helpful. I actually look forward to seeing them again.

Negative experience: Given my experience, I've lost confidence in the office and won't be returning, despite being a regular client. - I was also disappointed with the lack of explanation about the treatment plan and costs beforehand." - I felt rushed during the appointment. - The bill was higher than expected and Im not convinced the quality of the care justified the price. - I came in early 15 mins before my appointment and waited 25 mins past my scheduled appointments time.

Fantastic experience: I found St. Matthews Dental after doing some extensive research, and I was drawn to the many positive reviews. When I called to inquire about their services, I was greeted with professionalism and a welcoming attitude. I’ve always taken pride in my dental health, but during my first visit to Dr. Bailey’s office, I was facing a serious issue. A root canal I had undergone previously had fallen out while I was eating. This particular tooth was in an area where other teeth had already been extracted, which left me with a noticeable gap on the front side of my mouth. Dr. Bailey’s initial exam was thorough, and I was impressed by how pleasant, professional, and compassionate she was about my situation. She took the time to discuss the best treatment options for me, which helped put my mind at ease during a stressful time. I am extremely pleased with the exceptional care I’ve received—and continue to receive—at St. Matthews Dental. I was in tears of joy after my dental procedure. Dr. Bailey, Happy, hygienists & entire staff, are all wonderful. Everyone is treated with respect, and they go above and beyond to meet your dental needs. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I have had several procedures here and I will not go to another dentist. Dr. Bailey is a compassionate person, patient, full of knowledge and experience. Alexis, Stephanie, Brittany, Sabina, are all equally as personable and friendly. I have been to other dentists that did not show the same patience and accommodation as everyone that I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in this office has displayed. One of my procedures was a front tooth bond. It broke off the same week and they had me in immediately to replace it (would have been same day but my own schedule dictated next day). It has been 3 months and it’s still in place and looking good. Every other procedure went flawlessly. They use high quality crowns and replaced a bad one that another dentist installed that had already cracked within 1.5 years. My gums are healthier, cavities filled and overall oral health is much better. The front desk is also friendly and accommodating. Though I don’t know their names they all remembered me quickly and called me by my name as soon as I walked in. Overall, this office is staffed with good people who do their jobs well. It took me 4 dentists to find a compatible one, but now that I have, I will not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I was there to have a crown put back on and signed a treatment case document saying I was going to pay $149 and when I checked out there was another $50 and $29 dollar charge. This was confusing to me. The charges make sense but maybe let your patient know when signing there may be other charges also.

Fantastic experience: The best dental office with the kindest staff…I went for an extraction today and I’m pretty sure the dentists name is Mary. She was so good and very good at how her approach with my extraction! Lex started me off as far as getting me prepped and she is such a good vibe and all about ensuring you feel comfortable and welcome! Then I had Happy with me during the procedure and she was so awesome,gentle and had so much patience while I was squeezing the life out in her hand lol…Happy could tell I was so anxious and nervous and would hold my breath and just be her and the dentist Mart telling me to breath was just EVERYTHING and more!!!! Such a lovely staff and the front desk is so kind as well!!!!

Negative experience: Do NOT use this dental office. I went there as a new patient, because they are close to me. After the first visit, they told me that I needed a "deep cleaning", on my bottom teeth, which are my "real teeth", I have a denture for my top teeth. So, ok.. I'll give you that. They gave me an "estimate" of $740, which was my part, after the insurance, (mind you, I work at Amazon and I have good benefits), I agreed to the estimate. I paid half of the $740, before the first appointment for the procedure, for some reason (supposedly for insurance reasons), I had to split the procedure into two visits... After the first procedure, I paid half of the remaining balance..which, for some reason reason, left me with a remaining balance of $136, which was to be paid after the second half of the procedure (I received a receipt, showing that remaining balance, after the first procedure), fast forward to the second half of the procedure. Upon trying to pay for the second half of the procedure, they tried to charge me an EXTRA $100... NOPE, I refused to pay that amount and only paid the balance that was on the receipt that I had received, after the first half of the procedure. The point of this post, is that they kept "estimating" the ENTIRE dental work, after EACH procedure... Just BEWARE...I'm pretty sure that they are scamming people, just the pay for their new, unnecessarily nice office.

Negative experience: Do not do buisness with this place.They are shady.They lie,are quite nasty to be blunt.I am in a lot of pain and need to see a dentist bad.I had my insurance company call to find me a dentist.This office was given my member id number,what type of coverage etc abd was told was in network ,all was good.But…. is a three month wait for a appointment.I told them if is a cancellation please I’m in pain put me on the list!Yesterday they called said had an earlier appointment and I was quite happy even though this person was quite pushy like they were trying to sell me a time share or scam me.Nobody could give me directions or tell me where the office is ,but I show up about five minutes late.The lady at the desk tells me we don’t take your insurance before I even told me her my name.If that is the case why did they call me yesterday with a earlier appointment?Why couldn’t they have called and saved me a 25 minute drive?Very unprofessional and very disappointing.Im in a lot of pain and nobody gives a crap,certainly not this office!

I paid $215 for apparently just laser which seems like a lot to me, my sister was a dental assistant and told me something sound off. One of the ladies had talked to me about pricing and said $158 but when I went to check out she said $215 which I don’t understand why it shot up another $60… Honestly idk if i’ll be back. The ladies were super sweet and made me feel welcomed but I don’t have money to be paying for visits like this when I have dental insurance… I understand laser is expensive which is fine. I just don’t understand why I was told $158 then checked out it was $215

They were unable to find the cause of my pain, but referred me to and made an appointment with an oral surgeon who helped me.

Fantastic experience: St Matthews Dental Care did a great job. This was my first visit with them and I will be going back. My hygienist was very friendly, informative and gentle. Dr Bailey was very knowledgeable and had a friendly chair-side presence. Trust between a healthcare provider and a patient is paramount, and Dr Bailey and her team took a big step toward earning mine. For perspective, I tired of my last dentist using me as a paycheck by doing unnecessary procedures. On my last visit there, the hygienist told me everything looked great, then 5 minutes later, after looking in my mouth for 30 seconds, the dentist told me I needed two fillings and a crown. Fast-forward to this visit- Dr Bailey addressed all the concerns brought up before, and stated there was no action needed other than good daily maintenance. Thank you, St Matthews Dental Care, for creating trust through honest service.

Fantastic experience: I went to this location for an emergency root canal. Unfortunately, they determined i would need a specialist to do it. Even though it was my first time at this dentist, they took the time to call around to get me in sooner to a specialist than calling one on my own! I loved their honesty that they didn’t want to do a root canal when it needed a specialists touch. And I loved even more the care they showed me - someone they just met that day to help me when they knew i was in such pain. I will go back to them again and i highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Unbelievable dental service. First time I visited was this morning. Had to have an extraction due to an abscess. From the very courteous front desk, technicians and my dentist, EVERY ONE was friendly, patient, efficient . I can’t believe how I was treated this morning.
