Fantastic experience: 1st time. Needed major dental work. Throughout the process I was provided with clear estimates and updates as they came up. During my procedure everything was explained clearly and my questions addressed. All the staff were professional and really concerned about my comfort in the chair. Delighted to have found this dental office!!

Negative experience: I had scheduled an appointment for what I assumed was a standard teeth cleaning. After x-rays and other tests, I was given a "treatment plan" with an out-of-pocket cost of over $1,000. When I asked if they could just do a general cleaning ...they refused. I should have verified the service level before I scheduled the appointment. When I got home, I set up an appointment with another provider in my network, and they assured me that if all I wanted was a general cleaning that is what they will do. Evidently the customer isn't always right with this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended for advanced dentistry. Skilled professionals that are able to handle a myriad of complex and challenging situations. In my situation, I value the Barnhart's team for their expertise and applied practical solutions. Front office personnel who schedule, check plans, and receive patients deserve tremendouse credit for setting the overall climate of the practice.

Fantastic experience: I tried a dental clinic in Rolla that treated be like a red headed step child. You can only imagine how happy I am to have been referred to Barnhart Dental. My experience with the staff and Dr. Barnhart has been amazing. Not like here's your dental work and a back rub amazing, but still amazing. Dr. Barnhart also cleans his own gutters and I respect that.

Fantastic experience: I was able to watch as they put implants in my wife's mouth. She is usually very whiny when in pain, but the kept her painless the whole way. She talked about how well they did and how little she felt. Great work, great price, outstanding service and best of all, my wife has her beautiful smile back.

Fantastic experience: The staff is kind and professional The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable in multiple areas of dentistry. We’ve never had a bad experience. We have been a patient for at least 35 years! They are very patient to hear your concerns and answer them in a way that is easy to understand. We highly recommend them for these reasons and so many more. Today required more work than was originally thought. They didn’t blink an eye and got the additional work completed in this visit. They are very considerate of your not having to make extra trips. My most recent experience with them may have set their bar even higher!!! I just can’t tell you how awesome the entire team is. They work together like a well oiled machine with your comfort foremost in their concerns. The hygienists are the best, the dental assistants are very knowledgeable and kind, and the doctor……we think of him so very highly! I wish I could give them 10 stars! They deserve it! Fantastic experience: I've been trying to find a dentist who accepts my insurance to fix a lost filling. Not only did I find somebody to fix the filling, I found a new dentist. Fantastic experience: I won't go anywhere else and neither should you. Very up to date. Recieved perfect dentures with very little wait time. No waiting for months with the wrong size dentures, etc. Perfect out of the gate! Now I want implants to make them even better. Many compliments on my dentures. Cost is the lowest anywhere. Great payment plans and I'm sure they accept your insurance. Delightful staff and Dr Joseph has a fantastic chairside manner. No pushing you into doing or getting anything done that's not the best for you. Other dentist's just want your money. Not Barnhart Dental. Take the drive it's well worth it. I received my screws in my lower jaw for my lower dentures to stay in. Wow! Painless!! So excited. Gums are healthy and healing great. Can't wait for my next appointment with Dr. Joe to put everything together. Screws with lower dentures and viola! Will be able to eat out again, have meals with family and friends and enjoy all my favorite foods! No more goo or paste to deal with. Make an appointment today. Fantastic experience: Great people and they put so much care into the work I needed. Several people told me they were the only office to trust and worth the drive; I understand why now!!

Negative experience: I had a tooth extracted here last year. I am self pay and paid my bill in full. A few weeks later I returned due to the fact a piece of tooth was still left in. He looked in clipped a bit off and said have a nice day. The next month I received a bill for $62. I called and they said it was their mistake and it would be removed. Every month since I have gotten a bill. Now they have started texting. Today they said it was for an x-Ray. Well I never had an X-ray when I returned. So apparently scamming people is what they do!!

Negative experience: Do not go there... was told why was to have a deep cleaning drove an hour got there and was told that the earliest deep cleaning would be in November 8th month away but they wanted to take 30 x rays tell me that's not an Overkill and then they wanted to refer me to another dentist so I can get my deep cleaning sooner is there something wrong with that I think so my insurance only allows $2,000 a year for dental that would Aid up probably half of it do not go there

Fantastic experience: I have always been anxious about dental appointments. So anxious, in fact, I would put of dental work until I had no other choice. This was the case with my first visit at Barnhart Dental. When meeting with the dentist, I revealed my extreme anxiety about dental procedures and Joe assured me that he and his staff would make me feel as comfortable as possible. That we could go at my pace and he promised that I would be pleased when we were finished. After more than three years of dental procedures I cannot say I love going to the dentist, however I can say that I LOVE the staff, I LOVE how understanding they are, I LOVE how comfortable they make me feel and I especially LOVE the results. My smile is absolutely beautiful now! Thank you to the Barnhart Dental team for making it possible!

Negative experience: Friendly service and wonderful people. Dentures , upper plate fine, lower plate has been adjusted at least 4 times and is still not good. I will look elsewhere to get a better fit. They don't even look right.

Fantastic experience: I had to have an extraction on 12/9/24 for a tooth that had become infected. My wife had referred me to Barnhart. I have a fear of Dentist from my past experiences, but Barnhart put my mind at ease. Everyone I met was professional and kind. All the Admin, Dental Techs, Dental hygienist, and anyone else I missed make the place run like clockwork. I have to go through the VA, and it's literally like pulling teeth to get things done, but they have a gal there that is a force to be reconed with, and she gets me taken care of quickly. Fantastic experience: Where do I begin!?! In my 49 yrs, I have never been a fan of the dentist. Due to medical issues, my teeth started to crumble and I was devastated, to say the least. A great friend of mine who had the same issues, referred me to Barnhart. From the scheduling staff, to the billing department, to the techs, and nurses, and of course my Doctor, I was treated with so much patience, compassion, and care. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! And, I will refer as many people to them as I can!

Fantastic experience: Barnhart Dental is amazing. Krystal, my tech was kind, intelligent, informative, respectful, and gentle. She listened to my medical circumstances and fears and addressed both with compassion. When presented with a problem getting a mold, she went to Lauren. Lauren, the Manager, was just as kind, discussed the issue with Krystal and me, and came up with a solution to the problem. Both ladies were kind, gentle, efficient, informative, respectful, and caring. I could not have asked for better care. Dr Barnhart is also gentle, kind, respectful, and informative. He made sure the extraction of 2 teeth was completely painless. I have had bad experiences in a dentist’s chair before. I was very nervous and a little frightened. I oft times have felt as if I were being rushed through a procedure to get more people in. This was not the case at Barnhart Dental. I was given the time, respect, care, and information I needed to feel confident in those undertaking my care. I will keep going to Barnhart Dental. I have finally found my answer to good dental care without pain or fear. Had to be seen again for discomfort Lauren kindly worked me in to be seen, x-rayed, and examined. The problem is inflammation. Lauren called a few places to give me a steroid injection because I cannot take the steroid pills. Dr Barnhart was kind l, gentle, and explained what was causing the problem. I couldn’t ask for more consideration, kindness, or physical gentleness. The practice of Dr.Barnhart is everything a patient could want or need. 8/26/24. My bridge was rubbing a sore spot in my gum. I called around 10 am and was given a same day apple at 12:00. Front desk was, as always, cheerful and quick to report my presence to Krystal. Krystal and Dr. Barnhart worked on the issue immediately to correct the problem. They are always informative, kind, and efficient. I really enjoy the positive attitude, efficiency, and gentleness that is consistent with this practice.
